Ce confortable studio de 2 chambres est nichĂ© dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme situĂ© au-dessus du garage, au bout de l’allĂ©e d’une grande maison de vacances haut de gamme. Vous devrez monter des escaliers pour accĂ©der aux zones de vie.

Comparé au reste, ceci est l'une des meilleures offres de Sandusky en termes d'emplacement.
De la maison, un trajet de 5 Ă  6 minutes vous mĂšnera aux attractions suivantes:
Divertissement et boutiques historiques du centre-ville de Sandusky; dĂźners raffinĂ©s et dĂ©contractĂ©s; le bateau-croisiĂšre Good Time et le traversier Jet Express pour une traversĂ©e des Ăźles du lac ÉriĂ©; le centre commercial Sandusky; Sport Force Parks Ă  Cedar Point; Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge et Castaway Bay; navigation de plaisance, pĂȘche, caves et musĂ©es.

Cedar Point Labor Day

Location was very close and convenient to Cedar Point. Based on the listing I thought it was a small house; it is actually an apartment above a garage attached to a fairly large house that is another rental. No matter-- it is clean, cozy, and convenient. Great for a weekend stay.

Best deal for the money!

If you are looking for a bang for ur buck then this is the place. Small but close to everything important, if you plan on being on the go and want to have a nice little place to come back to and re charge. Plenty for kids to do in the game room and very well priced. Owner is very easy to communicate with and will help with any matter.

Absolutely perfect for our small family

We came into town for a baseball tournament. Originally it was just supposed to be my son and myself, but things changed and my wife and other son were able to come with us. The apartment was clean and well stocked. It had everything the four of us needed. It was extremely close to the ball field, Cedar Point, and the beach. At one point my wife and I went for a walk in the neighborhood. Everyone was friendly. Even got invited to join a party. lol. If you’re looking for something small to lay your head and recharge, this is the place for you. Everyone in my family absolutely loved it. And Kevin was a great host. Highly recommended.

Super close to Cedar Point

This unit is amazingly close to Cedar Point! It took us about 5-7 minutes most days. It was perfect for what we needed - 2 bedrooms each fit a mom and a teen, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it had laundry room and great air conditioning. We had a little issue with the driveway, but the owner was quick to fix it. It's pretty tight and since this unit is connected to the main house (separate entrances), you share the driveway. The one thing I would say is that I would never be able to fit 8 people in this small unit. While it was perfect for the 4 of us, since there is no living room to hang out in, it can get tight. I can't see how 8 people would fit in the rooms at all. We were mainly only there to sleep, so it worked great for us. The owner was VERY communicative and helpful. 5 stars for him! The neighborhood was older, but didn't feel unsafe at all. I would stay here again.

Convenient location but terrible beds.

The host was great and was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The beds are awful they are super uncomfortable, lumpy, and squeaked every time you move. There is no communal space just a tiny kitchen bathroom and places to sleep. There is a binder full of rules and lists of things they will charge you more money for. I understand if you trash the place but there was a fee to move furniture back of you moved it. Meanwhile there is a miniature Foosball table in the one bedroom we had to move it so we didn't kill ourselves in the middle of the night. Things like that and charges if you didn't strip the beds and make sure the trash was out and the dishes were all done. Overall I wouldn't reccomend this place, the main house is probably much better but this was expensive for what it was.

The apartment was nice. It was close to cedar point! I wish there was a living room area. The patio area was small and the house is a bit outdated. The gentleman who rented it was very kind. We would stay again.

DON’T TRY IT

This was a terrible experience. We are not hard to please, but this was awful. The listing is very deceiving. The neighborhood is scary, the apartment is accessed by a narrow alleyway that floods when the shower runs and when it rains, forcing you to wade through a couple of inches of water to and from your door. The “patio” area is about 6’ square right in front of the door. Upon arrival, there was no air conditioning to be found. We texted the property owner at the number provided, but there was no communication all week, despite multiple attempts. There was no one to meet us at check-in. We did find window units in the closets, and once it became clear we were not going to be communicated with, we installed them ourselves. The washer did not work, leaving us with a load of bath towels that would not spin. As a result, we had to purchase more bath towels. Additionally, we had to purchase more paper towels, more toilet paper, and more trash bags because there was not enough for our party for our stay. There is no hair dryer, even though it says so in the description. Therefore, we also had to go out and buy a hair dryer. Also, watch out for fees. There are fees for everything, and they are high. Also, no smoking or vaping ANYWHERE on the premises, even outside. We ended up checking out early. Very disappointing experience.

The property was in good shape. It got pretty warm over the weekend and there was no AC. However there were fans available. There were no coffee cups in the cupboard so we picked up a couple from the dollar store. Being on a motorcycle we didn’t want to risk them getting broken so we left them for the next guests to use. Overall we would recommend this property.

Great Location

Close to cedar point. Worked for what we needed and that was to sleep and go to cedar point. Kitchen/dinning room was small so if you expect to sit down and have dinner together this will not work. The beds were horrible, they made so much noise every time you moved. They were also not comfortable. Two beds and two futon-type couches. This would not sleep 8 comfortably, 6 maybe but it is a very small space. There is no living room so all 6 people should plan on spending all the time in the bedrooms. The laundry room was also covered in spiderwebs so be prepared to deal with that if you plan on doing laundry.

Overall good stay. Simple , no frills stay. Had trouble getting in as I never received a “welcome email” with the door code, but we eventually got in touch with the owner and it all worked out. Clean and neat. Perfect for a place to lay your head after a long haul at Cedar Point. The location was perfect for the park!! Great stay, would stay again.

We found this property very disappointing. First, it claims to be an upscale vacation home thats sleep 8. No way is it suitable for 8. It was NOT comfortable for our family of 6. Secondly, we were charged an extra fee for our family of 6. Their ad and pictures are misleading. There was no dishwasher, only 2 kitchen chairs with broken kitchen fold "table", no coffee cups for coffee, no toiletries and the mattresses were the worst we have ever slept on, very loud, old, and uncomfortable. One window was boarded up with plywood and there were dirty scrub pads in the kitchen drawer. We are also required to strip all beds and put all linen downstairs in the laundry room, as well as doing dishes, taking out garbage AND vacuuming. All while be charged a cleaning fee. However, the location was great, only 5 minutes from Cedar Point amusement park.

It's okay

It depends what matters most to you, but for us here we're the major pros and cons. Pros: - Really close to Cedar Point - Owner was nice - Clean Cons: - The beds are terrible. I'm pretty sure one is just 2 box springs - Listing innacurate (no ping pong table, foosball table is a coffee table) - Does not sleep 8 comfortably. Space is very limited with 2 queens and 2 futons Overall, in my opinion it's not worth what we paid compared to other rentals/hotels in the area.

Basically this place is nice, great neighborhood and amazing proximity to local attractions. The 2 beds were like sofa bed mattresses where you can feel every spring. The actual pull out couch and the futon were equally uncomfortable and there is no living space.

Close to Cedar Point!

Owner has two options on his property for lodging. We stayed in the apartment above the garage which was perfect size for me, my two kiddos, and mom. The house is much larger and offers more amenities... just depends on how much you will be around to use anything. We were visiting cedar point, so we were gone all day and not back to the apartment until 8 or 9pm. Kevin is very nice, felt comfortable renting from him and would do so again.

My name is Kevin and my lovely wife, best friend and business partner is Anita. We purchased the house initially as an investment property to rehab and sell it. Shortly after purchasing it I suffered a near fatal stroke at work which had me in the critical care unit at the hospital for over 6 weeks and over a year of aggressive rehab therapy afterwards. With the support of family and friends and great care givers I regained my ability to move, walk and talk again as if the stroke never happened!
This whole experience has definitely given me a greater appreciation for the hard work that doctors, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists do everyday in treating stroke patients and helping them to live a better life. I would like to say "Thank You" by offering a 10% discount on your headcount fee to anyone who books a stay with us that is a doctor, a nurse, a physical, occupational or speech therapist, hospice worker or personal trainer. I long for the day when we won't ever need them anymore.
After a failed attempt at selling the house to help pay off a mountain of medical bills we decided to change direction and use it as a vacation rental and it all just fell into place. The neighbors have been great (The Austin's!) and I have met some wonderful people in Sandusky and we are happy to share our home with you.

‱ Linen, including those that appear unused
‱ Refuse, recycling bins, and any waste disposal containers
