Rassemblez-vous pour passer un moment incroyable en famille et entre amis! Plan d'étage ouvert et lumineux de 3800 pieds carrés. Air climatisé central, foyer, 6 télévisions et 4 1/2 salles de bain. Incroyable salle de divertissement avec cuisine, TV 60 ", table de billard, ping-pong, vidéothèque, Direct TV, Netflix et jeux de société.
Il y en a pour tous les goûts dans la région. Plusieurs plages situées à 5 km et offrant des concerts gratuits, des films et des spectacles automobiles. Essayez des sports nautiques, du vélo, du minigolf, du karting ou des cages au bâton. Rotary Park dispose de 4 courts de tennis, beach volley, basket et terrains de jeux. Visitez Watch Hill pour une promenade sur Napa Tree Point. Les enfants peuvent aller faire un tour sur le carrousel historique de Watch Hill Flying Horse, puis partager des pizzas et des glaces. Essayez le golf à proximité, peut-être une charte de pêche, l'observation des baleines ou une visite des phares. Visitez les nombreux marchés de producteurs et établissements vinicoles. Perfect Spot

We had 10 adults and 5 children. Quiet neighborhood. Home has many amenities. Comfortable beds, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Kitchen fully stocked. Great place to stay!

Great Escape

This is the third summer we have returned to Summer Wind. This home is a perfect getaway for my family. It is spacious, clean, well stocked and conveniently located to Westerly attractions. We made many fun family memories while staying in this lovely home.

Lovely home and garden, an excellent quiet neighborhood to walk around, and a very safe location. A few amenities were a little outdated and disappointing but everything else was excellent and we had a great time.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had an incredible vacation experience at Summer Wind. Beginning with timely responses to inquiries pre visit, Gene and Suzanne could not have been better hosts. Their property is stunning: very spacious, clean and well- appointed. Everything that one may need has been anticipated and provided for guest use - with the exception of food and beverages! There was more than enough space for nine adults and six children. The outdoor pergola provided a lovely haven at any time day, the outdoor dining tables/barbeque area was a wonderful venue for enjoying meals together and the children enjoyed playing in the yard. Everyone hopes to return in the future. Thank you very much. Lynn

Unbelievable experience!

The photographs accurately depict the home, but nothing can convey the hospitality offered by the hosts, Gene and Suzanne. Everything was available to us. Beach chairs, boogie boards, even the cookware for a lobster boil ! The finished basement was the favorite place for our young adult kids. The patio and pergola were wonderful after a day at the beach, and the gas grill was used every night. In short, we can’t recommend the Summer Wind highly enough. We’re very grateful to Gene and Suzanne.

Great For Families

We had a great week at Summer Wind. House is very nicely appointed and has everything you need for a fun time with family. Plenty of games, movies, beach accessories and more! Loved the outdoor gathering and grill areas. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting a restful and fun stay in Westerly.

Very good property. Well maintained with all the items that you may need in a stay. Plenty of space. Great landscaping. Property manager is very responsive and does a great job. Good location for all attractions and the Beach in Rhode Island. Good value!

Wonderful Home for Large Families

Gene and Suzanne are excellent hosts. The house is super clean and family friendly . The yard is awesome. Basement has plenty of space for sleeping and games….pool, ping pong and tv and a great bar area. Close to beaches and shopping. Great place for our family to vacation. We love it and so do our teenagers!

Perfect - Over the Top

Everything was perfect, from meeting with Gene to go over the property to anything and everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Can't say enough good about our hosts, the property and all the additional stuff to make the stay perfect for all ages. One of the grandchildren asked her mon if they could just stay there forever. :)!

Summer Family Vacation

We loved this property and location. The house feels very large and we had 15 people, 4 of which were kids under 10. The outdoor space was spacious and super relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet. The kids loved riding bikes and scooters in the street. Since it’s a dead end there was hardly any traffic at all. Super close to good restaurants, the best beaches and shopping. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Summer Wind Get Away

My children, grandchildren and myself had an enjoyable stay at Summer Wind. The house easily held all 14 of us. The large backyard with an ample eating area, outdoor grill, and pizza oven were great at dinner time. My grandchildren especially loved the well equipped finished basement complete with pool table, video games, TV, and board games. It was wonderful spending time together in this lovely setting.

Summer House

Gene and Suzanne thought of everything from the beach accessories.. to kid proof items like gates for the upstairs… stuffed animals and toys for the kids.. to an amazing backyard. The proximity to the beaches, stores and excursions is great. I recently lost my brother and mother and have learned the emphasis on “family time”.. being able to spend a week with our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren was priceless. We can’t wait to return next year to carry on the tradition.

Highly recommend this house and host

Our family of 14 stayed for 10 days. The property was all it was promised to be and Gene our host was excellent and communicative at all times. It was very well equipped with everything we needed especially in the kitchen but really everywhere including beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The outdoor pergola and kitchen were wonderful. The house was very nicely furnished and felt like a home, not a sparse rental like other properties we have stayed at. We would definitely like to return. Thank you Gene and Suzanne.

Amazing property!

The house has every amenity you can think of, and even ones you might not think of! Easy access to everything. The outdoor space is incredible. The outdoor living room is perfect for sipping a cold drink on a sunny summer evening. The finished basement features a beautiful bar area and is a great place to hang out after hours. All in all, it could not have been a more accommodating and comfortable place to stay. Thank you Gene and Suzanne! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

A Wonderful Vacation House

Our family vacation at Summer Wind Beach House was perfect. The house is lovely and exactly as pictured online ~ from the beautiful home furnishings, to the expansive yard (set up for fun and relaxation), to all the amenities and special touches throughout the house. The location to the beaches and to all other points of interest is excellent. The owners were very accommodating and thought of everything, including a welcome basket, cheese platter, bottles of water, beach passes, toys for the little ones, etc. They also provided an immediate response to any questions we had. We highly recommend the Summer Wind Beach House for your next vacation. You will love it! A. Kelly

Christmas Home

The owner greeted us warmly and gave us an overview of the beautiful home/property They left no stone unturned as the saying goes. There are phone chargers in every room. It was the perfect setting for a beautiful Christmas holiday. Our younger guests (my son and his friends) enjoyed the property immensely as well. The finished basement area is as beautiful as the rest of the home with a bar, pool table, etc. There is ample seating and bedrooms for all as well as bathrooms. The wine and cheeseboard left for us by the owners was a very nice touch and unexpected. I would love to rent this property again.

A fantastic house

This is a beautiful home that exceeds the VRBO description. It is spotlessly clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. It is located less than 10 minutes from Misquamicut State Beach. The outside deck, patio and pergola are are great place to wind down after a day at the beach. Everything you need for your stay is provided from beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for the children to inside games and toys.. The rec room with pool table and more child play space is great as well. The pool table occupied adults on our one rainy day and most evenings when we were not doing a family movie night there on the big screen TV. We rate this home as one of the best of the many homes we have rented through VRBO. The Muratore's have done a beautiful job with this home and are wonderful owners to work with. The Winters Family

Plenty of space for everyone

The layout and location (within a neighborhood) of the house worked well for our family group of 9. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The younger adults really enjoyed the ‘man cave’ in the basement. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor seating under the pergola. Our group found Summer Wind to be well appointed with useful amenities. And if you like your bed on the softer side like Mama Bear then you’ll enjoy the sink into softness beds of Summer Wind. Note: The location within the neighborhood seemed to be in some kind of summer flight path for smaller prop planes and while this did not bother a majority of our group, some in our group thought it should be mentioned so future guests would have that knowledge ahead of time. Gene, the owner, was easy to work with and on top of his texts. If we find ourselves in Westerly in the future, we would certainly look to stay here again.

Family Memories

This home was amazing! Gene was welcoming and responded quickly to the few questions we had, he even sent us friendly reminders for scheduled lawn maintenance and trash pick up days (helpful as it is easy to lose track of the days on vacation)! The home is even more impressive than the listing describes, and had everything we needed and more! The back yard was an oasis in itself, and the downstairs was perfect for evening family fun and conversation. There were plenty of spaces to be alone or together, I especially enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and a book! The home is in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood, yet close to EVERYTHING, beaches, restaurants, museums, and an excellent fish market. We plan a large family vacation annually, and this has been a favorite of all of our rentals, as voted on by the grandchildren, and adults alike. The beds, linen and towels were top quality and plentiful, the home succeeded in being elegant and "beachy", homey, comfortable and child friendly! I could go on and on, bottom line is this is the perfect summer rental to make family memories, and we hope to be lucky enough to visit again! Thank you Gene and Suzanne, from the Joslyn family!

A SummerWind X-Mas!

My family and I stayed at this AMAZING property over the 2022 Christmas Holiday and it was just about as perfect as it could be! I am from a large family of 7 kids with lots of nieces and nephews and many who live out of state. Typically, we celebrate Christmas at my parents house in northern RI, but my parents are getting older, and my father had a health scare this summer, so we wanted to give them a break from hosting this year and find a place that was large enough and comfortable enough to host those of us who were able to get together. Gene and Suzanne’s property was the perfect spot for us. From the moment I contacted them and explained our situation and how we loved the set up with the first floor bedroom so my dad wouldn’t have to worry about stairs, they were so accommodating. With the little ones, it was really important to us to be able to have a Christmas tree and to have the house feel like Christmas and Suzanne completely understood and decorated the house to the nines. It looked absolutely gorgeous and so festive! I read several of the reviews before booking and they are 110% true. Gene and Suzanne literally think of everything and provide so much to their guests. We had more than enough towels and comfortable bed linens, soap, shampoo etc. to last for the entire four days. The kitchen had everything we needed from serving platters to plates, barware, a coffee maker, Keurig machine, plenty of condiments, and spices and everything was clearly labeled, so was very easy to find. My teenage nieces and nephews had such a great time down in the basement in the captains quarters with the pool table and the big screen TV. They provided ample phone chargers throughout the house, which was so appreciated. They had baby gates and a booster seat for my one year-old nephew and lots of toys and games for the little ones. We found a lovely Santa Claus from the Westerly town Facebook page who came over on Christmas Eve and handed out presents to the kids. We just could not be any happier with the way that our experience went and are so thankful to have found this beautiful home with such accommodating hosts. We made some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime which was just what we needed after the challenging year we had all had! We hope to be repeat customers at Summerwind and would recommend this property to anyone. THANK-YOU Gene and Suzanne for all you did to make this such a special holiday for us! The Gill Family

Wonderful week at Summer Wind

This was our second trip to Summer Wind. Our extended family of 13 had a wonderful week. The house again lived up to our expectations. Many amenities and space for all of us! Thanks to Gene and Suzanne who are wonderful hosts.
