Observez les vagues et les dauphins jouer de votre deuxiĂšme Ă©tage. Buvez votre cafĂ© du matin et regardez le soleil se lever du cĂŽtĂ© couvert ou asseyez-vous et dĂ©tendez-vous du cĂŽtĂ© ensoleillĂ©. Vous ĂȘtes juste sur la plage, alors pourquoi ne pas prendre votre souper et le faire cuire sur le grill de style parc! Il y a un belvĂ©dĂšre commun situĂ© en bord de mer pour les clients. Super endroit pour profiter des couchers de soleil et visiter avec d'autres clients!

Le complexe de 4 condos est trÚs bien situé à l'est. Non loin du parc national et à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Le condo est équipé d'appareils électroménagers mis à jour, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse. Le salon et la cuisine sont à aire ouverte. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit, de siÚges confortables et d'une télévision grand écran. La chambre principale a un lit king et une salle de bains. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux. La deuxiÚme salle de bain est accessible depuis le couloir.

Had quick chats as needed for info but it was so thorough, I really didn't need to ask anything as it was already provided before I thought of it. Walked into a very clean condo that smelled great and with every gadget/appliance/need met if you want to cook. I loved every second of the stay and felt safe and comfortable. The view was spectacular and even at the Dec/Jan time it was still warm. Totally recommend and would do it again in a second. Everyone was so friendly and nice, and you could walk the beach down to the lighthouse and back around easily or rent bicycles to ride around. Easy to get basic food supplies from Piggly Wiggly and also eat some great fish from a wonderful BigFishCafeSGI. Also saw the pelicans and sandpipers going fishing every day. Lovely vacation.

Perfect Paradise

Fabulous! This place is in a perfect location. The beach access is so easy
 the views are amazing
the condo is clean and has everything we needed. We loved the perfect view of the ocean sitting at the breakfast table every morning. the manager is always just a phone call away and is “Johnny on the spot” to help in any way. We can’t wait to go back and we will be staying in number 4.

The only thing that I can say was that there were no beach towels or beach chairs. So we drove 900 miles and had to purchase both. The screen on the back door off the master bedroom was on backwards. Jenny was awesome though and answered all our questions.

Great Holiday Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property and SGI! Very accommodating on check-in and Jenny did an awesome job with communication. We and our fur-babies hope to come back in the near future (hopefully during wamer weather).

We chose this location for the direct beach access. Like many of the reviews say- it is older and could use some updating, does not include beach chairs/towels, and the bathrooms are very small. But, we knew that from previous reviews coming into it so we brought our own items and since it was just my husband and I we each had our own bathroom. There does seem to be a new small couch in the living room but the other chairs are so old/worn they look like they were picked from the curb. The tv is an older flatscreen that it gives off a lot of heat and actually heated up the house to 80 degrees when we watched it at night. The kitchen was good. We cook a lot so it could use some updated pots/pans but the countertops and stove was wonderful with plenty of space and additional amenities like a keurig, slow cooker, and baking dishes were great. The island must have some sort of hard water issues that has eaten away at the faucets and water dispenser on the fridge so not sure if it’s safe to drink. We didn’t use it other than for showers and dishes. Laundry is directly outside the front door on the landing which was easy enough to access but the washer lining is moldy and needs a cleaning The property mgr Jenny is incredibly welcoming and and checked in many times to see if we needed anything. I think with some updates this property could be much nicer but overall you cannot beat the location! It was lovely being able to walk right out to the beach everyday.

Jenny, the property manager could not have been more helpful. Outstanding customer service. The unit has a fabulous beach view. Enjoyed the 3 weeks we spent in the SGI condominium.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Great deck furniture! We spent our evenings after dark sitting out there listening to the waves roll in! Kitchen had everything we needed! Loved staying here!

Great location right on the beach with a nice deck to sit and watch dolphins. Living room/kitchen area good size. Manager Jennifer checked in with us to make sure we arrived ok.

Vacation in paradise!

Hello! We are Jan and Campbell Forrer from Fitzpatrick, Alabama. We have been coming to SGI since 2010. . We have been bringing our immediate family and now sons-in-law and grandchildren! SGI is great for families. It is slow paced and casual as it can be. Campbell and I come several times a year and the size of the condo is perfect for us. If our entire family comes, we will have to rent one of the other condos and it will be just right! We love to fish off the beach and at the state park which is close by. We have chartered fishing trips in shore and deep sea and have caught fish each time! We have stayed at Island Club condos twice before purchasing Island Club #4. We love the size of the condo and it proximity to the beach. We enjoy the views from the deck and the sound of the waves. Y'all Come!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is beachfront and is on the second floor of a 4 condo complex. It has great views and is only steps to the gulf! The living area is open concept and comfortably furnished. We installed new kitchen cabinets and countertops in 2022. We have a new range and dishwasher as well. Bathrooms have had a few updates. Interior was painted December 2024. The condo is near the state park, restaurants, and grocery stores.
