Sanibel Shores est une petite propriété tranquille composée de seulement huit cottages situés le long de la paisible rivière Sanibel, à environ 800 mètres des plages de sable blanc de Sanibel. Situé près de Donax Street, vous êtes au centre des restaurants et des boutiques et vous avez un bon accès aux 25 kilomètres de pistes cyclables de Sanibel. Unité A1 est un chalet de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains avec environ 980 pieds carrés, y compris un porche avant blindé confortable pour se détendre. Les installations comprennent une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse, deux télévisions à écran plat et une connexion Internet sans fil. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sanibel Shores has been our “snowbird getaway” for 9 years-but in a different condo. We love the small complex with it’s beautiful pool, landscaping, and perfect location. We stayed home during COVID in 2021 and were lucky enough to find and rent A-1 January-March 5, 2022. The owners were so kind and generous and allowed us to extend our stay. The condo is quaint, clean, comfortable, and suited our needs nicely. The Sanibel Holiday staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the bag of delicious citrus fruit! Our only suggestion for improvement would be to firm up the soft king mattress. If you enjoy cycling everywhere on the island, this location is perfect. We always bring our own bikes. Bikes are not included but rentals are available nearby.

Reviewer Comments: We had a relaxing week in this duplex that was an easy walk to the beach, several restaurants (including ice cream) and a convenience store. We hardly used our rental car. The beach wagon provided by the owner made beach excursions easy. We were missing a cookie sheet to use in the oven, but once we let the property manager know, we received it quickly.

Not Bad

This is a small house but affordable. Nice location, relatively quiet. It's a about a 20 minute drive to the north end of the island where the best shelling beaches are located. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but most restaurants you will need to drive or bike to Most of the unit was clean but small black hairs were present in bathrooms on walls. We tried calling the management company but they had closed for the weekend so we cleaned it ourselves. The unit is pretty outdated, but it was adequate for our one week stay. The wifi information we were given at check in was incorrect so when I got a call from my office that I had to work while there, I couldn't get on the internet. I called and emailed the management office on Friday night but lost the entire weekend due to lack of response. My daughter was excited to see a giant grasshopper on the screen to the porch and a large corn snake around the walls of an adjacent unit on our way to the dumpster. She's a big snake fan. The pool was clean and fairly warm. It would have been nice if the hose outside the unit worked to rinse off shoes after the beach. The unit was well equipped with towels, blankets and cooking supplies. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. Be aware that there is a $6.00 toll to get onto the island and it can only be billed, no credit card or cash. Car rental companies will charge you the toll and another $3.50 fee.

Wonderful Home!

Quite neighborhood. Close to beach. Just the right size. Could have used more trash bags though. Washer and dryer made it easy to keep the place and our selves clean.

There is a TV in the living area & one in one bedroom. The location is about 1/2 mile from the beach. We rented bikes for the week & what a bike friendly island!! An absolutely beautiful place to escape the spring snow in Colorado!! A family friendly cottage & place to vacation too.

Property was as advertised.Good location,close to beach(maybe a 10 minute walk),and short drive to restaurants and easy on and off island. If you prefer the pool, it was clean, small and private..Screened porch was good for enjoying morning coffee, seeing the sunrise and lunch.Neighborhood was nice and people were friendly..

Wonderful little cottage with screened in porch. Great Staff, great pool, short walk to beach.

Great little 2 bed/2 bath cottage. Quiet and beautiful location with short walk to the beach. The friendliest Staff and check in process. Screened in porch was nice. Heated pool was perfect. Secluded and lovely. Highly recommended.

We literally had the best family vacation ever!!! The place was an amazing beach getaway with being close to a fantastic beach access and the private pool to dip into anytime. The screened in porch was a great too. The place itself was spotless and so clean and such awesome beach theme with WiFi and nice flat screen TVs.
