Thank you for your review. I would like to address your concerns. 1. The unit was indeed clean when you arrived. I personally cleaned the unit on Christmas Eve prior to your arrival that evening. I know exactly how the unit was cleaned and sanitized. 2. Bed linens, pillow cases, blankets, bed spreads and pillow shams are laundered between each and every guest. I personally washed each of these items prior to your arrival. That is why we have a published check out time - to ensure there is ample time for the large amount of laundry. (a check out time that you did not observe). 3. We have a monthly exterminating service that just treated the unit the day proper to your arrival. During my cleaning process I found no evidence of insects. . Perhaps it was the food crumbs and trash that was left in the unit ( which I found upon your check out). 3. You failed to disclose you would be traveling with a pet. It was only later during a conversation I was made aware of this fact. I had to request the pet fee from you twice before payment was made. 4. During you stay you "helped yourself" to my golf cart which is not included in the rental and it is stated as such. Luckily I was alerted to this and made you aware. Had you communicated to me regarding the golf cart I would have been more than glad to inform you the cart was off limits as you had not been properly placed on the insurance ryder and it was awaiting service.. 5. You failed to observe our published check out time.. In fact you informed me 8 minutes prior to the published check out time what time time you would be vacating the property. Even though, I responded that your refusal to observe the check out time could negatively impact my next guests. you still did not observe the check out and yes indeed your actions did impact my next guests. Thank goodness they were very understanding.. 6. Check out rules (empty trash, turn of lights, set thermostat) were not followed and the unit was left very untidy. 7. You had no communication with me during you stay regarding your issues. In fact when I met you, you stated all was well. Please be aware that when you rent through 0n- line rental platforms, many times you are staying in someone's private home. .Please be respectful of the property and rules..

I apologize you encountered an issue with the shower faucet. It has been repaired. Had I been made aware I certainly would of had the faucet replaced during your stay. I am sorrybfir any inconvenience this caused you.
