Our group spent a week riding Jeep trails in Utah . The last few days were spent in Moab. Great place set up perfectly for our needs . The nicest lady facilitated our check in and the place was exceptionally clean!
Great house tucked away in a scenic quiet neighborhood just a couple of minutes a way from the heart of Moab.
Particularly loved the main room (kitchen into the living room) with a impressive fireplace. The outdoor space was great too. Only had one night here. Would have loved to stay longer to truly enjoy it.
Great location for all the activities in Moab. The property management firm was very responsive. He thought the property was good but looked much better online.
This house was perfect for our family get together. The large kitchen, dining room and living room were a good hang out area and the back yard was also such a nice place.
The truth is this we knew based on reviews this home was going to be rough...the truth is this home is extremely tired and not well maintained. The owner is printing money with this home rental and not investing into the property at all which is really a shame because it's a big home in a nice neighborhood with a fenced yard. And it needs attention and investment. If you rent this house you rent it purely for the location, square footage, and fenced yard knowing that it is very, very tired. Which we did based on previous reviews. A cleaning crew couldn't improve this house, it needs new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new carpet in the rooms, new living room furniture (couches are crunchy and very tired) and new bedding and pillows.
Best place to stay in Moab is a house in Spanish Valley!
Spanish Valley is the place to stay in Moab - away from the town tourist bars and shops, but close enough for a night out. 2279 Arena Roja is way back off the highway in a quiet neighborhood with great access to biking, jeeping, hiking, petroglyphs, disc golf. The house is bright and cozy. Hot tub, yard, the works. 15 minute drive to all out hiking spots and jeep drives. Thanks for the lovely spot. We spent four nights - would stay again.
Stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings, beautiful photography and decor, plenty of dishes, garage access with the opener provided, wonderful hot tub, and the large table on the back covered deck was so nice! Fully fenced yard was private and great for my dog (so nice that this place is pet friendly for a small additional pet fee). Proximity to town is great as itâs close, but far enough away for some peace and quiet. I couldnât get the tv in the living room to connect to the internet to use the provided roku box, but I contacted the property manager and he was extremely responsive, which was appreciated. Will definitely stay here again!
First Moab Lodgings were wonderful to deal with. Perfect house for 4-5 adults as full bathrooms are through bedrooms. This is the only hot tub we have been to that actually works well, has great jets and was clean! Great large kitchen with more than adequate supplies! Loved back yard.! This was homey and nice which is what we like. If you are looking for updated home where everything works perfectly, this is not for you.
We absolutely loved this home! We are passing through on our way to Texas and we actually stayed until 10am just so we could enjoy the home a bit longer (and so I could get in a hike at the Arches National Park!). The hot tub was hot when we got there, they had poop bags for our dogs, a sheet for our dogs to use on the furniture, fully loaded kitchen & bathrooms, laundry room to use, a gorgeous backyard, and SO much space!! It was comfy, cozy, and upscale all at the same time. We loved it so much. Thank you!!!! Can we just live there?? ;)
This is a great property for a family get away. The floor plan is great and no steps to enter was a plus for my 88 year old mother. Large fenced yard for the dog. Well stocked kitchen. We didn't have quite enough silverware for 10 and the microwave didn't work. We were only there 2 nights so if really wasn't a problem. Would stay there again.
First, I have to say that the house is beautiful and great for a large family or group of friends. Close to trails and Moab. Neighborhood is very nice. I felt safe talking a long walk around. Ok, the bad. The kitchen is in bad shape. Dishwasher is not attached and seems like it will fall off when you open door. Dishes didnât get clean and the cycle takes 3 hours. (No wonder the dishes werenât clean in the cabinets). We ended up hand washing dishes and using the dishwasher for sanitizing to get dishes clean. Also, it looked like mouse poop was on top of dishwasher. Microwave didnât work. We had bought frozen breakfast sandwiches that after 10 minutes were still not warm. Stove and oven worked ok, electric not gas. Knives are not sharp and cooking utensils are not the best. In addition, they provide you with limited supplies. Only three garbage bags. So, if you cook at house for multiple guest, make sure to limit how much trash you have. Only provided 1 towel for each guest, even though they have hot tub. Most places want you to use separate towels for hot tub. I did make management aware and they were willing to come by and fix but I declined. I would definitely stay there again if they fixed the kitchen. Not worth the price we paid because of the issues. Again, itâs a great house for friends and family, just needs a little attention right now.
