Syleham Zero - 15, rue Davenport

Les propriétaires de Syleham Zero ont beaucoup réfléchi à la construction de la maison. Espace barbecue couvert avec une cour entièrement fermée. Beaucoup d'espace pour que les enfants puissent jouer sans surveillance. Un espace de vie décloisonné et un deuxième salon permettent aux adultes et aux enfants de regarder différents films.

Syleham Zero rejoint une autre propriété avec le garage, mais ont une cour très privée. Il est situé au coin des rues Davenport et Lord Syleham, face à la rue Lord Syleham.

Chaise haute fournie

Il est de la responsabilité des propriétaires de chiens de s’assurer que leur chien est correctement contenu dans les lieux clos. Les locations de vacances ne peuvent pas garantir que la clôture sera un bon compagnon pour votre animal.

Le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni dans toutes nos propriétés pour votre séjour. Cependant, nous ne fournissons que ce qui est demandé. We also had some amenities that were not initially provided such as coffee pods and dish washer tablets. There was very good wi-fi

This time however was not the case. The place smelt. The fridge must of had some sort of shell fish in and the smell was disgusting. I went and brought cleaning products to try to clean it but l couldn’t get the smell out. The couch was smelly l think from too many dogs on it. The oven and the barbecue were both filthy, really l felt the barbecue looked a bit unsafe. The whole place needs a good clean up.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here previously and enjoy returning due to its location, the amenities and the perfect size of the property.Couple of negatives though on this stay and it is more to do with the property management group and not the property itself. No cleaning products, one tea towel, no sponge or scourer for dishes or wiping surfaces. I think the majority of guests like to keep the properties they stay in clean, however when you leave no products to enable this, there becomes either no incentive for them to do this or they get a little frustrated when they then need to go and purchase them, given the costs they have already outlaid to stay at the property.Secondly, Perhaps invest in some new quilts and quilt covers that actually fit the beds. I'm also not convinced the quilt covers are washed in between rentals as ours were quite dirty....eeekLastly the outdoor setting needs a really good clean to get rid of all the spider webs and dead bugs.

We had a great 5 nights at the property, with all of our wants & needs catered for. House is within walking distance of town centre, with easy access to hotels, restaurants, supermarket & walking/cycling trails. A fabulous place to stay!

Great location

We have stayed here a few times now. Love the location to the Main Street and beach. The home is a great layout for a family with a massive kitchen, fully fenced yard and two great sized bathrooms. Considering it’s a family home, the kitchen should be better equipped. No scissors, no platters, no decent knife, a tiny chopping board, only one bowl and 3 wine glasses. Also would love the property owner to do something about the mattress in the main bedroom... it’s terrible!! House is clean and great location though. We will be coming back.

First class property

Modern new home, good location. Short walk to town and beach. We parked the car in the garage and walked everywhere. Perfect for family or couple. Every appliance good quality, cleaned professionally. Beds comfortable, bbq area great. We will return.

Walking distance to everything

We loved our stay. Clean modern home walking distance to the Main Street. Take bikes... so many great places to go for a ride. Only criticism is the beds are super hard!! Need much better quality mattresses.

Awesome Location, brilliant house

Clean, modern (brand new!!!), family friendly. Very short walk from the Main Street - Caledonian metres away! Plenty of space - fits 2 familes easily - and a 2nd lounge. Bonus!!!!
