Great reunion stay!

College friends from over 50 years gathered in Cleveland for a mini-reunion. We chose this home due to the proximity to downtown, the Gordon Square neighborhood, and home size and amenities. Reviews were excellent, and we agree. The home was very clean, attractively furnished and decorated, and well equipped. It was more spacious than we expected. It’s on a lovely street, very convenient to W. 65th. Beds were very comfortable. Our stay was wonderful! We definitely recommend this home. The host checked in with us during our four-night stay, but we had no issues or reason to contact her.

This house and location is an absolute 5 star rating. If anyone is visiting Cleveland the place to rent is the Cleveland House. We wanted for nothing. Don

Charming Get-Away

We loved this sweet Cleveland home! It was clean and comfy with a great vibe. Who doesn't want Frida on a giant wall? Gorgeous! The rooms were great, kitchen stocked with basics, washer and drier available, and easy to adjust ac or heat. The neighborhood was lovely and not terribly far from The Rock Hall or ballfields. The cute chairs in the backyard were so inviting! We would stay there again with no hesitation.

Comfortable and spacious

My family and I did a 3 day mini trip. We were very pleased with the space. It was very clean, chic, and spacious! The beds were very comfy! Our family loved playing records on the record player while cooking in the kitchen. The open space in the common area downstairs made our trip that much more intimate. Erin was easy to communicate with. We would definitely book again.

Great location, well-appointed, comfortable stay

The house is on a lovely street with nice neighbors. The decor is inviting and furnishings are comfortable. Our bed was a dream, good pillows, nice bedding, lots of space. Also an excellent shower experience. The bathrooms are well stocked, there was even a hair straightener. The kitchen had basic condiments in the fridge, spices and oils in the cupboard, and fresh coffee beans ready to grind. Much appreciated. We liked coming back in the evening and easily finding the house by the pretty porch stringlights that automatically go on at night.

Great stay - 6 mins from downtown Cleveland and The Flats, and 3 mins from the beach.

Nice home, good amenities and back yard sitting area. No complaints at all. Would stay here again for sure.

Wow!

Such a fantastic location! We were able to walk to several restaurants from the house. Also good proximity to downtown and Edgewater park. The house was beautiful and kid friendly! They had a stroller, high chair, and kid toys/utensils which was a nice surprise. The house decor was gorgeous. Overall highly recommend!!!

Perfect house! Quiet and pup approved!

Erin was incredibly helpful and attentive before we even booked! She answered all my questions quickly and was incredibly understanding when asked if we could extend our stay! My wife was in town for work so it was an incredibly welcome reprieve from hotel living! Everything was walkable and Erin also gave a great list of local restaurants and things to do! 10/10!

Weekend Getaway to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

The house is in a great location. It is in a great neighborhood and is close to restaurants and bars. Just minutes from downtown so close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the football, basketball, and baseball stadiums, as well as the Christmas Story House. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We ate at a few local restaurants that we would highly recommend. The Blue Point Grill and Banana Blossom Thai Cuisine. I recommend staying here!

Fantastic experience

The house was perfect for our group and in a great location. Walkable distances to restaurants and entertainment. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do (Cedar Point, art museum, baseball game, Edgewater Park
). I was also very impressed with the responsiveness of the host when we had a couple of minor issues pop up. Top notch treatment! I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home with all you need

This is a lovely home with all you need for your stay in Cleveland. The house needed to be cleaned when we arrived. A minor snafu and a deep cleaning would have been great; nevertheless, the home was outfitted well, the furnishings were top-notch, the rooms were large, and there was plenty of home for a four-person group. I did not have trouble with my verified service dog with the owners, nor did she make trouble for them. The backyard is roomy, has a firepit, and you can breathe other than the condos give you. You can walk to the beach - which my family did, and they used the local food offerings well. The home's air conditioner was a bit wonky, and we had a couple of nights of warmth where it would not cool. The house is outfitted with digital thermostats, which is nice - but it needed a service. All in all, I travel VRBOs, and this is a nice one. With proper attention to minor maintenance, this is 5-star. The property owner was very on top of everything, which is a huge bonus, and she gave me credit for the inconvenience - without being asked. I would stay here again and recommend the property anytime you are in Cleveland.

Wedding stay for weekend.

Booked for family to attend wedding of former neighbors. Description of property accurate. We had room to spread out and enjoy being together for the weekend. Arrived after dark. Be aware that although the block of homes is ok in a gentrifying area, neighborhood is somewhat sketchy. Locals at wedding told us to be careful. We are from Chicago area so we know how to handle this situation. No decent stores in immediate area for groceries, etc., so plan accordingly. Got charged $75 for a damaged set of queen sheets with no evidence of damage. Owners should at least send a photo of damage to justify charge. We strived to leave the property with little need for cleaning. High charge for cleaning service even though we needed to strip beds, take out garbage, etc. as per house rules. Owners need to check cleaning crew. Lint covered baby pacifier found wedged between master bedroom matress and wall, and couch needs a good vacuuming between the couch cushions to remove debris. Overall property was as described but nothing that deserves a high rating. We would seek out another place for future stays.

Great stay!

Had a wonderful, long weekend with friends here. Open and inviting feel to the house. Great communication with owner. In a walk-able neighborhood near boutique shops and close to other cool areas/attractions in Cleveland.

Our stay was short but sweet. This home was really cute and provided everything that we needed. It was close to my niece and the wedding venue that we were in town for. I highly recommend staying here.
