La grande maison de 6 chambres et 2 salles de bain peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 18 personnes dans des lits. Avec deux salons et 2 salles à manger, il y a amplement d'espace pour s'étaler. Le pont arrière offre une vue magnifique sur les collines et un gril à gaz pour cuisiner ce doré doré fraîchement pêché. La rivière Missouri est à quelques pas et le pont avant est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre, boire une boisson fraîche et profiter de la vue. La grande cour ombragée est l'endroit idéal pour les jeux en famille. Allumez un feu dans le foyer et faites-vous des souvenirs ou revivez d'anciens en regardant le soleil se coucher sur la magnifique rivière Missouri. À quelques minutes de la ville, des quais, de la plage publique et du stand de chasse et de tir public.

This house was very cozy and so much space , where daughter and grandkids had their own privacy downstairs in evening. Absolutely beautiful scenery. And huge yard to run around in! Communication was excellent and very understanding!! Great weekend!!

Perfect for a group of friends and their kids to get away and enjoy the river. House is a bit dated, but very clean. Easy to walk to the water and beach a boat to tube or ski. Bed numbers are accurate and AC worked awesome!

Stayed with family ages 2-83 for a fishing trip. 10 minutes from town. Nice views of river/lake and very peaceful. Good decks in front and back-was very hot and windy so we didn’t use the firepits. Loved the huge sectional and other living room with good windows/views! Like that we could close the door to the downstairs to keep the toddler safe/upstairs. This house has a ton of beds! 4bedrooms upstairs and 2bedrooms downstairs plus entry area had 3 twins. 1bedroom downstairs was definitely damp/musty and smelled bad. Beds were clean and nice white towels. Bathroom upstairs was nice. Downstairs bathroom was very small. Gave 4 stars because of downstairs bedroom and a few areas needing a good cleaning. Nice stay.

We had an amazing time. The property was great. This place allowed all of us to get together and stay together. The one thing that everybody loved was that there was an adequate amount of towels and bedding and fans that were available for people to use. It was nice and close to the river and it had the most beautiful view that you will ever imagine From the living room windows

Great place for a reunion

6 retirees / former co-workers from the Colorado Division of Wildlife convened from various places to celebrate our decades-long friendship. The place met our needs extremely well. Dog friendly for well-behaved canines such as ours. Enjoyed taking the pups down the steps to the beach to romp in the water.

Nice place for a little get away

Was a nice place for the family and a few extended family to get together. Would recommend to people wanting a little get away. Only thing I wish we knew a head of time is where it says queen beds, they are actually full size beds. That makes a difference when you are thinking how many beds you need. Another thing to note but not a big deal is to get to the water you do have to walk down a path that for some people a little older may not be able to do. Especially when coming back up.

There are few properties available to rent that sit so close to the edge of the Missouri River. The large, grassy yard makes for the perfect place for some family friendly yard games and the large fire pit in the yard offers a relaxing place to sit, enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the water, and make some memories.
Wildlife abounds here, including Deer, Turkey, Pheasants, Rabbits and more. The property is close to town, yet secluded.
