Ceci est une maison avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Situé à 1,6 km du complexe sportif de Foley, des points de vente de Tanger, de l'OWA et du centre de divertissement familial Gulf Bowl. Juste à côté de Beach Express, vous pouvez donc monter sur Beach Express et être à The Wharf en 10 minutes, à 8 miles au nord de Gulf Shores. Vous êtes au centre de tout dans la région de Foley. Cette maison se trouve sur 10 acres réunis avec les propriétaires 30 acres où ils ont des chevaux et des vaches. Les clients auront accès à 1 hectare autour de la maison. A une terrasse extérieure avec balançoire. Beaucoup de stationnement! Sièges de porte et grill fournis.
La maison est privée, sans voisin à côté, mais pourtant dans un quartier.
Master a un lit king et salle de bain privée, 2 chambres a un lit queen, 3e a une chambre avec lits superposés doubles a 2 ensembles de lits superposés et un canapé-lit gigogne dans l'une des chambres den. Ici pour un tournoi de balle? Près de tous les complexes sportifs dont Foley, Orange Beach et à environ 30 miles de Fairhope et Spanish Fort.

Great getaway home

Located just on the outskirts of town, but within a few minutes of everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

This was located in the perfect location for attractions in Foley. We went to OWA. The house was very clean. The rooms were all of good size. Everyone had plenty of space to roam about the house.

Granddaughter’s Birthday

Perfect location for an OWA weekend celebrating our granddaughter's 9th birthday with family. Sonja was really easy to work with and made our stay comfortable. This is an older home, as clearly advertised but it’s great for access to OWA, Foley, and Glenlakes neighborhood.Thank you!

Plenty of room

We had a group of 12 and everyone had plenty of room. We utilized the nice outdoor covered area more than inside. I loved the privacy and the kids had room to play without worrying about any traffic. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean, and the AC works great!! TVs in both Dens, The Master, and the bunk room. There is also a box fan in each bedroom that I noticed as well, just in case you wanted that extra air &/or noise like some people are use to. We cooked a few times and did laundry and things, no issues. Otherwise we all were away for a majority of the time. Easy to get to Orange beach.

Wonderful location, perfect for our needs!

We were in town for a softball tournament. The Coles home was perfect for our large group. We had everything we needed and we were close to everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The communication was friendly and helpful. They really went The extra mile for us! 10/10 recommend

The property was in the perfect location. It sits on an acre of land which was secluded enough not to bother any neighbors but close to all the activities that we did, Tropic Falls, glow in the dark kayaking, outlet, shopping, eating, etc. The owner, Sonya was very easy to communicate with and very polite. This is an excellent place to stay if you have little kids giving them lots of room to run around. The only thing that would have made the trip better is if there had been a swimming pool. The property was well stocked with needed supplies, dishes, garbage bags, towels, BBQ grills, etc. My grandkids also enjoyed seeing all of the animals and taking nature walks. I will definitely consider staying his at this property for my next visit to Foley, Alabama.

Yes this is an older home but well kept. Not sure what repairs you are referring to , but please message me and let me know. We did a big remodel last year. In kitchen and bathrooms and added the outdoor covered area for families. We appreciate any assistance with what was wrong so we may fix. Thank you Sonya.

A wonderful stay

This was our second time staying at the property and it was definitely great! They had updated the furniture since we were last there and also gotten new beds in two of the rooms! Unfortunately we had a mishap with the air on our last night, but the property manager was quick to act and had a repair man there before we left! It’s a very spacious house and it’s big enough for a nice family stay! Thank you for accommodating our crew! We will definitely book again in the future!

Enjoyable and relaxing

Property is older but nice. Nobody is on top of you. Great outside accommodations. Inside needs updating and some maintenance. Picture off kids room kept falling down and master bath towel rack come off. Kitchen needed better and more dishes for 12. There was no strainer or proper cookware. Coffee maker was broken. Its the little things keeping you from 5 stars.

Spring break 2024

We spent our annual family vacation in foley this year and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The house was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating and bedding. The younger kids were able to play outside without fear of traffic and the old kids were able to have their own space when they needed to get away for some peace and quiet. The patio was a huge perk and made sitting outside peaceful and relaxing. We all learned how to play foozball too! We had family dinners and spent the week together feeling right at home!

Kenneth I am so sorry about the lipstick. If I had known I would have sent my cleaners out to replace. We don’t take linens off to keep up with what goes in which room. I also did not know about clothes.

Nice location but needs some work

The location is perfect. Host was really nice and responded fast. House is in need of some updates. Some doors didn't work properly, we tried to run the dishwasher and it just leaked, which caused us extra work and money, also internet wasn't working. We contacted the host and she was nice, but nothing was fixed due to our short stay. Nice for a lot of people staying for a short time, but wouldn't stay long, you can get a place on the beach for not much more due to all of the fees.

We did call the internet provider and internet was down in our area the day you were here. My apologies as I did try very hard. We also called a repair guy for dishwasher. The house is dated and we are now able to do some updates now that the season is slowing down. I am sorry for your experience at our property. Sonya

Exactly as described

This property is clearly laid out by the owner. It is an older home that is very well maintained for cleanliness and comfort. It was absolutely perfect for our volleyball weekend. Considering it's location it is a great fit for anyone who has a bunch of kids participating at the Foley Sports Complex (think that is what it is called!). I can envision a group of 8-10 year old boys absolutely LOVING this wooded location!! Make note that the only things provided in terms of disposables is 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, salt and pepper. There were however an abundance of trash bags! We would absolutely stay here again. Sonya was very quick to communicate and was even able to let us get in a bit early when dropped on her last minute.

I am 62 years old, and my husband and I have been married for 42 years. We own and operate 4 business in Baldwin County and have 5 rental properties which 4 are in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, Al. area. My husband is a pilot for Delta Airlines, and I work full time and we are known in our community. I have two children and 4 grandchildren.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a great house that can sleep 14 very easy with 2 dens (couches do not have a pull out bed)This house is about 1 miles to Foley Sports Complex, 3 miles Tanger Outlets, The Gulf Bowl and Owa. This house is right off beach express which gives you quick access to the Wharf as well as Orange Beach. Located about 8 miles north of Gulf Shores.
THIS IS AN OLDER HOME BUT WITH CONSTANT UPGRADES. New Refrigerator, new dishwasher, new kitchen and bathroom countertops, painted kitchen cabinets, new outdoor covered deck for grill and with a firepit. Just updated back bedrooms to King beds. Added a foosball table in 1st den for some friendly competition.
