Great location and views. Excellent for a family weekend away. Queen beds all a bit tired as were curtains (full moon shone through!) Woken with smoke detector beeping in night - needed new battery and couldn't remount fitting after buying new one. Surprised at lack of stair balustrade??

Great Experience

Overall it was fantastic. Great location. Very close to town, shops, cafes etc. House was clean and spacious. Fireplace made the cold nights go by smoothly

Acacia Bay

Very clean and enough beds for 6 males. Garage nice and big to store mountain bikes safely. Great help from property manager and other staff when we left key inside house and went out garage door and shut it. They came around in a timely manner and opened house. Will book again

Great house which we have used several times

We were not told that the bottom self contained unit was under repair and that we had to squash 4 adults into one room very disappointing with this we should have Bee advised

Finding Family

The property was perfect for us all to get to know one another. We came from Auckland and Palmerston North and met in the middle. It was a perfect weekend.Just a couple of things that needed attention The drain by the flat downstairs was blocked and therefore we were unable to use.The oven trays we soaked in the bath before scrubbing so we could use that night.All in all we had a fantastic time and will use again.

Large comfortable house in Acacia Bay

House had plenty of room for 12 with good modern amenities. Was comfortably furnished and nice views from the deck and a great barbecue area.

Very Comfortable

Our stay here was awesome. We were in Taupo for a league competition and it was very cold there. The convieniece of having all the fire wood chopped was awesome and didnt take long to heat house. Communication was awesome and i highly reccomend this place for a group or big family.

Great location perfect for a large group

Great location perfect for a large group. Although very disappointed with sleep out on the ground floor. Furnishings very tattered, shower room substandard. Not what we expected

The set up of this house was perfect for our large group of 9 adults and 2 children.

The set up of this house was perfect for our large group of 9 adults and 2 children. The only small issue was the lack of WI-Fi as a couple of people in our group, needed to work during their stay. Otherwise everyone thought it was a great house.
