Idéalement situé sur Liberty Street, Sparrow's Nest est à distance de marche de tout ce que Savannah a à offrir. Ce walkup au quatrième étage n'est pas pour ceux qui ont des problèmes de mobilité, mais les vues sur les toits valent l'effort supplémentaire.

Sparrow's Nest a un haut plafond incliné avec des poutres apparentes et un puits de lumière laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle. La cuisine complète a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer un repas pour deux, et le comptoir a des sièges, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour une tasse de café le matin avant de commencer votre journée. La laveuse et la sécheuse empilées rendent les séjours plus longs, et la télévision à grand écran et le confortable lit queen-size signifient que vous n'aurez jamais à vous soucier des jours de pluie. Cet appartement dispose également d'un grand walk-in, et une salle de bain complète avec douche.

Vous resterez juste à côté de J. Christopher's, l'un de nos endroits préférés pour le brunch! Vous pourrez voir la cath��drale de St. Jean-Baptiste, qui a subi une restauration majeure pour préserver leurs beaux vitraux et l'intégrité architecturale, dès que vous sortez. Passez une après-midi à vous promener dans le cimetière de Colonial Park, le dernier lieu de repos de plusieurs des premiers habitants de Savannah.

Great location

Great location. Painting was going on inside as there was paint on the pillows and carpets, painters tape up which is how i at least knew it was paintand not other mess everywhere. Chairs need to be cleaned as they looked dirty. Easy to walk to downtown and restaurants. Little loud at night as it is off the road, worksworks be like that.

Savannah stay

I enjoyed my stay at this location! Located in an older building by the Colonial Cemetery, I felt safe and also had that FUN spooky vibe. Walking distance from almost everything you’d want to see in Savannah. This location has very steep stairs and no elevators but it did not bother me personally. Anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs might need to be careful.

Misrepresented

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in a great location, however, it was definitely misrepresented on the vrbo website. There is apparently some work to be finished. There was paint drippings all on the rug, bed pillows and items on the floor. There is painters tape still on the ceiling beams. Still many areas reflecting the old paint. The best thing about this rental is the beautiful wood floors and upgraded counter tops. Also the internet info provided in the check in info was incorrect.

Misleading

There was very little communication from the property managers outside of the initial phone call right after booking. I did receive texts with information prior to arriving but everything but the room door code was incorrect (the wifi name and password was wrong, the outside door code had been changed the day before and we were not notified, and there was no instruction on which room we were actually in so we had to guess). They were apparently in the process of repainting the room and it looked horrible so I hope they fire that company and get a refund. It was only half painted and there was paint on the exposed beams, on the stove and fridge and rug, and a sloppy paint job on the baseboards like they gave up halfway. For a one weekend getaway this place is fine if you aren't expecting luxury, especially with how wonderfully close to everything it is. But you'd at least expect them to finish renovations before allowing people to book...

Bathroom is a bit small, and getting the luggage up the stairs was tough - but once you are settled, the stairs are not so bad.

My friend and I had a great time. However the property needs an elevator. Carrying our bags up 4 flights of stairs was very difficult.

The only window had broken glass and corrugated taped over the hole. No view of anything. The four floor walk up was really narrow and steep.

Maintenance needed

Property was accurate, but has some maintenance issue that need and should have been resolved be for our stay. Stove exhaust fan doesnt turn off, so you had to listen to that all the time. The window to the outside was broken with partial pane of glass missing, so there was blue tape and a foam board over part of it. So the street noise was coming right in. There is damage to the property that doesn't reflict well on lucky savannah, as i have stayed at plenty of there host properties for years. Smashed in freeze door and half patched closet door. Last is the tiny shower that you cant even bend down to wash your legs in.

Over all want to bad

First of all finally got there and found the place could've been are fault on that. No where to park if you don't like to walk then this is not the place for you. Had to park in parking garage about 6 blocks away. They one across the street was way too expensive. Or if you was lucky and found a place on the street could park there but have to pay for it. Look out for the 1&2 hour parking. Then we'll get to the place itself it's not as big as the pictures make it out to be it's cute and doable but but it's really small. The bathroom and shower the shower is so small. Had trouble getting the codes to the doors, that could've been something with my e Mail but sure. The steps steep and narrow. The manager did call me and said we was on top floor no elevator had walk up steps. Over all it was a nice little apartment for the week. Savannah is a beautiful place

4 Flights of Stairs from Utah

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented Sparrow's Nest while in Savannah. The property was close to various sight seeing adventures. The property was clean and we received good customer service. The problem was we are both advanced in age (69, 73) and doing four flights of stairs to leave the rental and another four flights upon returning nearly did us in. Nowhere were we advised of so many stairs without an elevater available.

Great Location

The location was great for a weekend getaway. The shower was way too small and we couldn’t get the air to even get close to 70*, which is the cut off temperature. We had to go buy a fan to be comfortable. We did not have a good location to load and unload our vehicle. On the positive side, J Christopers had amazing food and the Savannah tours will pick you up and you can purchase an on and off pass for the day. Savannah also has a free public bus service. We walked a lot and it was beautiful. We had so many places to eat that we didn’t even need the kitchen.

Savannah Studio

Cozy Savannah studio within the heart of downtown. Conviently located between Forsyth Park and River St and near all the must see attractions. We walked everywhere we went and said many times we were so happy with the location of our Vrbo. The place was clean and comfortable. No surprises and exactly as listed. Very happy we chose Lucky Savannah for our stay.

Weekend in Savannah

Our stay with Lucky Savannah was very positive and the location was perfect. We had a smooth check in/check out experience and the size of the place was perfect for a weekend stay. I would highly recommend this space to others.

Great location

Simple accommodations that were just right for two people. The four flights of stairs were a lot, but good exercise and expected. The central location was the best factor. Savannah is a very walkable city and we enjoyed our time. Better than a hotel!
