The lock box is old and a little difficult to open Needs new broom to keep sand off floor. Or vacuum. Sand on those floors make it slippery. All in all nice value.

Outdated furniture in the room. Main bed not very comfortable. Living room furniture is outdoor furniture so also not super comfortable. Fridge has no water or ice even though that’s a function of the refrigerator. The pool access was nice for our kids when the beach was too much. Beach towels provided but no beach chairs or umbrella.

Great place to stay on Tybee! The location is excellent, with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We especially loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off after returning from the beach.The only downsides were that the noise from the unit above was quite noticeable, and the dishwasher door wasn’t aligned properly, making it difficult to close. I also think a keypad entry would be more convenient than a physical key, making it easier to come and go without having to keep track of it.These were all minor issues, and overall we had a great stay. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

parking was easy enough as long as the other people using the parking knew how to park. had to make way to many calls to fget cars moved.

Love the location

Excellent location. Unfortunately, the air conditioning quit working the first night. Management was communicative and kind enough to move elsewhere midweek.
