Wow, Christian was an incredible host, he went beyond to make our 2 months stay wonderful! He took time out of his schedule to stop by and check on us. The spacious house was in a quiet neighborhood, fully equipped, the heated pool was so nice. Since our retirement, we wish our future was full of hosts like Christain.

House was just as the pictures. Pool was nice and clean.Plenty of room for our family to hang in between activities.10 min drive to the beach and close to Punta Gorda. Location was great for our needs. Close to stores, beach and other activities. Place was clean, neighborhood is quiet.

Wonderful Home and Stay

The house was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the nearby Port Charlotte Beach Park. The pool was wonderful and much appreciated after a day of traveling and venturing out. Christian was quick to respond with any concerns and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area!

Wonderful Weekend!!!

We were visiting for my brother's wedding, and decided to try the vacation home as opposed to a hotel. Could not be happier!! Christian was a lovely host! Available at a moments notice if needed, but wasn't even necessary. The house was beautiful, cleaned with precision, very well appointed and welcoming in every way. Thank you for the exceptional experience for me and my family!

Family Getaway

First and foremost, Christian and his staff were amazing! I always received a quick, friendly and helpful response anytime I had a question. The location was great, within walking distance to a local playground and a short drive to the beach, restaurants and golf. The house was well stocked, including the kitchen. The pool was west facing and kept at a perfect temperature. Although we did have some issues with water quality, Christian was quick to respond and we were able to use the pool most of the time.The beds were comfortable and the onsite laundry was very convenient. Some of the furnishings could use some updating but that certainly did not affect our stay. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay again! Thanks Christian

Great House, Well Stocked!

Really nice property with a ton of space, great pool, and clean! Kitchen was very well stocked with extra plates, bowls, glasses, and more. We enjoyed our stay here with our kids and would definitely stay at this property again.

Great stay in Port Charlotte

Lovely, well appointed house with a nice private pool. Excellent location with many dining options and shopping nearby. Christian was wonderful, easy to communicate with and attentive to our needs. We are looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic stay!

We had the best time and will definitely be looking forward to our future stays! Christian was absolutely amazing at his communication and answering any questions! I’d definitely say he is one of the best property managers/owners we’ve ever met. He added wonderful suggestions to local restaurants and beaches! The house was perfect and smelled so fresh and clean on arrival! There were extra towels and linens, hand soap and dish soap! Everything you need for a perfect vacation! Definitely a home away from home!

Big house with pool

The size of the house was awesome. The decor was horrible (something right out of the 80's) missing blinds and the owner tried to charge us for the missing blinds without even talking to us. The pool was great but needed to be vacuumed. We truly enjoyed our stay just wish things were nicer and more convenient.

Amazing Stay!

The property was perfect for us. Good location to all areas around Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Clean, comfortable, and a great lanai to relax on after the days excursions. Property hosts were the truly wonderful! The best time we've had in all of our travels!!

Perfect!

We were all pleased with our stay! The house is large enough, comfortable, clean and has everything you’ll need! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly’ the price was great also! We had only one sad moment 

 and that was checking out! We felt so at home that we really wished we could have stayed longer. The property manager is on point! We will definitely stay again in the future.

Very comfortable house.

I enjoyed my two months stay. The house is very comfortable and in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The property manager was a pleasure to deal with, very quick to respond to any questions.

AWESOME!!

This was my first VRBO rental and I was a bit apprehensive but that quickly went away. Great communication with arrival times and departure. House clean and provided everything from pots and pans to salt and pepper. Home is close to all shopping and restaurants. My kids LOVED the pool since I had to pry them out of it. I will defineintly use this place again. Thanks so much for a GREAT!! EXPERIENCE .

Awesome house

Very clean. Quit neighbor hood. Plenty of room for everyone. Centrally located to Everglades, beaches, and Disney. Will be using this house again. Great communication, had no issues at all.

Great for a last minute getaway

Christian was extremely responsive and greeted us upon arrival which gave a nice personal added touch. The home had everything we needed for a quick last minute trip. When there weren't toys for the pool, Christian was quick to bring some by. There was an issue with the pool staying warm which was out of anyone's control to immediately repair. The kids still swam during the day comfortably. Check-in and out was very easy and the house is close to many stores, restaurants, etc. The house was clean and in a nice quiet location!
