This property is all a small group needs for a Michigan football game. It is convenient and walkable to the restaurants and bars. The house is incredibly close to the west side of The Big House! Fantastic location and just what we wanted/needed.
When we arrived, we were greeted with a handful of treats including munchies and a tasty local beer. The property was exceptionally clean and welcoming.
Our host Valerie could not have been more accommodating. She reached out numerous times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to inquire if we needed anything. When we did have a request, she quickly helped us out!
Many thanks for treating us like family. Cheers, Val!
The host was awesome and the check in process was so easy. The property has a great backyard patio and the house was clean. Would definitely stay here next game day.
The house is very clean, comfortable and much bigger than I expected. We had a group of 6 visiting for our law school reunion and it was perfect for the weekend - within walking distance of campus and the football stadium - but still removed from the madness of a football weekend in Ann Arbor. We had everything we needed and were very happy with our experience. I would definitely stay again!
We rented the property to go to the Michigan game. Incredible location within walking distance to the stadium and downtown Ann Arbor. Highly recommend this place for anyone!
This house is great, the location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to Big House, 15 minutes to downtown. The house is very clean and has all of the functional necessities. Very easy check in/out and host was great communicator and attentive. There is even an additional rental apartment upstairs (if additional space is required). Highly recommended!
We have an AWESOME neighborhood! Between Wurster Park (a hilltop park with breathtaking sunrise and sunsets), the quaint neighborhood coffee shop and brunch spot, and the iconic ice cream spot - Washtenaw Dairy - this location has a ton to offer!
You can drive up, park, and plan to walk, bike, or scooter to most things you need for the duration of your visit! Of course you might need to go a little further depending on the reason trip. But it's entirely possible that you won't need your car much after arrival. Uber/Lyft rides from the house to downtown/campus are typically $5 to $10 and the airport is less than $45 depending on the time of day.
