Totalement rénové quatre chambres deux maison de bain avec grande cour clôturée et un grand patio. Rue résidentielle urbaine et calme avec 3-4 places de parking dans un rayon de 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Cincinnati et de tout ce qu’il a à offrir.
Une toute nouvelle cuisine avec des comptoirs de quartz équipés de tous les équipements dont vous et votre groupe pourriez avoir besoin. Lits confortables avec des draps améliorés. Immense patio extérieur avec un grand foyer à gaz, un gril en acier inoxydable et un nouveau mobilier d'extérieur.
Quatre pâtés de maisons au pittoresque Bellevue Kentucky avec de jolis magasins et restaurants locaux.
En bas de la route de Newport, dans le quartier des divertissements Levee, avec l'aquarium, le cinéma et les restaurants de Newport.

Graduation Stay

Our family stayed here for Xavier University graduation weekend. The house was conveniently located. The area was nice with a variety of restaurants. The owners were very friendly and available for any of our concerns. I would stay here again.

Great Location

The home, porch, and backyard were wonderful. We liked the spacious dining room and the backyard. The only issue was an uninvited mouse that showed up the night before we left.

Fort Mitchell Golf Club

This was a great house accommodated 7 guys no problem easy access. Perfect on this side of the bridge. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Very Satisfied

Property was great. I wish it was warmer so I could use outdoor amenities. Neighborhood is very walkable with lots of nice shops.

Gem in River Town

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean, convenient, and well appointed. Having used VRBO properties in various states, I have to give this property an A-plus rating. The only negatives are no bathroom on 1st floor and tanks for outside gas firepit were empty. I would recommend this place.

We came out for a Bengals game as part of our annual football stadium tour & couldn’t have been happier with this house & location! Perfect distance to everything we needed/wanted. House was clean, great space & great communication from hosts/management. Highly recommend

Girls trip!

Stayed here for a girls trip. We loved it as soon as we walked into the back yard it had a great outdoor space. The inside of the house was so nice and spacious for our group of 5. We loved the decor and all the amenities the house offered. The beds were super comfortable. The house is walking distance to a cute coffee/bookstore around the corner and also to restaurants down the street. Its close to Newport on the Levee and a quick drive over the bridge to Cincinnati. Maria the property manager was so accommodating and easy to get a hold. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet spot with lots of privacy

The backyard was a wonderful space to relax and hangout with everyone. The stained glass and interior really made the house feel homey and livable. I would stay here again!

awesome property!!

Great stay in Dayton, Kentucky for a holiday weekend. So close to Cincinnati and easy access to city. Charming neighborhood of Bellvue was blocks away. The house is really really nice and very accurate to the pictures. Very roomy for our family of 7 (all adults). The kitchen is great and is truly well appointed with flatware, plates, cooking needs and many extra niceties. Beds were comfortable and bath towels very nice as well. Great job making this home a really really nice getaway for us.

Couldn't stay because I didn't realized it was 4 bedroom 2 bathroom on three floors. My wife has health issues and can't do a lot of stairs. We contacted representative but were denied any refund at all so we just paid all that money for nothing

This is a very well kept property.nice neighborhood. Nearby lots of places. Literally - our home away from home! Felt so comfortable and at ease. Generous furnishings. This place met all our needs and then some!

Taylor concert weekend

Great updated interior space for our group of 8. Owners were so helpful & available. Location is by cute Little downs with shops & restaurants. Great place to stay for a concert or event at Cincinnati stadiums. Highly suggest this house!

Great home for the whole family

Overall we really liked this property and location. It was a well stocked and well decorated home. We were there with people ranging from 1 years old to 60 and we all enjoyed it. The only difficult part that I would note is if you are older there is no bathroom on the first floor. But that is just something to keep in mind, not actually a complaint. The property managers communicated with us frequently and were super helpful. We enjoyed the little street near by with food and stores. Thank you!!

Great New Year's Stay

We loved our stay. My family and another shared the house for New Year's in Cincy. It was a great location and size for the two families. We walked to local dining and enjoyed the outdoor space. The property manager was super responsive and accommodating. It was a fantastic place and would stay again if in the area.

Good location right outside of Cincinnati.

Cute little house! Nice sized fenced in yard for yard games, and cute little patio area with propane fire pit, perfect for a bottle of wine a good conversation! Off street parking. Comfortable beds. Perfect for what we were looking for, for a fun bachelorette party weekend. Nice location right outside of Cincinnati, within walking distance to coffee shops, pizzerias and waterfront dining. Great communication from hosts! We would definitely come here again!

Great Family House

What a great place to stay with a family. The yard was great for the kids to play in and with the privacy fence we felt comfortable in an unfamiliar neighborhood. The amount of beds and all other amenities were great for our group of 8. We had a lot of options and having the 2 bathrooms was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Great home for a big family

Our large family stayed in those home with children ranging from toddlers to teenagers. Great location if you are visiting nearby attractions in Cincinnati and Newport - short drive to just about everything. Beautiful home with charm, plenty of space, and a great outdoor area.
