The good:
The apartment smelled clean. The host provided plenty of towels. 4 bedrooms. 1.5 bathrooms. Lots of TV channels. All bedrooms hada TV. Close to highway.
The bad:
The apartment was filthy. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and everywhere inside the shower. There's a 8x8 hole in a wall in bathroom. All closets have A/Cs stacked up, unable to hang clothes. A window in a bedroom had a 6x6 hole on the inside pane. There was blood on a closet door. Exposed electrical wires under kitchen cabinets. Hand air dryer didn't work. The iron had black stains, unable to use. Dish rack was rusty. No hand soap in bathroom. We had to buy some. Host was hard to get in contact with. We will NEVER stay at this property again! DISGUSTING!!!
We travelled in for a bowling tournament and it was the perfect spot. Everyone had their own space and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner - especially given that we booked very last minute.
Great for Price and Location, Bring Extras for Kitchen
Good deal for a place to stay. If you plan on using the kitchen, make sure to bring things like salt & pepper, ground coffee, etc⊠there are none of these supplies. Also buy a sharp knife if you want to chop things.
We were there to attend a wedding with friends and it got the job done just fine. Also plan ahead of staying with others - there is only one key.
We booked this Vrbo to visit Boston and Providence. Itâs right in the middle which is perfect for us. Overall my first Vrbo experience with Nazha was okay.
Pros:
The whole floor to ourselves
Cooking equipments are provided ( Mixers, coffee maker, etc)
TV in every room
Interesting bathroom equipments. It has a hand dryer!
Cons:
He is not very responsive. We would have to wait for many hours for his response.
No central AC, each room had a portable AC unit with the exhaust hastily attached by tape. Some of the A/C does not work. We have to moved the kitchen A/C to one of the rooms.
The shower door does not close, which result in the water spilling out.
If you are cooking just beware of the fridge. The fridge sometimes works and sometimes doesnât work. In the beginning, the fridge wasnât cold enough to store our food. We had to put our food in the freezer.
Overall, you get what you pay. We did enjoy our stay with Nazha.
5 bedroom unit with 1.5 baths. Definitely better suited for people venturing out than staying in. There is no living space (as listed), so not really able to hang out besides in the bed rooms. Definitely an older building and on the 3rd floor. Right beside highway too. It was a pleasant stay with no issues - ideal for an overnighter or someone on a budget!
Good location in Pawtucket, easy access to highways to reach other places. Parking was a little hard on a couple of days, but, 2 out of 28 is not bad.
Nazha was very responsive and attentive.
This is a third-floor walkup flat adjacent to Rte. I-95. It was fine for visiting RI Hospital. There's excellent wifi and a large driveway for off-street parking. The owners provided plenty of towels, and the new, clean shower had body wash and shampoo. Sam was very attentive, though there were a couple of glitches signing in.
I was uncomfortable with the lack of an interior bolt on the flat. This would be an important and easily made improvement.
And the listing isn't all true. There are no hardwood floors, "gleaming" or not. Most of the flat has thin carpet laid directly on plywood. More importantly,
the air conditioning consists of a small window unit and a couple of portable units on wheels. As the top floor, it will be sweltering in hot weather. (I lived in one of these during college.)
All in all, a decent place to stay for a few nights as long as it's not summer and your knees can handle a long, steep stairway.
My friends and I wanted to visit Rhode Island, we had a great time. The house was really nice, really clean. It exceeded our expectations, there was great communication.
I had a good experience, And I slept good through the night. The Property Manager was easy to work with and to talk to. This is a great place to stay at if youâre looking for a place to sleep. It is clean, quiet and it is a comfortable vibe. Thank you and I appreciate you for working with me, and letting me and brothers spend a night.

This property is located in a in a diverse racial and socioeconomic residential neighborhood. While many of the houses are well maintained there are others that are neglected or empty. although a tourist destination, does not have a resort-like atmosphere and it should not be expected anywhere in the city. The neighborhood is lovely and safe but the city is still rebuilding after many years of neglect so you may see some houses that need repair on your way to the property. You'll love the local le foyer restaurant down the Street. Check out if you have the time! There are many other restaurants in the area who deliver or are available for a dining experience including Halal and Vegan options. Let me know if you'd like any recommendations! There is a bus station down Street the Pawtucket downtown or the Bus stop station is behind the building.
The property is well within walking distance of the beautiful downtown Pawtucket fountain River and the Massachusetts border.
Ideally set in the center which is a perfect to work if you are a remote worker. Here, you have access to reliable high-speed Verizon internet, Ample parking space, peace and quiet, and an overly attentive host. This place is a great for people who are hard working or trying to build good careers & future...
