Le Splash Resort est un merveilleux complexe familial sans fumée. Il y a un sykbridge à température contrôlée qui relie les tours est et ouest, de sorte que toutes les commodités du complexe peuvent être facilement accessibles depuis l'une ou l'autre tour sans sortir du complexe. La tour Est dispose d'une piscine, d'une rivière paresseuse, d'une pataugeoire pour les tout-petits, d'un snack-bar, d'un centre de remise en forme, de 2 barbecues à gaz et d'un hall / coin salon face au golfe. La tour Est est la première tour dans laquelle vous arriverez en entrant dans la station depuis le parking et le hall. De la tour Est, vous pouvez traverser une deuxième passerelle et vous arriverez dans la tour Ouest qui a le parc aquatique, le bain à remous, la piscine et la salle de jeux.

À PROPOS DU CONDO
Il y a une chambre complète, deux lits superposés dans le couloir et deux salles de bain. La cuisine entièrement équipée avec des espaces communs spacieux et un grand balcon donnant sur le golfe et la plage.

Le salon et la cuisine confortables s'ouvrent sur un BALCON accueillant donnant sur les plages de sable blanc et les belles piscines. Le salon dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat 32 pouces avec lecteur DVD pour que toute la famille puisse passer une soirée cinéma après une journée de plaisir au soleil! Le maître a une grande télévision et un lecteur DVD pour que maman et papa puissent en profiter aussi!

La chambre principale a un lit KING avec des draps luxueux ... les enfants adoreront la zone BUNK, et il y a un espace de couchage supplémentaire avec le canapé queen SLEEPER. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, avec des comptoirs en granit et tout le confort de la maison. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire de jardin et d'une douche à l'italienne, et il y a une salle de bain complète supplémentaire pour le reste de la famille.

LE SERVICE DE PLAGE est inclus pour toutes les réservations entre le 15 mars et le 31 octobre. Cela comprend deux chaises et un parapluie pour tout votre séjour. Le vendeur de plage facture 45 $ / jour de location, ce qui pourrait vous faire économiser plus de 200 $ pour un séjour d'une semaine.

We were very pleased with condo. If there is anything negative I could say it would be that the sofa needs to be replaced. Other than that we really enjoyed the resort.

Great time

We had a great time in 1105 West. It was a great room for our family of four. This room is right outside the elevator, which is a good and can get loud at times but we were glad we didn’t have to walk far.

Great place to stay!

Pools are great for when kids get tired of the beach. Elevators are slow and crowded.... I would suggest going in May or Aug. It was a very crowded 4th of July. All processes are easy and not far from Pier Park. Blue Dolphin Tours are fun! Beach service guys are great!

Nice getaway with the family

We really enjoyed the condo. It was convenient to restaurants and shops, but you felt like you were away from the crowds. The bed is very comfortable. We would stay here again. We vacationed with the adult kids and grandkids that stayed in a different condo at Splash. The kids really enjoyed the water park and the bistro.

Excellent experience

This was my first experience with a vrbo and our first time going to this area, and it was wonderful! Everything was clearly explained and very accurate in the listing. The host was VERY responsive and polite. We were a bit skeptical when we saw that the property was near the elevator, but it was quiet and well maintained. The space and amenities were clean. I definitely recommend doing the beach service. It's a great deal and super convenient. I look forward to staying here again!

Condo was fantastic! Beach chairs are a bit of a hassle, you have to be there at 8 am setting up or you won’t have a spot. Then there are still going to be people setting up in the front of you. There was a lot of seaweed which was disappointment because I like to snorkel. It was pretty disgusting. The security guard at the condo is the BEST. This host was great, no problems, easy in and out. The only thing I would change is to put locks on the balcony door. The guy in the donut shop is rude. Riptide has good food and good service. Overall, great stay.

We had no issues at all, the property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. I accidentally booked the wrong week and he even was able to change the week immediately. Very nice room and clean! We loved it!

Check in to the actual condo was quick and easy. The condo is conveniently located and has a beautiful view from the balcony. The condo worked well for our visit. There were a couple of minor differences between the pictures and the actual condo. The biggest notable item was the missing curtains in the bedroom. The morning sun streaming into the bedroom - even through the blinds - is extremely bright at 6:00 a.m. The cleaning service didn't do a great job prior to our arrival. There was old food in the microwave and the floors and shower needed a better cleaning to remove the sand. As far as the property as a whole, there was a wait for the elevators each and every time we needed them, sometimes up to 35 minutes within an hour before or after check-in and check-out times. The pools, lazy river, and children's water park were all a nice addition to have as options to get out of the sun during midday.

Overall the stay was ok. Great condo for kids! Love the location because it’s out of the pier park traffic. However, the room had an unpleasant odor. Also, the toilet handle in one of the bathrooms is broken and only held together with rubber bands. We had a quick trips so we just didn’t use that toilet.

Great view, good for small family with young children

The condo was clean but, small 1 bedroom with bunks in the hall way ( as described) kitchen was okay. ( fyi take your own coffee cup) has regular coffee maker( asked beforehand) took my keurig . King bed was comfortable. Kids liked the bunk beds. Had a EXCELLENT view!!! Elevators are a NIGHTMARE!! Be prepared to wait!!!! ( we were on the 11th floor) Parking is across the street and you must take All your belongings across the skywalk. Over all the trip was a good one. Kids enjoyed their stay and thats why we were there!! was comfortable

Pros: Room was very clean. Anthony was a delight and solved any issues. Maintenance staff was RUDE. Condo Association was great. Anthony needs a New Person for maintenance.The guy that we called was rude and not willing to help. He actually told me to buy batteries for remote at Wal-Mart. Anthony was kind and had batteries sent to us. We didn't pay $$$ to be talked rude to. Anthony was a professional. Would return if new crew to handle issues. 1105 W.

The condo overall is a wonderful family friendly place. I loved that it was a little more quiet & down from the business of the Pier Park area, but it is too far to walk to some of the better restaurants. We didn't mind though. Loved the little restaurant & grill by the pool. It was super convenient for breakfast or lunch & everything we had from both was great. The elevators & luggage carts are a problem while trying to get checked in & was the same for checking out. We spent at least 30 minutes going from floor to floor looking for a luggage cart after asking several Splash employees for help. Finally we found our own. The unit itself is decorated nicely, but has a few things that needs to be fixed. The bathtub in the master bedroom did not drain. It took 30 minutes to drain after taking a shower. The washing machine has a strong unpleasant smell. The patio furniture needs to be replaced badly. The cushions were molded & the furniture itself was coming apart. Again, the unit wasn't bad, but needs some attention & a few items replaced.

Not terrible but needs updated

We have stayed in 3 different units at Splash, and this would take second place of the three. Upon entering the unit, there was a mildewy smell. The AC would not cut on, but there was a fast response by the owner and maintenance was there before I even unloaded all of our things from the vehicle. That was a big positive for this unit. The issues with the unit are minor yet noticeable enough to bother me. The unit could use some updating and attention. The baseboards need painted. There are chips in the bathroom vanity, the bar stools, and the furniture in the bedroom seemed to be going for a distressed look, but instead just looked like a bad paint job. The patio furniture was not adequate for 4 people. There was only a wicker chaise with a cushion that looked old and dirty and a small wicker table with one chair. We all couldn’t sit out on the balcony together or have breakfast on the balcony without having to bring barstools out. Also, we were not able to find a proper spatula in the kitchen, and some of the pots and pans need to be replaced. I wasn’t a fan of the decor. The bedding was all plain white and nothing really popped to give you a beachy vibe in the unit aside from maybe one or two shells. The listing needs to be updated because the arcade is no longer at this resort. It was turned into an ice cream/coffee shop that serves breakfast. Aside from the minor issues with decor and updates, we enjoyed our stay and the owner was responsive and quick to address issues.

Love this resort and area

The condo was beautifully decorated, booking was fast and easy. The mattress in the master bedroom is very firm, just for information. The only negative of the property would be that the balcony furniture is sparse and not comfortable. Every thing else was great.

Great condo for family of 4

Great condo for a quick family getaway. We had plenty of space and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Our kids especially loved the lazy river and water park. However, they were a little disappointed to learn that the arcade was no longer there. Communication with the condo owner was excellent. He allowed us to check in early and provided us with a discount for the beach service. Overall, this is a wonderful condo in a great location with lots to do.

PCB Vacation 2021

Woman at check in for parking/ swimming passes was very rude, elevators were filthy and took forever, got to room an hour after check in and cleaning guy was shampooing the chair and couch, mold in vents in rooms and bathrooms, fridge was not very cold, balcony railing had chipped paint and patio furniture was in bad shape, towel rack in one of the bathrooms was broke and toilet leaked and had rust spots on floor, paint chipped on walls and sand under the floor tilesin the hall. Pool area and room was not as pictured. Pictures must of been taken when first opened. Not very satisfied with the amount of money we paid to stay there!
