Beautiful view and great location

This condo was perfect on the beach the a beautiful view. We could see the dolphins from the balcony. It was walking distance to St Johns Pass. We a a great time snd enjoyed the pool very much too!

Family Vacation August 2023

Office staff where we checked in & received our keys was great, resort is beautiful & well maintained by the maintenance tech. TV in bedroom never worked even after reporting it to office so we paid for an advertised amenity we never received. No attempt to fix or replace tv during our stay. The major issue is with the elevator that constantly broke down everyday/night. Had to constantly climb up & down 7 flights of stairs with my 82 year old mother because the elevator constantly stopped working. When reporting the issue we were told anytime we need assistance on the stairs or if we get stuck in the elevator to just contact the local fire department because it's an ongoing issue they know all about. Was always a horrible experience carrying groceries, pool/beach supplies & shopping bags for the day up 7 flights of stairs in the heat. Person who took our complaints over the phone brushed off our concerns and said the elevator is old, has a mind of its own & stops working when it gets overheated. The elevator broke down for hours at a time, sometimes it would break down while we were all at the pool in the evening & not be repaired until the next day. It constantly broke down at random times and stayed that way until somebody came to fix it, which was always a long wait. My elderly mother had to take a heart pill everytime she had to climb the stairs becuase it was so strenuous on her. We reported these dangerous issues to the staff but the elevator kept breaking down.

Wonder time

The stay was great, exactly as pictured. Loved having beach access and having available chairs and umbrellas to use. Check in was a little annoyance, you have to go to the hotel down the street and down farther to drop the keys off. We had issues with the patio door and the master bathroom door, I called management they came out to fix it right away. The beds could be replaced along with the broken blind but other than that we had a famousl time. These small issues would not deteriorate me not to stay here again. 100% recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only issue was one of the beds was really squeaky and noisy,everytime you moved it was a racket. They might want to replace it. Other than that we look forward to staying there again.

Property was pleasant and quiet. Only issue was just that it wasn't very clean in some areas. It was comfortable, though. Great location and good rate.

Would absolutely stay here again.

This is the perfect location with a view that could not be better. The property is not as new as some in the area, but you can tell that they are constantly making improvements. Will be looking to see if it is available next year.

The property location was awesome. The Elevator never worked so we were on the 8th floor. Our beds had blood stains on pillow cases and sheets couldn’t even sleep on them. They definitely don’t wash the blankets after you leave it was gross.

Comfortable Grandmas Condo

The property boasted "recently remodeled all furnishings and decor have been inventoried" but NO ONE would want to steal a thing in this very dated condo. The master bedroom was converted to the double bed room, the carpet was very old, the blinds didn't close all the way down and all the artwork was faded. The smaller bedroom served as the master with maybe a queen bed and the same old carpet but the main bathroom was for their use and everyone else's so not private. The kitchen was well appointed but had an old coffee maker, 1 garbage bag, a 1/4 paper towel roll and a small bottle of dish soap. The bathrooms had 1 used roll of toilet paper in each. We had a glass dining and coffee table with no Windex or other glass cleaner provided so that was an additional purchase too! Honestly, at $2,000 for 6 days they should furnish enough supplies so you don't have to go purchase them. The main property was very well maintained but the elevator was a nightmare and took forever so be prepared to wait.

Great Beach Location

The Sea Breeze grounds are well kept. The pool and spa were not too crowded. The unit could have been cleaner. The utensil drawers were full of crumbs, dried food in coffee cups, bowls, etc. Led us to not trust the cleanliness of the dishes therefore we washed everything. Both bedspreads had chocolate or something on them. Obviously not changed out after each guest stay which is disturbing. The mattresses were ALL very uncomfortable. One nearest the porch squeaked and the springs could be felt coming through. For the cost, these basic amenities should be kept up. The bathroom shower tile in the master didn't look very clean. Again, I had to clean it before use. The cleaning staff needs to do more than surface clean. Due to the additional charge if the dishes aren't in the dishwaser upon departure, I believe guests put the dirty dishes back in the cabinet so they don't have to be bothered. The checkout time is a little early. There is one elevator for the entire building. It broke around 6:30 pm on our last night. This was not considered "Urgent" . The maintenance man arrived at 8:00 and put the call into the elevator company first thing. This is an unacceptable practice. It took less than 30 minutes for the elevator to be repaired at 10:30 the following morning. The owners/managment companies should have a better plan in place other than putting in a work order for the next day. This should have been treated as an emergency and pay the after hours charge. That is the cost of doing business. Elderly people were stranded and not able to reach their rooms, leave their rooms etc. Also, there wasn't any solid plan for those of us required to checkout at 10:00 with heavy items to bring down from the 7th floor. The representatives of the management companies need to have a plan for instances when the elevator is broken. Guests pay too much money to have to walk seven flights of stairs on checkout day.

Convenient

The condo was in a perfect location within one minute to Joh s Pass. Perfect access to the beach. It was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. We spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at our great view. I will say if you stay here the condo is only supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel and one trash bag. Overall it was a great stay in a perfect location.

Condo needs updating and repairs

The location of this property is great. You are right on the beach and it cannot get better than that. The property is old and needs updating. The blind in the bedroom facing the walkway outside was broken and could not be shut. The towels provided were very thin and worn. It was chilly the first night we stayed and went to get out blankets and they were like army blankets and not clean. We ended up calling the property management company and complaining and they were great. They came that day and replaced the blind and gave us better blankets and towels. I would say the owner of this unit needs to do some updating and replacing of items to make it a nicer unit worth what you are paying for.
