NOTEZ S'IL VOUS PLAÎT:
Mes prix sont tout compris sauf les frais de ménage quotidiens obligatoires de 40 $, payés directement à l'hÎtel le jour du départ. J'ai réduit mes prix pour refléter cela.

(Pas de frais cachés pour les taxes de séjour, le stationnement, etc.) Situé dans le complexe Signature MGM Luxury Condo, 3Úme tour, 37Úme étage. Notre unité de balcon avec 1 chambre, 2 salles de bain est trÚs propre et bien entretenue.
Parking gratuit et sans frais de villégiature. Condo de luxe avec une vue inoubliable sur la montagne et une vue partielle sur le Strip depuis votre balcon privé. Pour vos invités, un canapé-lit queen dans le salon séparé avec sa propre salle de bain. Grand espace pour se détendre et se relaxer de la cohue du Strip et des casinos. Le bùtiment a une passerelle facile (trottoirs mobiles) à la MGM et est à seulement 1 pùté de maisons du bùtiment aux boutiques miracle mile / Strip.

Super stay in lovely apartment

We had a wonderful week in this apartment and it was all as described. Wonderful views of Las Vegas and F1 pit straight and airport (we loved watching the planes). Will definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful. We had issues with our rental car so it was after midnight when we arrived. Everyone was friendly and helpful with our check in process. We stayed for three nights and the service was always excellent. The valets retrieved our car quickly and we’re always very kind and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

We were in town for Lovers and Friends Fest, and this place was amazing. The views and location was awesome. Great communication with Tanner as well. Definitely will be back!

We loved our room!

Everything was great! We loved our room. The best parts were the views from personal balcony. The shower and jet tub was also another treat. It was a nice romantic stay. Very cozy!

Good size room

It was nice having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Access to MGM pool. There is a pathway to walk to MGM but it is a far walk from other parts of the strip. Host is very responsive

Quiet, luxury, & comfort

This listing looks better in person and is a wonderful place to stay. The views from the balcony are awesome. The suite window looks out to the Sphere. The jacuzzi bathtub was heavenly. And the unit was top notch clean! The only thing I would note was that there are literally NO utensils in the room. That being said - there’s an oven and microwave but you have to figure out what to put your food on. :/ Other than that, would highly recommend!!!

Very comfortable

The condo was just as advertised. Communication with Tanner was great. The staff at the property were wonderful. It is a walk to get through the property to the strip, so bring good walking shoes, and I would definitely stay here again.

A quiet relaxing property but close to the bustle

I love this property and most likely would stay again. The penthouse suite which includes a balcony makes it extra special. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is super large. I also like that it has an additional bathroom in the one bedroom suite. The property is located a reasonable distance from the strip where things are happening. At the end of the day it was nice to retire to the comfort of this property to rewnergize for the next day vegas experience!

I've stayed at the MGM Signature numerous times over the years and each time have had a positive experience. But this time I also had a Penthouse on the 37th floor, with a corner unit with a balcony overlooking Top Golf, Wet Republic, and McCarren Airport.

Perfect place to stay near the strip!

My husband and I had the best time staying at this very nice, clean and quiet condo off the strip. Easy to get back and forth to all the action and have a nice place to head back to for rest and relaxation! Very nicely appointed condo with nice views to look out at. The only thing missing were wine glasses, and I maybe could have asked for some. We had a great time going to the new stadium and watching the Raider game, and went to some amazing shows and restaurants! We will definitely be back!

Great rental in MGM Complex

We really loved our stay at this property. The views were amazing from the PH terrace...you can see the planes take off and land without the noise, and the facilities at MGM Signature/Grand are top notch with some great restaurants all within walking distance... everything is right there. The monorail leaves from MGM too, so another plus for an easy way to see some of the resorts. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Check out the gourmet coffee shop in Tower 2 before you waste lots of time on the Starbucks line, delicious! Some of the best state park vista's you'll ever see just a short drive away, so don't miss them. Overall, great stay... although if you're an out of shape senior or someone with walking problems, Tower 3, even with the moving walkway, could become tedious for you on a longer stay, but, then again, walking comes with the territory in Vegas, lots of it! Thanks Tanner, awesome PH in a really special place.
