Grande maison familiale, idéale pour les réunions de famille, disponible maintenant et en location de vacances. Réservez MAINTENANT pour une belle COULEUR D'AUTOMNE! Maison de trois chambres / deux salles de bain sur Fish Lake située à 20 minutes du centre-ville de Duluth MN. La maison a une très grande suite parentale avec dressing et salle de bain carrelée avec deux vanités et très grande douche à vapeur carrelée. Un ensemble de matelas extra-large peut être installé en maître. L'étage principal a deux chambres, salle de bain, cuisine et très grand salon avec un mur de verre donnant sur le lac. Le salon comprend également un foyer au gaz. Nouvelle cuisine et salon en caryer rénovés en 2014. La maison a une grande chambre trois saisons lambrissée de cèdre récemment rénovée avec quatre portes-fenêtres et une vue magnifique sur le lac. Beaucoup de place dans la maison pour installer des sacs de couchage ou des lits bébé. Trois domaines de ski de fond avec des pistes damées à moins de cinq miles de la maison. Deux ponts et quai sur le lac. Le lac n'est qu'à moitié développé, vous pouvez naviguer vers une station balnéaire pour le dîner ou aller plus loin dans la partie du lac qui est sauvage et pittoresque (comme BWCA), bonne pêche. Accès au sentier de motoneige de l'État du Minnesota en face de la maison à deux pâtés de maisons. Grande maison pour les grands groupes familiaux, formidable en toutes saisons. Cuisine entièrement équipée, Internet sans fil et télévision par satellite. Le chalet est ensoleillé, lumineux, confortable. La propriété comprend une grande terrasse slither avec une cheminée extérieure. Vraiment un endroit pour créer des souvenirs de famille!

Great place for family stay.

Beautiful lake to kayak and canoe on. Close enough to Duluth and beaches to go outings. Was very relaxing and quiet. Great view! House was very well stocked.

We had a good time at this property. Got beautiful views of the sky in the morning and at night from the upstairs master window. It was clean, and quiet, plenty of towels and stuff in the kitchen. Plenty of seating, and has a 3 season room for even more seating! We had no issues while staying there, tho the host was very personable, and said he would take care of any issues. If you're in the area, give it a try! Very peaceful.

We had a great stay! The cabin was perfect for our family - my husband, myself, and our four boys. Our boys fished off the dock, and we loved using the paddle boat and canoe to fish in the cove as well. We rented a boat one day from one of the resorts on the lake, and there are two restaurants just a few minutes away that were very convenient. We loved the location. Also good for visiting some state parks and Duluth. It had everything we needed and a few things we forgot.

Grandma’s Marathon

We rented here so we could escape the crowds before and after our son ran the marathon. It was a perfect place to do just that.

Great host

Overall, the property matches the description very well and the owner was very considerate and helpful. Very nice fishing off the dock for smaller kids. They caught blue gills and perch virtually non-stop. Sounds like you can catch larger fish during the spring and fall when the water is colder in the shallow area if you don't want to use the canoe to get out to deeper water.

Place was well stocked with needed supplies and overall nice. I would gladly stay again. The host keep me informed and offered advice about the area and things to do.

We were a bit dissapointed with the home as it was a bit dirty outside and the windows were nasty. The lawn needed to be mowed. There was a giant hair ball in the upstairs shower drain. Ugh. The home needed a complete cleaning. Other than that it was a good place.

Great fall get-away!

We had a relaxing long weekend with plenty of room to stretch out - comfy accommodations and an easy trip to the North Shore or Downtown Duluth. We love that it's dog friendly! There are a lot of steps - so if you have limited mobility, this may not be the place for you.

Great vacation!

The lake house is the perfect landing spot for a Duluth vacation! The kids enjoyed the paddle boat, kayak, and canoe. They also enjoyed fishing from the dock. So many activities were within a 30 minute drive. The house is well equipped and the host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Rustic and clean

We had a wonderful weekend at this fish lake cabin. Jerry was very attentive when we had a sink that wasn’t draining. The cabin is quite dated but very clean and a great space for a large group. There is however, only one bathroom with a shower, the other one only has a tub. There are a lot of stairs for anybody that has difficulty with stairs. And it is a fairly hilly walk down to the dock. There is not great swimming off the dock because of a large amount of weeds. Kitchen was well stocked. They provided beach towels, which was nice. The air conditioning was outstanding. Overall we had a great experience.

Perfect place for a peaceful weekend

My family enjoyed tremendously this beautiful property. I had my grandparents visiting and the accommodations helped them feel really comfortable. The house has different social areas that are well-suited for family gatherings and create unique and relaxing environments. The house is well-equipped with all necesary kitchen items, so cooking was really enjoyable. Last but not least, Gerald was very friendly and his communication was effective. I felt he was available for any inquiry. I highly recommend this property.

Lake House

The location on the water and the views from the master bedroom and living room are great. My family enjoyed the dock to fish from and the use of the canoe, kayak, and paddle boat. We went to escape the city and to see the sites in Duluth, Gooseberry Falls, and the Black Sand Beach. It is an older home downstairs, but the master bedroom and bathroom on the second floor are renovated. The owner was nice and offered boat rides. We did not do it as we were busy with family things but the offer was nice. If you want a place to get away for some peace on the lake, it is a good place to stay.

Wonderful Outside Duluth Lake Property

Wonderful large house with many amenities including thoughtful items as an ice maker, mini cooler, many outdoor seating areas, screened in sun room, fire pit, games, and lots of room to spread out. Of special note was a huge deluxe master suite and bath. The hosts were marvelous and responsive to all inquires and needs. For example a room air conditioner was not functioning properly and a new one was installed the next day. Lovely views of the lake through the many windows. For those into fishing, we had the best Sunfish and Bluegill in memory!! We highly recommend this listing.

Quiet location and great neighbors on a pretty bay

Our family of four enjoyed calling this property our home base for a week in the Duluth area. This cabin is the perfect distance from Duluth, allowing for a relaxing, short drive to Canal Park but removed enough to get away from the tourist atmosphere as well. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes by car or boat. The Minnoette gas station and mini-mart is right up the road for any last minute supply needs. The dock was a great place to sit in the evening. The cabin is really very spacious and made for a great place to relax, cook a meal and crash at night. There is a nice patio, firepit and charcoal grill just outside and at the top of a spacious yard. While in the area we chartered a fishing boat on Lake Superior (Angler Management - we would highly recommend), walked Canal Park, hiked Gooseberry Falls (pay $7 and start at the campground), pulled our boat just up the road to Island Lake for a day and spent the rest of the time cruising and fishing Fish Lake. Thank you for letting us stay and helping to make our summer vacation comfortable, fun and memorable!

I loved that they had everything we need, such as full kitchen, spices, cooking spray, etc. I also appreciated the little extras like make up remover wipes, soap and body wash, charcoal for the grill.

The property was great, i used the kayak and the step daughters and grandkids used them also.Sitting on the dock with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise was a great way to start the day.Everything we needed was there for cooking.The directions were great.The beds were comfortable.

The host were really kind and helpful when our fishing charter was canceled due to weather. Communication was great! The photos in the listing are not the same. The furniture and decor when you check in are completely different. The table and chairs somehow got more dated. There is a very powerful mildew/mold smell in rec room, we made sure to keep it closed and to get allergy meds to help with the reaction and it was ok. There is also a large soft spot on the floor by bathroom we sat something across as to not step on it. It is very dated. I would not have booked for that price if the photos were current. Location was great, neighbors were very kind. Again host was very nice as well. We did not bring any of the issues up to him because its nothing they xould have changed during our stay and we we were only staying 2 quick night.
