Magnifique Condo Ă  quelques pas de la plage!

Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains au 3Úme étage (dernier étage, sans ascenseur) est situé dans le quartier populaire de Windy Hill, à North Myrtle Beach. Ce condo situé au centre est à quelques minutes de Barefoot Landing, des boutiques, des restaurants raffinés et des divertissements. Cet endroit a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour créer des souvenirs amusants qui dureront toute une vie!
Magnifiquement meublé et décoré avec des accents de plage charmants partout. Grand salon avec balcon privé offrant une vue sur la piscine et l'océan. Le salon est équipé de TV / cùble, lecteur DVD et canapé-lit. Cuisine mise à jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable; réfrigérateur, cuisiniÚre lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes, des comptoirs en granit et une barre de petit déjeuner confortable. Idéalement situé laveuse et sécheuse condo donc il n'y a pas besoin d'aller à un tapis de lessive! La chambre principale comprend un lit queen-size, une télévision, une commode et un placard avec une salle de bains privative avec 3 piÚces. La deuxiÚme chambre a 2 lits simples, TV, une commode et un placard.
Ce condo a un parking, WiFi, cùble et est équipé de la climatisation.
Cette escapade sur la plage a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des moments agréables avec votre famille et vos amis!

Amazing vacation spot!!

The condo was everything it said it was. My family and I enjoyed staying here last week. The condo is beachfront and still conveniently located to restaurants and activities.

Very clean and the check in process was very smooth. I loved the storage space downstairs, it made it very easy to grab equipment on the way to the beach!

Perfect for a family getaway

Maryanne's place is perfect for a family of 4. Great location being on the beach. Clean and cozy. Kids loved it. The locker downstairs for beach essentials was a great help.

Lovely 2 bedroom condo on the beach! Clean. Maryanne very responsive. Short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. Great bagel place right across the street!

Great place to stay!!

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and we love it. You will get your steps in going up and down the stairs but it’s worth it. It’s nice to have a home while on vacation! We had a great time!

Great Condo great location

The unit was very clean and great location supper close to beach and restaurants. The pool was great actually went to 8 ft deep which was nice. Owner is very helpful and responsive when needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ocean view always makes the best stays! Being just steps away from saltwater and sand. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to get ahold of.

Great condo close to the beach

Our family enjoyed the condo. It was clean and we loved the short walk to the beach. That was very convenient with small children. We also enjoyed the pool and the view of the ocean from the balcony. The storage locker was really helpful and prevented us from having to take all the beach gear up and down the stairs.

Great condo

The condo is very nicely decorated and was cleaned very well when we arrived. Maryanne communicates very well and responds quickly. The beach locker under the complex is very helpful to store all of the beach stuff and not drag it up to the condo. There is no elevator and there are three air conditioning units that cool the condo. The neighbor hood is very quiet and family friendly. The walk to the beach is very short and easy from the condo building.

Great for couples/small family and perfect location

We stayed at this property during a holiday weekend with our baby. The location couldn’t be better with beach front, close proximity to food, shopping, and barefoot landing. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so was a bit tiring with all the baby items, but totally worth it. The ground level storage unit was a big help for keeping beach items. I have 4/5 for cleanliness essentially because beach front properties are almost impossible to keep out all of the sand/salt. Otherwise, the place was very well kept including clean towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, etc. Would certainly recommend!

I Wish the Weather Was Better

When we booked this stay the goal was to relax on the beach and by the pool. The condo is on the beach. Unfortunately Mother Nature didn't cooperate. We left 85 and sunny weather for 70s and rainy. It was still cool to relax on the balcony and watch the ocean. The condo was comfortable and we were able to play card games as a family. Drinking coffee (that was provided by the host) and watching the sea was good enough for me. The three flights of stairs kept me in shape. I would stay here again and hope we get better weather.

Great location

Overall we loved the property! It was very clean and everything was as pictured. The storage locker was a true saving grace for us! Being able to store our beach gear was truly convenient. Walking up three flights of stairs got old to us but not having to drag our beach gear up and down was a game changer. This property has tons of storage!!! My husband and I traveled with our two children and the space was perfect for us. There was also an air fryer which helped making meals and snacks a breeze. The view from the balcony was perfect!I took one star away bc of a mold smell coming from the washing machine. Also the key code to the door obviously hasn’t been changed as the three numbers used in the four digit code had noticeable wear. It made me really uneasy knowing the code had not been changed from previous stays.If these issues were resolved we would absolutely book again! This was the best beach trip we’ve ever taken!!

Book this place! Perfect.

This place was amazing. We wanted a property RIGHT on the beach...it was. Also, from almost every window in the unit, you could see the beach. We would check to see the tide level and the lifeguard flag color from our window multiple times a day. You can sit on the balcony and listen to/watch the ocean. The building clearly hosted many families but the building, beach front, and pool was never loud or crazy. Parking was plentiful and the building is very near any store you would want. The unit itself seemed to have been recently renovated or updated. The furniture was comfortable! *No wicker* The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. There was even an air fryer. And the freezer had an automatic ice maker. The shower heads were very nice with multiple settings and the water pressure and temps were exactly what we wanted. The washer and dryer worked very well and we washed at least a load a day! And the locker for your beach items- this was a brilliant idea and such a life saver. It was probably 8' long x4'wide x8'tall and locked securely. Maryanne was very responsive and so thoughtful in leaving us a mega-sized paper towel roll, dishwasher tablets, a small laundry detergent pack, trashbags, dishsoap, a sponge, basic spices, cooking oil. It truly felt like she wanted us to enjoy being there and not just simply provide a roof over our heads. Know though that there are beds for 4 people and an air mattress for the other 2.

Beautiful

We absolutely loved this location! Beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Felt very safe. Right across the street is a little general store/ice cream shop! Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Loved having the washer and dryer to keep up with family laundry. Clean and beautiful!
