A great experience!

Our family stayed here for my daughters graduation from college . This was a perfect spot as we were close to some great restaurants! Pool table and auto play piano were so much fun! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home

My very large family stayed here on the way to a cruise vacation. It was so beautiful inside and so spacious for our family. It had really nice sitting areas on the porch to relax. There was plenty of seating areas in the home and multiple levels to spread out. It was close to many restaurants and within walking distance of a lot of places. I would definitely visit again. Thank you!

Fabulous Way to Visit Tampa

My husband and 2 teenage kids thoroughly enjoyed this awesome house and the cute little Soho neighborhood. The house was in a perfect location for walking everywhere, there's even a fancy Publix grocery store on the corner. We also tried out Dirty Tace, Cask, Sushi Ninja and Ava Italian (for brunch)...and all of them were delicious. The house was very clean and everything was all ready for us upon approval. The pool table was fun to have, we all enjoyed that added bonus with the house. That was downstairs, along with 2 single beds (which we didn't need), the main level is wide open with a kitchen and a nice sitting area, complete with piano...my daughter loved that. The wrap around porch is off the seating area and was a nice place to sit and relax. The 3rd story has the bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom was very cozy, complete with blackout curtains and even soundproof curtains as well. That turned out to be a good thing, as Soho is a trendy area and the nightlife on the weekends can definitely be heard. There are 2 actual bedrooms (with doors) upstairs and the 3rd bed is a trundle in the loft, it sits between the 2 rooms. It was the perfect set-up for our family. Brady was a very good host, he was available for questions and really anything you need. There if you need him, but not in an intrusive kind of way :-) I would most definitely return to this house with another couple or our family again!!

Home Away From Home

My family and I needed to find an extended place to stay in Tampa last minute due to a family emergency. We rented the home for a month and it became our home away from home. Brady was incredibly easy to reach and accommodating and the home is the perfect location to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, and bars 😉. We would highly recommend.

Great host - perfect location

Brady is a top-of-the-line host, helpful throughout the check in and check out process, and available for communication throughout. This house is gorgeous. So many cool gadgets and amenities. Location is unbeatable if you're looking for something that's accessible to all Tampa has to offer, and walkable to lots of bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great location and owner

We never received the welcome pack for the property from VRBO and checked in late so we needed up having to have a lot of communication with the owner. He was very helpful and responded very quickly. There were multiple issues with the property that he was very quick to resolve and did so in a pleasant and good humoured manner. He even connected us with TV coverage for the Bucs game! Be mindful that this place is where he lives - and there is a lot of his stuff around the place including in the fridge, freezer and bathrooms. Once we got our heads around that, and with his excellent support, we had a great time. Fantastic location nearby restaurants and bars and great shopping. We miss Tampa already!

Casa Soho

This townhouse is wonderful! Walking distance to Hyde Park shops, bars and restaurants. Super clean, and heavenly mattress in the master. Brady could not have been a more accommodating host.

This property’s amenities were top notch. I couldn’t believe when the piano played by asking Alexa to play it. The house is great, the location is perfect, and the host was very easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to stay again soon.

Best VRBO Experience Ever

The place was immaculate. The living room sectional was the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on. I hope to buy one at home soon :) The balcony was also amazing, and the location is unbeatable. Best VRBO experience ever.

Amazing Property

This place was something else. The tempurpedic beds were amazing, the wraparound balcony was a blast, and the kitchen is awesome. Also, the player piano plays from an iPad. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in Tampa!

Great place and great location

Great place with everything you could ask for. Brady is great to work with, and gets everything setup perfectly for you. You have all of Howard at your disposal staying here, so walk, or just hang out on the patio. We will definitely be back.
