Cette magnifique villa est située à proximité du club de golf 18 trous Tierra del Sol et GoldCoast.
La cuisine européenne moderne est entièrement équipée avec machine à expresso, lave-vaisselle, etc.
La villa dispose d'un système d'alarme qui est connecté à une société de sécurité fournissant une sauvegarde de 24 heures. L'eau chaude est standard dans les deux salles de bains. Soleil toute la journée dans la cour.
Une piscine et le barbecue complètent cette villa. Cette villa est parfaite pour les familles. La plage la plus proche est à seulement 2 km.
Vie en plein air: les célèbres plages d'eau turquoise et de sable doux d'Aruba sont à proximité. Les autres activités populaires incluent la plongée en apnée, la planche à voile, le kite surf, la voile et la pêche en haute mer. Louez un 4x4 et passez la journée à explorer les plages intactes et la piscine naturelle du parc national d'Arikok. Le choix t'appartient!

Very nice property in a good and convenient neighborhood. The open concept living/kitchen area is ideal for a family or friends group. The pool and the outdoor seating area was the best feature of the property. Plenty of room to relax. Michael was a great host and quickly responded to our questions and requests. Would definitely visit again.

This was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. It had everything you could possibly need. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Martin and Sophie even left a nice little welcome gift, nice touch. Michael was very prompt with meeting up for check in and check out. Very welcoming and willing to help with anything needed. The only thing missing at this home was a beach umbrella but, he delivered one to us within minutes!We hope to return to this gorgeous home in the future

This was a fantastic place to stay, and I’ll gladly book again. The host was warm and accommodating, and the property was spotless, stocked with everything from cookware to beach chairs and coolers. You truly won’t regret staying here.This was my second trip to Aruba, and I explored much of the island — this location is perfectly situated near stunning beaches and a variety of great restaurants. Just a quick tip: make sure you understand how the door lock works; I nearly locked myself out!Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped stay in a prime spot. Highly recommend — enjoy your time in paradise!

Fantastic Holiday

Great house in a perfect, quiet neighborhood. Close to beach, supermarket, etc. Wonderful backyard with plenty of shade around the pool. Highly recommend.

The host was SO welcoming and attentive. All of our emails/questions and needs were met promptly. The property is going through some very nice upgrades, but the parts that weren’t done yet were still nice. The pool is in the sun all day so it made for lovely warm night swims! The location was super close to beaches and lots of other points of interest. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need including a new coffeemaker! The only thing I could make a suggestion on is: curtains vs sheers in the master bedroom as neighbours left their outdoor light on all night. (Or just bring a sleep mask lol) We are looking forward to returning to this property!

Hi There Derek, thanks for your warm words. Curtains vs sheers: Thanks for this remark. Until a couple of months ago there were two big trees behind the master bedroom. But the neighbor complained about these trees. By mutual agreement we decided to remove these trees. The trunks are still visible. But by doing this we introduced a new problem, we noticed now. The most beautiful and perfect Villa in Aruba

We loved every minute of our vacation because of this villa. It is gorgeous inside and outside, and had everything we needed. The pool was clean and in the sun the entire day. The backyard also has a lot of shaded area under the roof. My favorite part was the doors that opened up to the yard and made a wonderful cross breeze through the house. AC works great in the bedrooms. We especially used the portable beach chairs and towels so we were able to check out every beach on the island and had our chairs to sit on. We can't wait to be back

Live like a local in Aruba

Nice residence, well equipped. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond. We loved the pool, the open living, dining and kitchen area. New tv, cable and soundbar was a plus. Overall, comfortable. The thing to know is you are in a “locals” neighborhood and there are many dogs around and they can be heard day and night. It’s suburban living so if you are used to it it’s ok. The owners here are very nice and thoughtful. We feel they made an effort to insure we had a good stay.

House close to the beach

The house fit all of our needs. The pool was necessary to have with the hot weather and a way to get out of the sun. The beaches are nice but they get busy and there is little shade if you don’t go early enough. The house was clean and had more than what we expected. There was first aid kits, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer (the drawer is rare in Aruba), beach chairs, coolers etc. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The host was quick to reply and easily reached. We had a brief power outage one evening for a few hours, which was a community issue and not a house issue. I wouldn’t put this against the house. You will be happy with the location and the house!

First time

The property was awesome, pictures do not do the pool area justice, it is larger than it look from the pictures! Being from the Northeast of the US we use AC a lot, 250 kWh goes quick if you use the AC all the time, but the wind was so prevalent that simply opening the windows and doors kept the house very comfortable. Besides that, the house was awesome! Quiet neighborhood! Very safe and secure. Would definitely stay her again. Kitchen was stacked with supplies for cooking. The key item was the very nice espresso machine!

The property was easy to locate and was pretty nice overall. Micheal was vey quick to respond.

The unit was close to Palm Beach and offered essential amenities. The pool was not what I expected and ended up with a crab in it - have no clue how it got there. The house was not equipped with air conditioning for the common area which made sitting together as a family unbearable- opening windows just brought in a ton of flies. Spent most of the time in the rooms trying to keep cool except for when we were out and about. Ended up leaving early- will make sure to ask about air throughout on the next visit.

A good property but …..

We have visited Aruba four years in a row and always stayed in Noord. This year, we (four adults and two children) stayed for two weeks and would summarize this property as good value. Rooms are ok, with individual air conditioners, one of which is badly positioned blasting straight onto the people in bed and one leaks water in the room. The shower can be a problem if both showers are running at the same time. The water goes from boiling hot to cold.The door handles to the outside space need replacement as they are beginning to come apart.The outside space/pool area is really nice and well maintained. The pool is regularly serviced, the laundry facility is good. But once again, few improvements here would make it a wonderful space: a ceiling fan, better lighting, better table and chairs.All in all a nice property with great potential to meet the owner’s description of a Luxurious Aruban Villa Retreat.

We loved spending time in the backyard, eating outdoors, spending time in the pool, and reading in many shaded areas. The layout of the house was excellent and it was very clean. Michael, the property manager was very helpful and was readily available to answer any questions we had.

The Canadian owner chose this property after staying in one hotel in Aruba. He was in Aruba for a seminar about special dental techniques. He fell in love with the beaches, the people, the wind and the kite-surfing possibilities.
The villa is situated in Aruba's prime location, nearby a golf club. The most beautiful beaches and best restaurants all within 10 minutes drive by car.

Aruba lies out of the hurricane belt, has guaranteed more then 300 sunny days per year, a strong wind almost all year. The villa is situated within 5 minutes of beautiful beaches. Aruba is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. This guarantees stability and protection.
The open character of the house made the owner fell in love with this particular house. As a fervent kitesurfer he recognised the value of Aruba.
