Nouveau Condo Symrna Beachfront - Castle Reef Complex

Two days before checkout, renter asked if they could extend their checkout by 2 hours. I explained that someone was coming in and that was not possible. I guess they are not used to being told "no" - they did not reply, were extremely rude to the cleaners ( a different cleaner by the way), left a bad review and had not vacated by checkout time. They made no mention to me of cleanliness when asking about checkout out late or no mention before. My opinion this is retribution for not allowing them to stay later. Have a professional cleaning service and have had issues to this point, but was not asked to come and check the unit when I could have seen the issues. No units in complex have porch lights - it's against code as it draws the sea turtles to shore and they are protected. All lights on complex are shielded. No one has asked for pillow protectors in 30 years, but I will make some available.
