Nouveau duplex moderne à Asbury, deux pâtés de maisons de la plage et du trottoir! Stationnement hors rue!

Réveillez-vous et sentez l'océan! Ma place est idéale pour les familles ou les amis en vacances ensemble. L'appartement a été entièrement rénové au printemps 2018 et dispose d'une entrée privée à l'arrière de la maison. Le stationnement dans la rue est rare ici, mais vous avez deux espaces privés!
L'emplacement est parfait, c'est à deux rues de la plage, de la promenade et du palais des congrès et à un kilomètre de l'avenue Cookman! Cela fait 9 ans que je vis à Asbury Park et je l’adore - je suis sûr que vous aussi.

* Une note sur mon manque de commentaires ici sur HomeAway. J'ai utilisé Airbnb avec un grand succès tout au long de 2018. Depuis avril 2019, je suis trois fois Superhost sur Airbnb avec plus de 20 avis positifs et une moyenne de 4. 9 étoiles. J'ai maintenant commencé à proposer mon appartement à louer sur HomeAway et j'espère accumuler des commentaires positifs ici aussi. Veuillez rechercher ma liste sur Airbnb pour les avis actuels.

Awesome location spotless property

Amazing location just 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The house has everything including beach chairs, towels, and passes! In unit laundry was so helpful with kids. Will definitely be booking again for our next beach vacation.

Very nice stay by our group of 6!

Our unit, three bedrooms, a kitchen and big living room, as part of a 6-8 bedroom house, was great and easy to use. Two blocks from the beach, a quiet house, very clean and comfortable. Owner friendly and easy to engage with. Would be happy to stay there again!

Beach getaway

The house was very clean and modern and close to the beach - only a short walk to Asbury Park beach and the boardwalk! Ben was an excellent host and went out of his way to ensure our family had a comfortable stay. The house had all the amenities you would need and also included beach chairs, beach passes, and parking spots which was very convenient. We enjoyed grilling one night out too!

This was our first time in Asbury Park and it was really fun. A short walk to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and The Stone Pony. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Even the BBQ grill was awesome. The beds were comfortable and so was the living space. Ben was great, very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay her again.

Turnkey with Extra Benefits

In addition to an ideal location with a modern look and feel, the owner literally thought of everything to make his house a “home”. From bath/beach towels, chairs, bedding and pillows to utensils, cookware, dishes, soap and even paper goods; 357 6th Ave went far beyond our expectations..... All we needed for our trip was literally our clothes and sunscreen. I would highly recommend this beautiful place for a family or any group.......

The BEST

Our family of five (which includes 3 teenagers) just stayed here for 7 nights. We have been spending a week down in Asbury Park every summer for the past 16 years to vacation and visit family and this worked out amazing. I hate to give it such a positive review because we'd like it to be available for us next summer. So, I won't. 🤣 I will just say that another reviewer (Jeffrey K., June 2022) actually summarized the "10 star" experience more perfectly than I could. Read that. I'll add that there are typically food trucks at the nearby 7th Avenue beach. And, just beyond that, Summertime Surf does surf lessons and camps on the beach. Our youngest did camp there for a second time this past week. Go online ahead of time because space sells out. Also, the Baronet at the Asbury, a couple of blocks away, shows movies outdoors on its roof some nights. Many are family-friendly and some are straight up kid's movies! Bring a beach chair and a sweatshirt! They sell popcorn, candy and beverages at the concession stand. Of course, the beach is awesome and you should also explore the stores and activities of the boardwalk and downtown. If you want more direction, I am sure Ben would be very helpful.

Do not stay here if you...

*prefer to drive and find parking. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do for our entire stay. What's that about? *like noise. While we saw the other tenants on occasion, we didn't hear them. It was way quiet here. Neighbors? Didn't hear them much either. We even slept at night. *dislike the beach and boardwalk. They were so close by, we couldn't avoid them if we wanted to. *prefer to bring all your own linens, pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, tp, paper towels... I mean, isn't that what a shore vacation home is about? *want to complain about something. Everything worked, was modern, comfortable, and clean on arrival. *want little to do. Art, music-music-music, great food, coffee, independent shops, the beach, markets, bars, arcade, bowling...who wants that many options? The house even had board games and puzzles! We had 2 tweens and a college-bound teen with us. They didn't fit it all in. Guess we'll have to return to Ben's place next season. Sigh.

Wish I could give 10 stars!

Unbelievably great! Owner Ben was extremely responsive from start and was visible throughout our stay—not intrusive, just around and available. 2 great off street parking spots feet from entrance. There was a great outside couch sitting area and nice, new grill that we actually hit grocery store to use which saved money rather going out to eat. Nice clean smell when enter. Pin pad entry so no worry losing or looking for keys. Spacious, full new kitchen. Great sitting area with big dining room table and huge, new tv. Half bath downstairs with full bath and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Provided beach chairs, beach tags, bath towels, beach tags, detergent for full size washer and dryer, paper products, spices, so much kitchenware. Decor nicely appropriate. Everything fresh and light. Easy, flat block and half to beach. Real bathrooms not far from that beach and more quiet than other side of convention ctr but easy walk to get to pizza, ice cream, etc. Plenty of room for our family of 4 including 2 high school kids Do NOT worry about a thing. Ben has it covered!

A place to unwind

This house was an answer to a prayer. Our family had to lay a beloved member to rest. We needed to be able to relax, enjoy each other's company and contemplate. We found everything we needed at Bens house. The beach is close and an easy walk. Ben's landscaping and outdoor area was especially nice. We loved our stay.

Close to beach - loved it!

My family and I (7people) stayed for a long weekend in August. The home is about two blocks from the beach, has modern finishings, great art, tv and parking. The host was very responsive and we felt safe/ had a lot of fun/ privacy. There’s a small outdoor area and grille that really was nice after a dat at the beach. Hope to Stay again!

Wonderful location!

Ben was an amazing host, we thoroughly enjoyed our week here! Having the parking spaces was perfect and the bed was even more comfortable than the one I have at home. So thankful for such a perfect spot. I did book thinking that we would have access to the front porch, (turns out I obviously did not read the listing very well) but we were very happy with the back seating area with the updated outdoor furniture.

Perfect long weekend

Our family of 5 stayed here for a long weekend as we had a family wedding to attend at a hotel 1.5 blocks away. We wanted to have our own space and kitchen. The house is completely updated, beautifully decorated and we wish we could have stayed for the week. Excellent communication with the owner also. We will definitely return!

This house is where it's at!

From the minute you walk in, you are impressed with both this property and the location. Ben (the owner) goes above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable with the amenities that are provided in the house. He's very friendly and helpful and will do what he can to ensure you enjoy your stay. The parking spaces in the back of the house are great. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time in Asbury Park!

I grew up in this area and I love it. I’m a people person, and here in Asbury we have such a cool diversity of people, it keeps things real and interesting. I’m fortunate to have many valued childhood friends in the area as well as new friends I’ve met along the way. I also like to spend time alone, studying subjects of interest to me, which is mostly everything. I started mowing lawns, delivering pizza, bartending at the Beach Bar here in Asbury. Now I work in real estate valuation which means I have the flexibility to follow other interests (like setting up an Airbnb!) I love going out for good food and music, hanging at the beach, running the boardwalk, biking, playing golf, and traveling.

My style of hosting will be a combination of my personal and work styles: laid back but always professional, reliable, fair and honest.

My life motto? Be grateful, be kind, and laugh whenever possible.
