Excellent place to stay- would definitely recommend. The only thing I wish we had was a smart tv so that we could watch movies from our streaming services.

Great location and ease to strip

Perfect size room, location and amenities for our family of 4. Although w did not use, the room has a nice kitchenette that would be helpful for a longer stay in Vegas. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful Studio Type Room at the Signature MGM

This was our first time staying at the Signature MGM and we loved it. I love that it is all Non-Smoking facility even the bar area. It is a short inside walk to all the excitement of the MGM casino, shops and food courts. I love that it has a small kitchenette, coffee pot and microwave. It’s perfect for reheating your leftovers and you don’t have to leave your room to get coffee. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it and plan to stay at the Signature MGM again. Thank you Marie for allowing us to stay here and for always answering my messages.

The MGM property towers ok. however the room condition was horrible. The bed was old and the mattress was not comfortable we couldn’t sleep all night. The carpet was dirty the AC was not working the room was very hot. We had check-in at 4pm and leave at 11am that’s not even one day. Never going back there again.

Excellent hosts, location and facilities

The location was great as well as the host and hotel facilities. Most hotels in Vegas make you walk thru a smoky casino to checkin. The checkin at MGM Signature was clean and smoke free. If you want to gamble, the casino is a short walk away. The fitness facilities were excellent and clean. The pools were a little crowded but this was expected given that it was 95 outside. We loved this unit and host and will definitely be back!

Hi Mike, the quality of housekeeping is our top priority, it's extremely rare that we get the slightest issue. We have a manager inspect all units after each housekeeper, so I will follow up on this case and make sure that appropriate measures are taken. Had I heard your concern during your stay, I would have asked them to return, at no extra cost of course. Thank you and all the best for your travels, Marie.

Girls Trip

This was my first experience with using Vrbo. My teenaged daughter and I went to Vegas on a Spring break trip. We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was to be removed from the craziness of the Strip. It wasn’t overly crowded. We were able to use the pool everyday with no problems. The only real issue we had was that the room smelled like smoke when we got there(which Fabreeze fixed). Overall, we enjoyed staying here and would consider staying here again on our next trip.

Nice stay

Very comfortable stay and close to the strip. The only thing was I wish it was higher up in the building because we wanted a nice view of the strip but it was still a 5 star stay. The jacuzzi was my favorite !

Awesome Vacation

If you’re looking to stay in Las Vegas at a non Casino Hotel property, the MGM signature is a great option. We booked two units and both were great. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were extremely accommodating during the current pandemic.

Five Star quality for 2 Star Price

We rented the condo for five nights while we attended a conference at Mandalay Bay. You couldn't beat the price and the quality. The customer service was unbelievable. Will definitely stay again when we return next year.
