Un beau canapé sectionnelles assis attendant soirée cinéma ou vous pouvez utiliser la console Wii pour toute la famille! Quoi qu'il en soit le salon, vous vous sentirez à la maison. La table à manger offre des sièges pour 6 afin que personne ne se sente rejeté.

La chambre principale est à l'aise avec un lit king-size et la 2ème chambre a un lit queen confortable. La 3ème chambre est parfait pour les enfants avec 2 lits jumeaux! Le canapé dans le salon peut être transformé en un lit queen confortable.

Easy hop to the conventions

Right down the street from everything on I drive. Made for an easy hop using ride share for under $10. Very quiet and comfy, highly recommend.

Preferred Unit at Vista Kay

My family and I have stayed at Vista Kay several times, but this quickly became our favorite unit. Decorated nicely, clean and true to the pictures. We will be back!

If you need a place to stay for business, or a trip to Disney, then you can't go wrong with this condo. Very clean, centrally located and a bottom floor unit. So if you have anyone in your family with mobility issues...It is perfect!

Great rental left my coffee grinder in rental contacted property at check out and they have not called back. Not good, really want my property back.

Orlando fun

Super smooth check in and check out process. Immaculately clean home. Comfortable beds. Living room couch well worn and uncomfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Decor straight out of Good Housekeeping and made us feel like 5 star guests. Complimentary cookies waiting for us was a hit surprise!! Quiet surroundings. Great pool. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great rental and location!

The rental unit was as described and pictured. It was clean and well furnished. The email provided gate and door codes- so checkin was a breeze. The location was within 15 min of airport and major attractions. The accessibility to Walgreens and Publix was an additional plus. The pool was within walking distance as well- and it was very clean. Pool bar had great drinks as well. I also personally enjoyed walking around the pond and seeing the variety of birds. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the unit.

Orlando Vista Cay Majestic Palms

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location, central to most everything in Orlando. We came for a trade show at the convention center which is a quick 5-10 minute drive (depending on time of day/traffic). Unit was immaculate, as is the entire complex. Check-in was so simple! No going to a desk & dealing with a clerk. Gate & door codes were sent to us ahead of our arrival, and we just came straight from the airport to our unit!

Mostly Decent

I’ll start by saying the property was accommodating and comfortable for our large family. The separate private bedrooms kept everyone happy for personal space and the full kitchen saved us a ton versus eating out. With that said, the “treat it like your own home” motto did not seem to be fully followed. I purchased the breakers insurance because I have 3 kids and sometimes things just happen so I wanted to be covered just in case. BUT, there were several things broken on this property. So, why isn’t that insurance money being used to fix things? I’m sure I’m not the only one who has purchased it. The remotes either didn’t work or the batteries were taped in, several cupboard doors were held together with tape, the door chain broke(looked like it was purchased from the dollar store, absolutely no protection with that). I also don’t fully understand the point of paying for deep cleaning either as the cleanliness was ok at first glance but all the baseboards, vents and ceiling fans were filthy. The tack strip in the master doorway and master bath doorway pokes thru the carpet and the floor was dirty under the reclining couch. One of the patio chairs was broken. The furniture was all extremely used, which is understandable but, for the price, it should be replaced from time to time. If you end up having issues and try calling the Casiola number, you’ll get thru but no one comes out to rectify any situation. Our door code quit working in the middle of our trip and when we called, no one called us back. They texted a new door code an hour later. This area also seemed to be party central. People in and out at all hours, which is fine, but they would drive thru the parking lot at 3am blasting music. And there is not enough parking. We had to keep driving around to find a spot, or park several buildings down. I know the last couple things is not the property owners fault, but it’s still good for people to be aware of.

Orlando stay Columbus weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking, check in and check out were seem less. Accommodations were perfect. Only deficiency that I found was the dusting of surfaces were lacking. I understand that sometimes these apartments stay vacant for a while but the surfaces we touch had a layer of dust. Almost a grimy feel. Cleaning staff should come in the day before and really wipe down the night stands and table or cabinet tops. Other than that it was a very positive and comfortable experience.

I will not rent them again

Reviewer Comments: The place is cozy and comfy for big and small families. but there were some slight mishaps. Our stove was barely connected which could have caused some sort of electrical damage had we not checked. The bathroom liners were moldy which is very unsanitary, and the bathroom door did not lock at all. Our Tv also did not work and when I called to get it fixed no one helped. There was a dead frog on the window which seemed to have been there for days and our towels which were provided by the home were wet and on the bed when we first got there, good thing we brought our own. It’s a lovely place it just needs to be properly cleaned and maintenance before the next guest comes.
