Villa Sunbreeze
Deux maisons complètes en une! 4 chambres 4 salles de bains donnant sur la fabuleuse Cane Bay. Un 1/2 bain extérieur près du hamac et un bar pour votre usage.
La Sunbreeze Villa est une maison et une piscine alimentées à l’énergie solaire, très isolées et reliées au réseau, nichées du côté luxuriant du mont. Eagle le long de la magnifique baie de Cane, sur la belle île des Caraïbes Croix, U. S. Les iles vierges. Une maison moderne avec le charme de l'île et une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Vous pouvez voir St. Thomas, St. John et les îles Vierges britanniques, tout en étant à quelques minutes des plages primées, des bars et des restaurants raffinés.
La villa Sunbreeze peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes en vacances, tout en préservant l'intimité. 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain complètes. Espace de vie en plein air avec vue sur la piscine et la mer des Caraïbes. Il comprend un coin salon avec lit de jour ou hamac intégré pour les siestes de l'après-midi, des chaises de lecture en teck, un bar avec évier fait main, une douche extérieure, une table à manger en teck pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, un gril à gaz en acier inoxydable et 8 salons de détente dans la piscine. Les vues sont extrêmement belles !! Peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes max.
À l'est, SUNRISE Villa et à l'ouest, SUNSET Villa. Les villas disposent de grandes pièces centrales avec un plafond cathédrale, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une chambre principale avec salle de bain privée et de deux autres chambres à l'étage avec salle de bain privée. Tous les sols sont carrelés avec du travertin italien. La façade de chaque villa fait face à la mer avec un mur de portes vitrées de 8 pieds, entièrement en verre, s'ouvrant sur le soleil et la brise, d'où son nom! Les deux grandes chambres et toutes les chambres ont une vue magnifique sur la mer.
La villa Sunbreeze ne sera louée qu'à une seule réservation de 2 à 8 personnes à la fois. Pas de double réservation de plusieurs réservations à la fois aux mêmes dates pour assurer l'intimité et la détente

This stay was amazing. When you view the pictures to the home you think, “ doe it really look like that ?” And the answer is yes! The views are stunning and that’s even when it’s not clear out. Our family loved our stay. We would recommend it to anyone.

We actually did not stay at this property. We had issues with flights. The air space was shut down due to government involvement. The host was very accommodating with refundable funding. We will rebook at a later date for sure.

What a perfect place. The description is totally accurate. We stayed here to do some diving in cane bay. Perfect location. First off the place is in great shape, it’s clean and really quite large. You could easily have 4 couples here and not feel like you’re on top of each other. The outdoor “common area has a table and chairs for eating dinner, really nice grill, comfy patio lounge chairs by the pool, all with a huge view of the ocean/beach. This isn’t one of those views where some crafty photographer managed to manipulate the view. It’s hugely visible from every room and location. Another fantastic feature is how private the place is. You pass through two gates, all the way up the hill, it’s super quiet and safe. There is zero traffic going by the house. If/when we go back, this is where we’ll stay again.

Location and view were perfect and amazing! Villa was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Road up to the villa definitely needs an SUV. Overall we would stay here again and highly recommend!

The property is lovely and has an amazing view. The rooms are comfortable and the house is spacious. The kitchen has enough of the things you need to cook. If you need a property for 4 couples, this is a great spot. A few things to know, that do not take away from the property, but worth knowing when you book. The house is on a bluff up from the ocean and the hill to get there is very steep. A difficult walk for sure. We mostly drove up and down. Cape Bay, the beach area adjacent to the property had a few fun bars and restaurants, chairs on the beach and off-shore snorkeling. There are lots of other beaches but all mostly 25-30 mins away. We highly recommend this property and it was perfect for our holiday with our grown sons and their partners.

One of the nicest places to stay

Beautiful views of the North Shore. House was wonderful. Couldn’t have a better location. Definitely need a four Wheel drive vehicle. Restaurants were nearby despite its seemingly remote location.

Absolutely stunning - this place is pure relaxation with views that make it impossible to leave. For a family of 5, we had way more space than we needed, but it was worth it for the pool and endless ocean views.

Great Stay

Wonderful location. Well maintained property. Perfect for our group of adults. We just love everything about Sunbreeze Villa. However, the unpaved road up the hill to the villa is challenging.

We had such an amazing time. This was the first family vacation my partner and I took with our respective children. They ranged in ages from 7-17. There was room for everyone to have their own space while also having such a great middle outdoor area that we could hang out as a family. The pool was delightful. It was close to Cane Beach. My partner and his daughter made good use of the close dive shop. It was simply perfect. And, the hosts were super attentive as we stayed during Hurricane Erin. No problems whatsoever, but they were attentive and proactive.

The property was amazing. The views wonderful, beds comfortable. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved the quiet location on the island. The only negative thing was the large curve in the driveway that was in terrible shape, and difficult to get up, holes and gravel. We did learn where to go to make it up, but has a lot of reviews stated it was not fun. And we live on a mountain so steep was not new to us. But it aside from that it really is wonderful.

Another excellent stay!

This is our third stay in 3 and 1/2 years and we love Sunbreeze Villa and St. Croix so much. This place has become like a second home. I can’t say enough about how responsive the staff was during our stay. Michael was so helpful and responsive to our needs. We will be back!
