The property has views right over Lake Wakatipu, and is a ground floor unit so right near the lake. It was light and airy. There is some noise from the other apartments, people walking around above can be heard, but not a really bad issue. Hot tub was great, a bit public to the other units though so more for refreshment than romance!
Great layout and great stay. Very close to Queenstown and you can avoid the traffic going to the ski fields.
Couple of things to note.
When renting vehicle, don't get a vehicle with low ground clearance (normal and high is fine) as it may scrape the top of the collapsible bollard on the parking spot. I had Toyota Corolla Hatchback from Omega and it would scrape the bottom if I tried to park normally.
Second thing is that people kept coming across the to front of the yard (it's a blocked boulder but people could walk around and did) which gives them full view of the large portion of the house and the spa.
Absolutely incredible place! The view speaks for itself, but the apartment was lovely. Really warm, clean and so well equipped, it had everything we could possibly need. And the spa was just fantastic, the kids loved it!
And the accommmodation hosts were so easy to contact and deal with.
Weâll be back again :)
