Beautiful house

The house was beautiful and clean. Great location. Got to drink coffee outside by the pool with turkeys every morning! The master suite was stunning! Highly recommend this house to stay at!

Lovely house, plenty of room for 6 with the added bonus of a pool. Good location with easy drive to Disney parks, Universal a bit further but reachable in 45 mins or so.

The property was as described and very clean! Having some small, basic items- such as soap- provided was very helpful! The kitchen is well stocked with enough plates and cooking implements. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean beautiful home with a great pool and view. The kids love to swim could not get them out lol. Close to Disney made traveling easy. Property owners and management we dealt with were super friendly and helpful. We did not want to leave. We will be back for sure! Thankful for letting us live in your home for the week!!

Easy communication. Big, bright, clean, spacious house. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home. There were a lot of added touches that were appreciated. We didn’t realize there was a third bathroom so the little shampoo and conditioner provided was very much needed and so appreciated. The house was so clean and so inviting. Loved it.

Pro- very spacious for 6 to 8 people. Everything was clean and new. Con - My wife said it would be nice to have some throws / blankets for use in the living room while watching tv and hanging out? Also being able to use the gas grill would be nice, but i do understand the lability form the owners point of view.

All in all it was nice. Good location, easy access to things. The lack of extra toilet paper and household goods like that was a little nerve racking. The pots, pans and utensils were little to be desired. Again served the purpose, just thought for the price they would be a little nicer.

Guests may have to purchase additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups.- We also provide ample pots, pans, and utensils, along with additional personalized touches to enhance the guest experience as a gesture of hospitality.- We wish you had reached out to the guest contact or Evolve during your visit if there were any issues you needed to address. You get what you pay for

It was a nice size house in a nice quiet neighborhood but a lot of the property was run down and falling apart, carpets were dirty dressers and counters in the the bedrooms were filthy. Curtain rods feel down when opening curtains to let in light. We booked a one week stay and were only given 2 dish detergent packs and 2 packs for laundry and one trash bag, zero condiments etc This place would be great if it was better maintained

Absolutely gorgeous house however could use some updates : the carpet is horribly stained, the children's bedroom beds are completely terrible, my children had to sleep with my mother and I and the tvs in the bedrooms , which i certainly appreciated , need to be bigger . Especially the one in the master bedroom. The lanai needs some work, couple broken screens . However again very nice home and when I did need to reach out I recieved fairly prompt attention .

Family vacation to Florida

House was nice. Only complaint is there's no sugar or salt suppled. Which is pretty common for other rental to have on hand. You have to bring everything. Bought a rice cooker to use, but left for future guests to use. That's not a big deal. Another unusual thing happened was code to gate community didn't work on our second day there, but local contact was nice enough to help clear that up. Overall nice place will minimal complaint. We use again if back in Orlando.

Everything was clean but they didn’t have pool ready until three days after I got there. Completely green and it was paid for weeks in advance. Never refunded any money. Screen house ripped in a storm so for three days after that we dealt with mosquitoes and flies. Called the night it happened. No one was sent to even look.

Great Vacation

Upon arrival of this house everything went smoothly. I was given all the necessary information leading up and was able to reach the property manager with any questions I had. It’s a beautiful gated community. We will definitely return! The home is bright, spacious and clean. The pool is very private with what I considered a really pretty view behind the backyard. I personally didn’t realize one of the bedrooms were on the main floor but that could be a definite plus for a lot of people. We loved that the main floor bathroom was accessible from the outside pool area. So convenient! Overall we had the most wonderful time and this house definitely met our expectations! We look forward to returning. Also for those who have never been, the house itself is in a super convenient neighbourhood and area altogether. Close to stores and highways, a quick drive to Disney. Enjoy!

priced lower for a reason

The property has stained carpet throughout including the stairway as you come in and the "Anna & Elsa" room. The neighbors were parked in the driveway the night we arrived and we had to call the contact to have them move. The neighbors consistently park in such a manner that leaving the drive way is risky business at best. The "Anna & Elsa" room is unusable as a sleeping room due to the overwhelming loud ductwork banging every time the air conditioning turns on. There was not 1 roll of extra toilet paper in the entire house meaning you only have what is in the house when you arrive. There are only the few towels with no extra available. In fact any and everything that could be useful in a VRBO (forks, plates, towels, t.p. etc) were overly limited. This VRBO seems to not want to actually be a VRBO. The rules are posted everywhere and are extremely and needlessly over bearing. The property does not give off any sort of welcoming atmosphere, instead it seems as if the owner(s) are rather begrudgingly renting the place out against their will. The proximity to Disney and the low cost are the only pluses.

Hi Paul, we appreciate your feedback, and we are committed to providing an excellent experience for our guests. Here are some insights from the homeowner:-On behalf of the owners, I acknowledge that as the property manager, my insight into certain aspects of the complaint is limited. Regarding the issue with loud ductwork, this is not something we have previously encountered, and we recommend having it evaluated by an air conditioning technician.-We acknowledge that the neighbor’s parking has been problematic. On the night of the guest's arrival, I contacted the property owner to address the parking issue with the neighbor, and they did reach out to the neighbors. We hope that this has resolved any future issues. -The light-colored carpet, unfortunately, has some stains that cannot be fully removed despite regular professional cleaning every two months. While we strive to maintain it, some stains from spills are permanent.-The cookware and silverware are sufficient for the size of the home, and we have recently added new sets. We are considering adding a few more plates and cups to enhance the kitchen inventory.-Regarding supplies, while we do not currently provide extra toilet paper and paper towels, we do supply additional trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods, shampoo, and conditioner.-There is an adequate amount of towels provided, and we also offer an on-site washing machine for guests to launder used towels as needed.-We will discuss potential improvements with the owner to further enhance the guest experience. Thank you for bringing this review to our attention.We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys the best possible stay, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests at this property, as evidenced by our other reviews.
