A beautiful house and garden right in the jungle. We saw monkeys, sloths, lizards, parrots and toucan. The highlight of the week was watching a sloth giving birth in the tree next to the balcony.The pool is clean and well maintained.We loved Costa and Rica and we're devastated to leave. We will be returning.

The property and everyone associated with it was incredible! Great communication, perfect location and stocked very well in the kitchen which was so appreciated. If we come back to Costa Rica we would love to stay here again!

Great house

The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the AC in living areas and the pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice sizes and the beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were also nice. We saw sloths, monkeys, iguanas, and toucans from the house which was exciting!The driveway was pretty steep, and it was a little further away from Quepos than expected but we were able to walk to a small grocery and a large food court. Uber was easily accessible and reasonably priced.

It’s always a thrill to see the local wildlife—sloths, monkeys, toucans, and iguanas right from the house definitely adds to the experience! While Casa Elena offers a peaceful setting just outside the town center, it’s still conveniently located—just a 5-minute drive to both the stunning beaches and the famous Manuel Antonio National Park, and still close to the heart of Quepos. We’re also glad you discovered the nearby food court and grocery store, both within walking distance, and found Uber to be a reliable option for getting around. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Living the life of Awesomeness

Both my cousin and I really enjoyed the stay. The house was amazing. The room temperatures were perfect. We both enjoy having privacy and this location was all that we wished for. If there was one problem it was this sound that came from outside one night, that brought Jesus back for us, lol. I loved it and I’m presently looking into booking for next year. The managers was always available and transports was on time. Wonderful experience, highly recommend. 5 Stars from me. Thanks Hazel!!!!!!!!!

Amazing Jungle home

Everything was amazing! The home was large and very clean, beds were comfortable and rooms nicely decorated. We spent lots of time watching the monkeys from the master bedroom balcony. There are lots of stairs inside and out so beware if you have any issues with mobility. Check in/out process was simple and friendly. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of is the cleaning lady showed up at 8:30 am, some were still sleeping and some were having breakfast and getting ready for the day. It was a little awkward having her work around us but we found out that you can ask to skip the day or schedule a different t time. Overall I would come back in a heartbeat!! Beautiful property.

Beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay at Mariana's house. The location was excellent, and the house was beautifully maintained. Communication with the owner and the concierge was also excellent. The chef-prepared meal that was arranged for us the day we arrived was also great. The only caveat: if you have mobility issues, be aware that this house has many steps. We knew ahead of time that it was a multi-story house, but there were additional steep stairs from the driveway up to the house. One of us was experiencing knee problems, and the stairs were very difficult for her to negotiate. Otherwise, we had a nice time and would highly recommend it for people who don't mind the exercise!

Beautiful property nestled in the trees - we had fun watching the monkeys and sloths around the house. The size and layout of the house fit our family perfectly, although we ran out of hot water for our group of 7. Lots of steps up to the property so be prepared when carrying up your luggage. Otherwise, it was excellent accommodations - highly recommend!
