Let me start by saying there was nothing wrong with this house. The kitchen was lovely and the pool was nice. The carpet, rug, and sofa had all seen much better days. With the constant flow of guests and the rates we all pay fresh furnishings should be expected. The rug in the living room was just gross and the sofa had a few tears. The neighborhood was great, but traffic often backed up accessing the gate in the neighborhood.
Overall a perfect choice - our player's house was on the next block!!
We notified mgmt upon arrival about a wet spot on the rug at entrance to first floor master bedroom. This never dried so I suspect a leak, and the molding was discolored.
I would suggest mattress and pillow covers.
But otherwise, the house and its location met our needs for a great family get-together during spring training.
The main resort pool, play area, slides and tiki bar were a nice benefit.
Overall the property was acceptable with the following caviats
Patio door to pool coyld not be licked as the latch was damaged
Stains on the couch from an origin i do not wish to consider.
Kitchen counter had a faint vomit odour
AC unit leaked quite a lot and the ensuing puddle was a safety hazard
Coffee maker worked so poorly we bought our own
Dishwasher did not work
The house is brand new and beautiful. Could use a few more towels both bath and kitchen. If you want to cook on it has the necessities but not much more. All in all would for sure rent in again.
