Airy Suites au deuxième étage avec deux chambres dans la communauté fermée de Bermuda Bay Beach Condos entre Boca Ciega Bay et Clam Bayou. Accès aux sentiers pédestres et cyclables de Clam Bayou. Les mises à niveau en 2017 comprennent de nouveaux tapis, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, une unité de climatisation et une salle de bains rénovée en 2019. Unit was listed as a 9.8. Carpet in unit is very poor condition (looks dirty and rolling up in places) and needs to be replaced. Throws were on furniture that were dirty and stained. Tub with shower doors was extremely dirty in the door runners and the sink basin was rusting. Many washclothes should be replaced, I bought my own during stay.

Thank you, Sylvia. Thank you for your review. You are correct, and I am planning to replace the carpet and the couches this summer. I have the carpet cleaned twice a year, but one tenant had children with Kool-Aid dye stains, and the next tenant had additional stains from, but no time to replace it before your arrival. I did try to shampoo it out, but it has a permanent stain. I did wash the furniture throws before you arrived, but noticed that they also had stains from the previous tenant that did not come out in the wash. The sink was re-enameled last year, and unfortunately, it did not last, and I will be planning to replace it also.

Great stay

Great location. Beautiful beach and pool area with great view of the bay. Close to downtown and major beaches. When we were under the weather, Dawn graciously offered to do food shopping for us.

Nice location. Although a lot of construction is going on, the property is nice. Condo is well appointed. Nice pool by the bay.

Great Stay

The host, Dawn, was very accessible and quick to respond. Apartment was clean. Very centrally located to St. Pete Beach, downtown St. Pete, Gulfport, and Tampa. The community’s pool faces the bay and has a private beach.

Love Bermuda Bay

Bermuda Bay is beautiful, close to nature. The people are very friendly. Sunsets are gorgeous there. There are two pools there, but unfortunately only one was working due to recent hurricane; the other pool’s heater was often not working. Miss the hot tub too, which was ruined by the hurricane. Hope to return; our host is wonderful!

Bermuda Bay is awesome

We loved our stay at Bermuda Bay. It’s full of nature with trees, shrubs and easy to walk about each day. The pool, hot tub and of course, the beach are great amenities. Our host Dawn Daisley was attentive to our every need and super friendly. Our unit had everything to make our stay there very comfortable. Highly recommend it!!

Wonderful stay

We had the most wonderful stay at this property. The private beach/pool/hot tub were wonderful. Gated community and very quiet. Everything we could possibly need was in the apartment. Having a washer/dryer right in the apartment made such a difference. Highly recommend.

Perfect place!

This stay was a total hit! Dawn had to go away for the times that we were staying. Although Dawn was not in the area she was available through phone and text and always responsive. Not only did she make herself available, she had a close friend that was available also. The place was cozy and just the right size. The private beach was nice but we spent most of our time at Passe A Grille beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect For 2 Couples Or Family Of 4

Beautiful location with private beach on Boca Ciega Bay. Complex has two pools, hot tub, tennis courts and direct access to a lovely nature preserve with hiking/biking trails. The condo has two bedrooms, each with its own full bath. It’s well stocked with everything you’ll need for a month’s stay, including a stackable washer and dryer, which comes in really handy for towels from the pool and beach. The location of this complex is so convenient, being close to the gulf beaches, downtown St. Petersburg and the wonderful town of Gulfport, just minutes away. The owner, Dawn, is very responsive and helpful with any questions or problems you might have, and lives in the complex so she is there to help if you need anything but leaves you to your privacy if you don’t. We highly recommend Bermuda Bay and this condo for your stay in the St. Pete area.

Comfortable, good location!

The location of this condominium complex is ideal. It’s only a five minute drive to lovely artsy Gulfport, A 15 minute drive the other direction to downtown St. Petersburg, a 10 minute drive to Fort De Soto, and a 15 minute drive to the beaches. The complex itself is rather dated, and they are working on updates. The pool and mini beach on the bay, is wonderful. It’s a gorgeous view, and everybody comes out to watch the sunset. People are very friendly here. The unit itself was nice and comfortable, the beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed in the kitchen etc. It’s not fancy, as this is not a resort. There is a small washer and dryer in the unit. Dawn was very nice and easy to work with. She lives in the complex so she is there if you need anything. But other than that she leaves you alone. I really hope to rent here again soon!

Great place to escape from the cold

The complex can't be beat for its proximity to the water and nearby beaches and restaurants. While we couldn't enjoy our balcony because it was boarded up due to ongoing stair and balcony replacement throughout the complex, it was just a 2 min. walk to the beach where we could enjoy our favorite beverage while taking in the sunset. Very convenient for kayaking and paddleboarding right from the beach and we also enjoyed grilling by the water and taking a dip in the pool . While the dishes and silverware could stand to be replaced, overall the unit had everything you need for a long-term stay. Generally a quiet complex - except when the construction is happening! Dawn was great to work with and quickly responded to all our questions.

Thank you. Sorry about the back stairs. It is still stuck for replacement due to complicated engineering and building department. Errrrrrr! Thank you for the suggestion for replacing dinnerware. It will be next on my list.

Condo was exactly what I was looking for and was exactly what was in listing. A perfect size for 2 couples or a small family. Condo was very clean and was in great shape. I would definitely book again.
