Bel appartement de style Palapa

La Casa Rafael est un charmant appartement privé situé au centre du charmant village de San Pancho, au deuxième étage. Il a un haut toit en palapa et un plan d'étage ouvert avec un grand balcon ombragé par des palmiers.
C’est bien meublé avec de l’art local et des endroits confortables pour se détendre.
Il y a beaucoup de lumière et une excellente circulation d’air, avec de grandes fenêtres et un design ouvert.
Les ventilateurs de plafond partout et AC dans les chambres. Il y a une petite piscine privée et isolée chauffée, un grill, une cuisine extérieure et un espace jardin à l'arrière.
Il est situé en plein cœur de la ville, à deux ou trois rues de la plage, à proximité de tout, notamment des restaurants, des boutiques, des cafés et des épiceries.
La cuisine est bien équipée pour préparer les repas.
Les lits sont confortables, avec de beaux draps et literie.
Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse disponible pour utilisation. Des serviettes de plage, des parapluies, des chaises et des planches à voile sont à votre disposition.
Il y a un jardin très privé et tranquille avec une cuisine extérieure, un barbecue, une petite piscine chauffée et une douche extérieure.

Settled right in. Enjoyed connecting with localsFrom coffee cafe next door to the taxi drivers in the front. And the local wild life, birds and squirrels. We were very comfortable and happy.

Would definitely stay again

This place was spacious, well-appointed, unique and lovely. The host was an excellent communicator. Really loved being right on the main drag, which was busy until about 10:00 pm and then very quiet. Very comfortable and attractive.

Just amazing

We loved staying on the main street. Listening to the town wake up in the morning until hearing the live music every night. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, a grocery store around the corner and great restaurants in every direction. The place itself is perfect with all of the windows and great chairs to enjoy the balcony. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

A beautiful place in the heart of San Pancho. Hard to say what this place once was or what the town looked at even a decade ago But we were in the middle of a incredibly charming busy street straight from Madrid. The glorious cavernous environment was a joy to be in: the great kitchen and cozy bedroom, The living room was beautiful, and with a deck overlooking the street

Fun open air home in a lively community.

Andrew’s place is a beautiful open air Palapa in the center of town. If you like the bustling sounds of a lively Mexican community, this is the place for you. There are roosters crowing, dogs barking, people laughing and singing and loud music. We loved the open air home style with refreshing breezes each afternoon. Thank you for a fun stay!

Superb spot in heart of San Pancho

We absolutely loved Casa Rafael. The best part is the the balcony over the street, where we hung out constantly, playing cards, napping, reading and listening to the sounds of the town below us. For me, this is the joy of being in Mexico, but you definitely have to be OK with street noise. I can't imaging staying anywhere else in town. And our host, Andrew, was extremely responsive and helpful. We're definitely going back!

Love this charming palapa!

My husband and I stayed at Andrew’s apartment and loved it! It’s nice and bright with a spacious balcony overlooking the Main Street. We especially loved the heated pool and private yard. The bedroom has great AC. The location is ideal, you are a block or 2 from the water and on the main road. In the evenings you can hear love music from the restaurants and bar across the street which we loved. I would definitely go back!

Central San Pancho

We loved the property and the location could not be beat. Excellent communication with the owner and property manager. We were there over Christmas which was an extremely busy time. We found a few evenings quite noisy due to the holidays. We just rolled with it. We will return as it was a highlight of our MX holiday. A short walk to the beach, lots of amazing restaurants, and the people were wonderful! A beautiful place to stay and enjoy all that San Pancho has to offer. We especially loved the dipping pool and terrace!

2 weeks in the heart of San Pancho

We really enjoyed our stay in San Pancho. The highlights of our villa were the veranda and the private pool. It was wonderful to waken to the roosters, birds and the sounds of the town coming to life over coffee on the veranda. While we enjoyed being in the heart of it all from morning through evening it did present an issue for us being that close to the local nightclub across the street and hearing music long after we retired to bed. We look forward to returning in May.

Authentic Mexican Palapa

This palapa was exactly as described! It was clean upon our arrival, check in was easy, and the home was well equipped! The location is super convenient to everything & very walkable! The pool: FABULOUS, just the right size for a cool down & somehow secluded! The balcony: best spot to observe the town life, it's also pretty private! This home is open air: so all the feels of town, along with the smells and sounds. Two of the nights were exceptionally loud. We chose to embrace it by chilling on the balcony with some drinks and people watching until the music shut down. Watching the nightlife from above was pretty entertaining. Cafe Parasio next door was a daily must! We loved that you could really feel at home in this house! Would definitely stay here again!!

We loved this place!

We fell in love with this palapa in five days. It was exactly as expected from the VRBO photos and we loved the openness and authentic Mexican design. The veranda was our favorite spot. We enjoyed sitting there in the mornings and watching the town wake up. The cafe next door has great sweet breads and cookies. Evenings were noisy, it took one day to get used to it but then we embraced the action and livelyness. The wifi is strong and we had no problem streaming. The kitchen was well appointed, ice cube trays, blender, some spices, etc. We didn't cook much, rather snacks but you could easily prepare a meal. The bedroom was small but comfortable and had a ceiling fan. We used the white noise machine and wore ear plugs which blocked out the street and bar noise. The beach is a short 5-minute walk down the street filled with restaurants and shops. We dipped in the small private pool each afternoon. Laura was great to work with, and even shared info about a turtle release which was fabulous to experience. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Great centralized spot

Perfect place to stay if you like being in a central location. It was nice being able to just go downstairs and grab something to eat when you’re hungry, San Pancho has so many options when it comes to good food and restaurants. Great place to stay, good energy, super clean and very homey feeling inside. I love the balcony overlooking the middle of the town. It does get a little louder in the evenings in San Pancho but it didn’t bother us. Overall it’s a great place to stay!

Centro de San Pancho

The place is really great. Love the palapa style and being so close to all the San Pancho fun. The house is on the main street so there is some neighborhood noise but we were there off season so it wasn't an issue at all. The backyard and pool in the back provide some extra isolation but it's a pretty small area. The house had everything we needed and the manager was easy to work with. Nice and close to the beach and lots of good places to eat and shop in the neighborhood. Thanks!

Fantastic home, incredible location!

Andrew’s home is in the perfect location - a couple blocks from the beach, and right on the Main Street. We spent hours on the balcony people watching and enjoying the local color!!

Great location

This place is right on town on the Main Street. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Your able to sit on the upper patio and watch all that is going on. It’s not a place for those who prefer peace and quiet as it can be a bit noisy through the evening.

Beautiful place in bustling town

Everything about this palapa apartment—the indoor-outdoor living area, the comfortable, breezy veranda, the cozy air-conditioned bedrooms, the private outdoor pool and grilling area—is tasteful, charming, and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay, so much we extended a week. Andrew thoughtfully provides various white noise options to help with the street noise, but consider earplugs if you don’t stay up late. An incredible place to stay in San Pancho, highly recommended.

Fun and a bit loud

Very cool residence, loved the decor and traditional palapa design. Being right on the main street downtown, most nights the music/noise did not stop until after midnight. Pool turned out to be essential in the humid heat. Internet was out the first half of our stay, then it worked intermittently. Do not expect to work from this location, you will need to go elsewhere for dependable wifi. Otherwise super rad spot.

Great stay, great location

We found San Poncho Rentals while looking for a place to stay in San Poncho. We lucked out with finding Allison, the property manager. She is very responsive, we waited only minutes before she answered our questions and found us a place to stay. We stayed at Sonito del Mar, a very open concept accommodation with a great balcony overlooking the main street and only a few blocks from the ocean. The place was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We wanted to stay longer, but there were only two more days we could add. So many wonderful restaurants and great shopping. We rented a cab and spent a day in Sayulita which is only a few minutes ride from San Poncho. No need for a car, you can walk everywhere in San Poncho.....love the place and would definitely stay there again if it is available. Any questions or communication to Allison were answered promptly, she was very professional. They even has a binder with all the great restaurants and activities and all information we needed to know while we were there.

So simple and easy

My wife and I found our selves without housing the last few days of our 8 week vacation in San Pancho. My multi degree wife started pouring over Sayulita and San Pancho rental sites. She finally blew up and lashed out at me for not helping in the effort. I simply called and e mailed you know who. With in minutes options were being put in front of us. You see calendars and maps are all different on every VRBO site. It gets better. The staff was so friendly. Top to bottom, smiles with sincere caring were expressed to us. These guys are really good.
