Excellent comfy stay

Had a great cozy stay, very convenient to Diamond Peak skiing and family had a great time skiing since the crowds were very less. Home heats efficiently and very well and amenities were just as listed. Instructions for checkin and check out were easy. Definitely recommend a stay and hopefully be back ourselves next ski season!

Only stayed for a long weekend but the property was exceptional. Clean and well appointed. Plenty on room for adults and children. One caveat - there are three levels and a number of stairs and the property is at high altitude. Probably not a good idea for the elderly or those with respiratory issues. That aside it was the perfect place for our family.

Comfortable stay

Property was exactly as advertised. It was modern. well decorated, very clean. comfortable, well heated, and the perfect cozy place to relax after day of skiing. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft. It was very close to Diamond peak ski which made it very convenient. The kitchen had all the key amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very Comfortable & Great Location!

This townhouse just happens to be across the street from my daughter so it was very convenient for my husband and I to visit with her. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing is the smart TV was complicated for us to figure out, couldn't find any local channels/news out of all the channels it offers. I guess we're just not used to a "smart" TV :) Other than that, it was a great stay and we hope to be back again in summer!

Clean & cozy - not well stocked and in a weird neighborhood

The townhouse was very clean and cozy. Nice bedding and towels everywhere, which is always a plus! The kitchen was ill-equipped for actual cooking as there were no sauce/frying pans whatsoever, dull knives, and no broom/dustpan for quick clean ups, which with a two year old is pretty much essential. The neighborhood is very residential: for Incline working locals - apartments etc. We had to ask neighbors to turn their super loud club music down so the kids could sleep. Kind of awkward though they were nice about it. All interactions with the owner were pleasant and helpful.

This homeowner has taken your feedback into consideration and has asked us to pass along the following response: "Thank you so much for staying with us and sharing your suggestions. Since your stay, we have added a broom and other cleaning supplies. There are kitchen amenities befitting a short term rental, including a full complement of pots and pans, a crockpot, and assorted knives. There are even melamine dishware and plastic cups for children. As for the comments about the neighborhood, we are new owners, everyone that we spoke to surrounding the rental was respectful and courteous. When we were there working on the landscaping neighbors came to us to introduce themselves. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to host you again in the future!" Best, the Evolve Team

Newly remodeled. Nice Condo

We stayed for 3 nights at this condo. It's nicely remodeled but if you are going in the summer time and it is going to be hot, note that there is no air conditioning. Though the condo has a fan, we brought 2 of our fans and it was pretty hot during the day. At night it cooled down with the windows open. We did not know that constructions was being done so we were awaken by construction noises at 6:30am in the morning because we had to have the windows open at night due to the hot days. It wasn't pleasant to be awaken at 6:30am on your vacation. I wish someone would've warn us. Though the condo was a nice place, I don't think my family will be staying there on our next trip. First, the condo is small. It says it sleeps 6, but I have 4 kids, 3 of which are adults and one teen. It was pretty tight fit for all of us. I had 3 kids sleep in the loft and that was pretty cramped up there. Second, upon arrival, my brother's family came to greet us. Immediately I got an email and a text from my host asking how many people were staying, even though I indicated 6. That really put a damper on the start of vacation because we felt like someone was watching our every move. Then on Saturday night, we saw leakage under the dryer. I contacted the host and she indicated that she would have someone look at it on Sunday. She asked us to turn the water for the washer off so we did. Then on Sunday I get a text asking if from the host if I can send a pic of the washer and model number to her. So obviously the washer wasn't fix and we couldn't use it on our trip. Then on Monday, my son had a class online until 10:30am. Prior to arriving, I asked if we could check out a little later, check out being at 10:00am, so my son could finish his online class. Host said she'll let me do a late check up till 11am if I pay an extra 50.00. My son told me not to pay and he'll just finish his online class outside the condo. So on Monday, we packed the car up before 10am. My son decided to come out at 9:45am to settle himself outside. My husband left to get us breakfast and right at 9:50am, the cleaning crew came in and started cleaning. They didn't even give us till 10:00am to check out. Its ridiculous that they will charge us 50.00 to check out late but kick us out before check out time. Should we be getting some money back since we didn't get to stay till 10:00am. My sister in law at first contacted her friend to rent this condo on their future visit, but decided after all we went through it, nice condo or not, it wasn't worth the stress. As I indicated, really felt that someone was constantly looking at our coming and going while staying there. Made our vacation not at all relaxing. That was a lot of money for 3 night stay to feel on edge.

It is not typically needed in this area, and the owners provide fans. - The photos accurately show the furnishings, and we list all sleeping options as well so that guests can find the perfect vacation home for their needs. - We apologize for the mixup with checkout time. The homeowners assured us that they have addressed this with their cleaning crew, and it will not happen again. - The Ring doorbell is there for the safety and security of their guests. Clean place with all the needed amenities and amazing WiFi

My friends and I had a great time and the house is absolutely beautiful. It has the stories, first floor has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, second floor has the kitchen and the living area, third floor is a loft with two single beds. The WiFi was amazing, with download speeds up to 160 Mbps. The TV has Roku TV player inbuilt. It is close to the lake area and there's is a grocery store nearby as well.

This charming townhome was everything we expected and more. The loft was a favorite for my daughters and the kitchen is well equipped and just as pictured. The pictures don't do justice to the size of this place, definitely bigger than expected. The location it's perfect for shopping and entertainment. I Absolutely recommend it.

Nice clean place in Incline Village.

We enjoyed our 3 nights in Incline Village very much. Very convenient location close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Unfortunately with the wildfires the air quality was quite poor. Thankfully we were able to enjoy our first day without all of the smoke in the air. Incline Village truly is a great place. I will be back again for another visit!

Amazing Property

From the keyless entry to the amenities of this place - nothing negative to say at all! Unit looked new and beautifully renovated. So comfortable and welcoming. Wished we could’ve enjoyed it longer. Next time we’ll come and stay when we aren’t rushing to and from softball tournaments. Thank you for hosting such a fantastic place.

Clean and comfortable

It was a great experience the condo was very clean and comfortable it look like we knew the Bed was very comfortable kitchen modern nice and clean and we can watch Netflix without any problems only thing is there’s no AC but does not need it -open the windows and it is wonderful to have fresh air- floor fan also provided. Will rent again when we return to beautiful Incline Village

Weekend in Paradise

This apartment is crisp, clean and exactly as described. It is three stories tall- 2 bedrooms on the entry floor, living and kitchen on the second floor, and a third floor, open loft with twin trundle. There is no garage and very little space for stuff- but it is perfect for a couple or perhaps two couples without much gear in tow. We LOVE Incline Village- it is the perfect summer spot- beaches, hiking, biking, boating. This apt. is a short drive to the center of town, the beaches and hiking options.
