Peaceful area much quieter than downtown. Just right for 2 seniors who don't do stairs. Loved the house comfortable furnishings and good amount of space. Coming back in a few months.
We loved our oasis! Quiet day and night⊠except for the roosters. Then a short walk to all the sights and sounds of a small town! We enjoyed many great meals, awesome sunsets, great market and birdwatching.
Canât wait to go backđ
The condo was spotless and had all the amenities. The location was good for us. Near downtown San Francisco with very good restaurants. Near Sayulita as long as you had a car. Was on the first floor right off the street which was better for us than climbing all the steps we found in most of the Sayulita options. If you want to be next to a beach this is not for you but it has a small pool We will stay here again next time we visit Sayulita.
Weâll love to come back except that your
Property management team, although very nice made empty promises. We could not use the Wifi on the property not because of the areaâs poor connections but possibly theb provider - Telemex somehow placed some firewall on our router. Diego/Gabriela kept telling us that a technician coming and fixing but didnât happen for our entire stay. Also no cleaning came even we were told it would come once during our stay. Fortunately, only 2 of us stayed and we used the extra bedroom and towels and we did not cook so not too much garbage.
Very well stocked and big kitchen for someone cooking daily and huge dining and living area for a big party, although unable to watch anything due to no Wifi.
With these 2 issues improved, weâll definitely come back and recommend others. Thank you so much
We enjoyed our time in San Francisco/San Pancho. Casa de Suenos Tropicales is in a great location. It is a lovely short walk to the restaurants and shops along the main street and the beach. We felt safe and the area is quite quiet... except for the rooster who crows throughout the night and the occasional dog conversation. We found that it just added to the charm of this rural area!
The unit is very spacious and pleasantly decorated and includes some lovely artwork by Shelby, one of the owners. The bed is quite comfy, which is not something we always find in Mexico!
When we arrived, Shelby came and greeted us and we saw her occasionally through out our visit and knew that she was available just across the street. The other owner, Jeff was awesome about communicating with us and accommodating our request for a change in the length of our stay. He answered any questions we had right away.
The unit was clean and during our 8 day stay, the cleaner came in part way through. At the beginning of the trip, the pool was looking a little cloudy, and Shelby had it looked at right away.
Since there is limited shopping in San Pancho, it would have been nice to have some beach supplies such as beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler for our use.
I think it is also important to note that there is no oven, just a toaster oven and no BBQ with this rental so if you are purchasing your groceries before arriving in San Pancho, keep that in mind.
We would definitely come back to this accommodation again! Thank you, Jeff and Shelby.
I grew up in NJ by the shore and learned to love everything about the beach. I went to William Patterson University just outside New York City and majored in music as a classical vocalist. After college I have lived in many places in the states for work. I am back in NJ now but travel internationally for work and pleasure on a constant basis. Thanks to my aunt, I found San Pancho 10 years ago and fell in love with it. I go back at least twice a year.
I have been coming to San Pancho for over 10 years with my aunt and have enjoyed this beautiful fishing village for its great restaurant, shops, beach, and most of all its welcoming people. Last year my aunt and I decided to build a house to rent and we have finally finished it for you to enjoy. The downtown area can be very lively at night, Casa de Sueños Troplicales sits only a 5-10 minute walk away in a quite serene neighborhood.
When we built Casa de Sueños Troplicales, we new we wanted to make it spacious with high ceilings and bright with very tall windows. With the windows open, you get a nice breeze throughout the house. We added arched windows and doorways throughout the house. The tile in the kitchen and the bathrooms are a showpiece on their own. We placed art throughout the house purchased from artists in the region.
