The most ideally located unit in Meadow Ridge Resort, our west facing windows end unit 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse boasts a beautiful mountain view and all the comforts of home including fully stocked kitchen, new gas grill, newly remodeled main floor bathroom, pack and plays and booster seat for the little ones, new mattresses, and ample garage storage for your skis, snowboards, and bikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood and free from upstairs noisy neighbors without the hefty cost of a house rental, at Mountain Blessings you will enjoy your morning coffee or tea gazing at the snow covered mountains in front of the cozy gas fireplace, or out on the deck during the magical golden aspen fall and peaceful summer seasons. Step right out the main level bedroom onto the new patio, soak in the meadow view, and gear up for a full day of fun!

You will never run out of things to do with convenient access to the myriad of activities year round at Winter Park resort and downtown Fraser. A quick drive or bike ride down the hill leads you to the local Safeway, restaurants, bars, shopping, fishing ponds, and ski/bike rentals. Just across the main road make memories at thrilling winter tubing hills and cross country skiing trails, or summer hiking and biking trails.

During ski season, hop right on the shuttle just steps from our door to skip the hassle of parking and hit the slopes before the crowds. Or drive just a few minutes to the popular tubing hills, 8 minutes to the kids’ sledding hill with gas fire pits, or spend the day cross country skiing at the world class Devil’s Thumb Ranch just 15 minutes away.

In the beautiful mountain summer months, blast down the hill on your bikes directly to the paved scenic bike path along babbling Fraser creek all the way to Winter Park resort. Stop along the way and rock out to the music of the local summer festival.

MeadowRidge Resort Club is unique; it is centrally located, family oriented, convenient (bus stop is at end of our driveway), Safeway and shopping center at bottom of the hill. Safe, quiet, and very very comfortable. Fast WIFI. Each room has its own heat. Heated bath floors. Large hot water heater. Private garage with remote opener. Complete gourmet kitchen. Dining table for 6 and 4 breakfast bar stools. UHD Big screen cable TV, DVD player All upscale mattresses and linens.
Its our quiet personal home and not a stripped down commercial rental.
The local Holiday Inn rents a one bath, one queen tiny room for $199 -$240+ a night. That makes our mountain home a bargain!

MeadowRidge Club, a 2 minute walk, is the very best condo club in the valley / state. Free to guests. Google it!! Heated pool, hot tub, racket ball, hand ball and lots of "Nautilus" equipment. Everything but golf and plenty of golf is 10 min away in Tabernash.
This is why we bought it after vacationing in the area every year since 1976 and owning other condos elsewhere - Vail and Breckenridge. (way too crowded, too many thugs and crime).
