RÉCEMMENT RÉNOVÉ! La propriété Westwind a fait l'objet d'une rénovation de 4 M $ pour commencer la saison de ski 18/19! Vue imprenable sur le mont Vail depuis votre balcon au deuxième étage de cet emplacement de Lionshead Village. Westwind bénéficie d'un nouveau bain à remous et d'une piscine ouverts toute l'année. Il est situé au cœur du village de Lionshead. Vous pouvez facilement marcher jusqu'à l'école de ski de Vail, la télécabine Eagle-Bahn, le télésiège 8, les restaurants, les bars et les magasins de vente au détail de Lionshead et de Vail. Westwind has it all, walk to the lifts!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay at Weswind and I wish we could have stayed longer. Besides location, location, location, the Westward Condos have it all. Pool, hot-tub, ski-locker with boot dryer, amazing views, friendly staff, clean and well apointed units. Parking is available but the garage is tight so it may take some maneuvering. The Lionshead Village is just outside with the ice rink, shops, restaurants and of course the ski lifts are all walkable. We parked and didn't drive the rest of our stay. Our only issues with this particular unit were the ice maker which made loud noises throughout the night and the location and sensitivity of the smoke detector which made cooking a bit tricky. Regardless, Westwind is our first choice for accommodations in Vail and we can't wait to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely appointed, cozy, and perfectly located for skiing and shopping in Lionshead. (200 M or so from the Gondola with several gear rental options on the way.) The rental included a ski locker, which was so convenient. We would absolutely stay here again. Everyone was super helpful and friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in Lionshead for a short walk to the gondola. The condo was well-suited for my wife and me, along with two of our adult children. A king bed, two twins and two full baths worked perfectly. The fireplace was great and the view from the balcony was nice. We also used the community hot tub daily. The ski lockers are also perfectly located at ground level as you walk toward the mountain.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were six graduate school students up here for the CSSP conference. The internet was down. I contacted the management company, and they told me to "try to forget the network and try again." The network was never recognized. None of us could get on the internet and complete assignments. We had to find other locations to do work, which was very inconvenient at an already stressful time. The unit would benefit from having a few more blankets available, liquid hand soap, and trash bags to help us keep everything tidy.

Great location, perfect for a family.

We enjoyed our stay with our two teenage boys. Having their own bathroom is always a plus. The condo is clean and has all the amenities you'll need. Great location, right in Lionshead.

Excellent Unit - will rent again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit. In very good condition. Bathrooms were very nice. Unit was very warm. Left the heat off and had to open the windows during the day while gone. Not sure if that was a systems issue or not, but not an issue. Mattress's could be replaced, but not terrible. Bath towels very small, that was the only issue we had. Would definitely rent this unit again.

We loved our backyard being Sunbird park and the heated pool was a hit. The staff at Vail Westwind were wonderful. Great unit with everything we could have needed for the week.

Quaint condo in great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect. Just a very short walk to the Gondola (3 minutes). The unit we stayed in was on the small side, but overall was fine and clean and had everything we needed (all condos are different and lots of options if you book further in advance than we did). Staff onsite were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything.

The accessories/cookware in the kitchen were quite limited, and the room was hot at night despite not turning on the heat. Otherwise. the property is very close to the lifts, shops, and restaurants in the village. The covered parking was also a great amenity.
