Tropical Paradise Cozy au Moyen-Clés

Confortable 2/1 maison est dans un village de pĂȘcheurs rĂ©sidentiel. Full house est en fait 3/2, suite parentale partagĂ©e. Étant louĂ© 2/1, pourrait toutefois que louer 3/2 supĂ©rieur pour 35 $ par nuit supplĂ©mentaire. Parcs de roulottes dans le quartier, comme la plupart des clĂ©s de la Floride, mais cette maison est pas une remorque. La femme de mĂ©nage habite Ă  cĂŽtĂ© dans son camping-car pour garder la maison propre et nettoyĂ© toujours draps et serviettes et d'ĂȘtre au service de nos clients, la clĂ© est dans une boĂźte de verrouillage avec un code.
Cozy maison unifamiliale avec tous les conforts de la maison. Deux chambres, une salle de bains. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen confortable et la deuxiÚme chambre a un grand lit superposé pour deux adultes et la deuxiÚme chambre peut accueillir 3 adultes confortablement.

Nicely decorated quaint home

The home was pretty much just as we expected it to be. Clean, safe, and centrally located to everything you need as a vacationer in the keys. Would definitely recommend, especially to those who are on a budget but still want a homey feel versus staying in a hotel or resort. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and stay.

Great little visit

We stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. We chose to stay in Marathon as opposed to Key West to avoid the huge tourist crowds and I'm thankful we did. The house is decorated very well and the atmosphere is great. We were very close to Burdines and several other places so it was easy to get around. Elias is very easy to work with and his housekeeper is very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time!!

The home was better than the pics and very clean! We never saw the housekeeper or the owner but knowing they were close or by phone was nice. We talked to the owner who is very kind and helped us in any way possible. All of the places he told us about that we used were spot on. The best place to eat is The Colony Key Inn and Porky's. Thank you Elias!

Marathon Vacation

We spent a really good time, the house has almost everything you'll need for a vacation at the keys. It is a full kitchen, huge back yard where you can have a barbecue time with your family. if you have a boat, the house has plenty space for parking and there is also a free ramp on 33rd Ave. The house is very clean and close to a lot of markets and really good restaurants, I recommend King Seafood. If you are traveling with your pet, this house is a really good option. Next time in Marathon, I'll rent again this house.

Fair enough

I am A Miami boy, well versed in conch life. The middle is where I try to land and this property gave me that. There's small things you just go along with and your stay will be worth it. We didn't go south to watch TV. It was safe, convenient and clean.

Location, Location, Location

The location is very good. The end of the street is Burdines waterfront marina and they have excellent food and open air seating. The other end is La Nina's which has excellent cuban coffee and meals. Porky's is also on the main street as is the 7 mile restaurant. Porky's has really good fish tacos among other things and live music. The neighborhood is not pretty but it is safe and the people friendly. The home is roomy and open. The only issue was a lack of silverware and serving bowls. The air conditioner in the 3rd bedroom is poor, but has a good ceiling fan. There was plenty of pillows, linens etc. The home was clean and ready for us. We got there late at night and the lights were on in the home which was welcoming after a long day of travel. It would have been nice to have access to beach chairs. I would recommend this home. The owner was easy to work with and accessible.

Affordable Marathon

House was cozy, with a nice backyard. Neighborhood is between industrial/fishing commercial and trailer park. Lots of feral chickens make you feel on the farm in the AM. Very clean and great communication with the owner. Nice place if you are in the area to spend the day exploring or fishing.

Good Central Keys location, Not a good Street.

The house location in the middle keys at 15th St Ocean in Marathon Fl is very good. Near Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park and Seven Mile Bridge. Also close to restaurants and Grocery store. The house was nice, roomy , comfortable and clean , large fenced in back yard. And dog friendly. However, the Street was less to be desired. Across the street is a trailer park, and one particular one on the corner had several Bums that hung out, bringing beer and also urinating outside. They also sat in the empty lot next door, leaving trash and empty beer and liquor bottles. This put a damper on the enjoyment of our stay. We will not return. The owner, Elias L. removed the listing once we paid but still was able to message him. The listing is still removed.

Good location for accessing the upper and lower Keys

Perfect location in the middle of the Overseas Highway. Everything we wanted to do was within an hours drive.

When we got there nothing was clean had to wash all bedding and towels and get rid of rood in refrigerator and freezer and had to get rid of all trash no toilet paper either other than that it was nice

Authentic Keys Stay

Very clean with plenty of room for large family or group. Housekeeper right next door. The owner is prompt to reply to any needs. Walking distance to 7 mile bridge, restaurants (Castaways and Burdines at end of street), turtle hospital. Big fenced in backyard. Washer and dryer. Will definitely book next year.

Beautiful Keys

The Florida Keys are beautiful. Property was walking distance to two nice restaurants. Property could have been cleaner, but it is a pet friendly property. The neighborhood is a bit interesting. The property seems best suited for folks who want to go fishing.

Great location good rates close to the best beach in Keys / Sombreo Beach 3 miles away. Close to Publix grocery and K Mart: Walgreens / many great Keys Food selection.

I am a avid fishing and diving enthusiast. Born and raised In Miami Fl, my parents came from Cuba many years before Castro to Miami. I live in Pembroke Pines, Broward County and graduated from FIU. I own Real Estate Business in Miami. I am a hard working guy that also believes in taken it easy every once in a while. What better place than the Florida Keyes!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My Dad use to take me to Marathon to go fishing. As a kid I always wanted to own something in the Keys. I was able to achieve this dream. The house is a modest home where you will find lots of love and caring.
I'm in love with my home and aspiring to buy another one soon. I really enjoy having our guests experience keyes life like I do. I strive for you to have an unforgettable experience in Marathon in the middle keyes.
I am an avid fisherman, sports diver and sun lover.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The house is down the street from where I used to take my boat for gas and bait, Burdines Waterfront Marina and Tiki Bar. Walking down the street I saw a RE sign and made an offer. The house is located in a quaint little fishing village. Coming from Cuban immigrant family I can't stop eating Cuban Food at the Nina, down the street. Great Café con Leche! (Coffee with Milk)
