Séjour minimum de sept jours requis. Interdiction de fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Joliment meublé deux chambres, deux salles de bain au premier étage. Vue sur l'étang et la fontaine. Patio grillagé avec table et 4 chaises, cuisine / salle à manger, combinaison salon / salle à manger, chambre à coucher divisée, lit king en maßtre et lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis. 3 téléviseurs fournis, y compris une Smart TV avec son surround avec DVD Blue Ray et une bibliothÚque de bandes.

Environ 6 miles de la plage, donc beaucoup de fournitures de plage fournies, y compris un parapluie, des chaises, une glaciĂšre, etc. Il y a aussi quelques cannes Ă  pĂȘche! PrĂšs de l'IMG Golf and Country Club avec restaurant sur la baie de Sarasota ouvert au public. Également proche des magasins, du bowling, du cinĂ©ma et de nombreux restaurants.

Great condo - strict association rules

The condo was great - comfortable and well furnished. Very clean (very important to me). Very well stocked with beach items - the umbrella was amazing - and well stocked kitchen. The location was also perfect. We were there for an event at IMG. It was a pleasant 2 miles from the doorstep to the furthest fields - great walk for me while the others had a quick drive. Only problem was the association rules - and they are vigorously enforced. This is not a place for active children - pool passes were checked, noise and splashing at the pool were met with glares and reprimands. A group of teenagers - not with us - who to me were very well behaved were asked to leave the pool area. It would have been terrible for younger kids who just want to play and have fun. Majority of people there were older/elderly and this association caters to them. For us, this was a minor issue - but I would have been really unhappy with younger kids So -- great condo, well supplied, easy owners to work with, but beware with kids and expecting to use onsite amenities.

House

The house was great had everything anyone would need. But the 2 single beds had the worse mattress so hard had a backack everyday need better mattress and bed linens not cheap ones that don’t stay on the bed. I deffently would stay there again.

HAS EVERYTHING

The property although older, was very clean and in very good condition. It is literally within walking distance from anything you might need. It has two pools and two hot tubs on the property which were nice to have. It has EVERYTHING you may have forgotten to bring from home. I have never stayed at a VRBO that has all the beach toys, umbrellas, lawn furniture and even fishing poles. Every time we thought of something we might need or had forgotten from home, we just looked for it and found it. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Also, Carol the property manager was quick to answer and return calls at any time. Thanks for a great vacation.

An excellent one week stay

I received all information in advance to make my check in very easy. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcoming bottle of vino and a cold bear awaiting us in the refrigerator after a long days drive. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials including spices. For recreation, there was a wide variety of things for the pool and beach including fishing rods. The Shorewalk villas facility was terrific with a recreation center, two pools, tennis, pickle ball and a basketball court etc. The staff were friendly and available. The location was terrific which was walking distance to Publix, a short drive to Walmart. The drive to the beach was fifteen to forty minutes, depending on the weather and time of day. My wife and I were impressed and enjoyed our one week stay. We recommend this unit to any couple or family.

Wonderful stay in Bradenton

The unit at Shorewalk was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location within the complex is excellent, on the ground floor, with a great view of one of the ponds, and close by to the clubhouse, pools and tennis courts. Pat and Collin were attentive and responsive to all of our questions. The master bedroom was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great having a washer/dryer unit in the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very good location, and excellent accomodation.

Shorewalk at Bradenton is in a very good position: handy for the excellent, clean beaches at Anna Maria Island; close to local shops and restaurants and just a short drive to Sarasota for more shops and restaurants; and close to a fast motorway to Tampa for even more shopping, and Orlando for theme parks. The complex itself is clean and well maintained, with good facilities, including two very good, small swimming pools, tennis courts and a clubhouse, and with attractive grounds. There's plenty of wild life around, including ducks, geese, herons, turtles, and squirrels. Wi-fi was free at the clubhouse, or you could pay a small amount per week for wi-fi in your condo. The condo that we rented was large and airy, with a well stocked kitchen/diner; a good sized lounge with a large dining table and comfy sofas; a very good sized master bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower, and huge walk-in wardrobe; another good sized second bedroom; and a separate bathroom. There was also a nice enclosed veranda with padded chairs and a table with views over one of the lakes. It was nice and clean, well maintained, and very comfortable with the all-important air-conditioning to keep us cool. For the nights when you don't want to cook, there are plenty of good local restaurants and fast food takeaway places within a few minutes drive, and branches of Applebee's and Outback are within walking distance. The best pancakes we've ever eaten were found at the First Watch cafe at the 71st Street shopping centre on Cortez Road, a couple of miles west of Shorewalk - huge, but light and fluffy, and delicious. We also loved the donuts at Bradenton Donuts, a vintage cafe on 14th Street on the way to Sarasota. The owners were very helpful and friendly, replying quickly to any questions I had, and the local agents for the property were also very helpful. The only, minor, problem I had was that the agents wanted payment in either cash or by money order, which was not as convenient as paying by debit card. It was easy enough getting cash before I traveled, but it meant carrying a large sum of money with me on the flight from the UK. As I say, only a minor problem, but allowing payment by debit card would have made the entire rental process completely trouble free. In conclusion, this was a perfect holiday spot for me and my family, and I would not hesitate to recommend this condo for families looking for a good self-catering holiday, and a wide range of holiday activities.
