L'Ashe Den est un nouveau condo de luxe au cœur du centre-ville d'Asheville. Ce condo de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain au troisième étage peut accueillir confortablement votre groupe de 8 personnes:
    1 Master en-suite avec 1 lit King; salle de bain a 2 lavabos et une douche
    1 Master en-suite avec 2 lits Queen; salle de bain a 2 lavabos et une douche
    1 chambre avec 1 lit king, directement en face d'une salle de bain complète supplémentaire

La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger sont tous bien aménagés pour une maison confortable et magnifique loin de chez vous. Le bar peut accueillir 4 personnes et la table peut accueillir 4 personnes, mais la table peut se retirer et accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes si vous souhaitez vous rassembler. Vous pouvez également porter un toast aux vacances sur le balcon spacieux avec vue sur la montagne!

Great amenities and location

The amenities and location were great. The view and outside balcony were great, and the staff was extremely helpful. Security at the building was great, and the locked parking deck was also a nice plus. Highly recommend.

Great family wk. end in Asheville!

Our family of 6 found the condo spacious, clean and stylish as shown in the photos. We had plenty of space for each couple and the condo was very clean and well appointed. The location was excellent for walking to our favorite restaurants and shopping.

Great weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed the property! We had 7 ladies staying for a moms weekend. The unit was super clean and tastefully decorated. Location was perfect and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Bus station was across the street but we were not bothered by the noise at all. Thanks for a great stay!

Girls trip to Asheville

Group of seven women on a girl’s trip. The condo was in a great location for walking to bars and restaurants. A short drive to Biltmore. Plenty of room for all of us.

Great for our girls trip

The location was perfect for exploring downtown. We were able to walk every where. It’s across the street from the music venue Rabbit Rabbit which worked out great for us when we decided to attend the show. Very safe and secure building. Really perfect for our group of 5 girls

Easy walk to downtown

This is a really nice 3 BR condo. The unit is well maintained and super convenient to downtown. It does look out onto the bus station but i didnt really notice bus noise. You are right in the core so you will hear people stumbling home from the bars on the weekend. Overall it was a great location and space.

The property was very nice. A little noisy. It would have been nice to have a couple more kitchen towels and salt and pepper shakers etc. Otherwise, very nice, we had a great time.

Weekend Get Away

This place was perfect for our group of ladies. We wanted to experience Asheville and this was a prime location. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the downtown. Local neighborhood was really cute as well… the bus station is across the street, but just around the corner are some local breweries and unique bars. Uber was easy to use from this location and we absolutely loved our clean and spacious condo. It was very safe and lots of security measures for each entry point. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

My group of 6 women had a 5-night stay in unit 307 in June. The unit was very spacious, extremely clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect —- an easy walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shopping in downtown Asheville. Room darkening shades in the bedrooms would help block out the morning sun and soundproofing the windows in the bedrooms would help reduce the noise from traffic on Asheland Avenue. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property!

Girls weekend

Girls weekend of 7 moms, friends since childhood. This place was PERFECT. So clean and updated. Plenty of room for the 7 of us with everything we’d need at the condo (and labeled!) Walking distance from everywhere we went, and felt safe and secure with the garage space, elevator and door all with key codes to enter. Would recommend for anyone coming to Asheville with a group up to 8!

New Apartment

The Apartment was exactly like the picture. It was easy to get a hold of management for anything we needed. Unfortunately, it’s across the street from the bus depot, but the secure garage was very helpful in getting in and out of the apartment. Loved the apartment itself, I would stay there again.

Terrific location

Loved this condo! It is spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect layout for our group to gather in the living area and spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked and very clean. We were able to walk to downtown and enjoy the fabulous restaurants and shops. Fun! The concert venue was within earshot but the music ended around 9 pm so it did not bother us. When we arrived we had a question for the management company, and they responded immediately. We had a wonderful weekend in Asheville.

Great Experience!

From the time I booked this condo until the time I checked-out, I was extremely happy with everything. Communication leading up to our arrival was A++. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a well-cleaned and beautiful condo located perfectly in downtown Asheville. One of the many reasons we picked this place was due the 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom layout along with it being walking distance to pretty much anything downtown Asheville. Plenty of parking located in the immediate area was helpful for the extra cars in our party. We will definitely rent again!

Asheville 2019

The ease and professionalism of this rental was fantastic; every detail has been addressed and handled! The residence was meticulous, modern, and well-maintained, complete with almost every desire provided. The only downside was the noise level evident from 2 of the three bedrooms of buses loading and people talking as late as 2 a.m. and early as 6 a.m. ! Bring ear plugs for your stay and it will be perfect!

Amazing Condo

Seven college friends gathered in Asheville for a long weekend. The condo was spacious and well appointed, especially, the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds, pillows and furnishings were very comfortable. The location is great for walking to shopping, restaurants and breweries. The only real downside is that it is across the street from a major bus hub and those buses start running pretty early in the morning! The street noise meant for some early mornings. But I suppose that's a trade off for such an easy-walking location.

Beautiful new apartment. Great location.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful new apartment. It is within easy walking distance to everything downtown and close to breweries on south slope. There were 7 of us (3 couples and one child), and we had plenty of space to hang out. It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The only drawback was that there was only one parking spot for a 3 bedroom. We had 3 families meeting from different cities, so two cars had to pay to park in another garage. Not ideal, but since we walked almost everywhere, it was not a huge issue.

Awesome Asheville

Everything about this unit was stellar. It’s location made walking to anything downtown easy. The unit was also an easy short drive to both The Biltmore and Grove Park Inn. We really enjoyed that all three bedrooms had bathrooms, two of them en-suite. We felt safe and secure with the many entry codes we had to use. The only real problem was there was no ice in the freezer and the ice maker did not work. Also, the ceiling fan in the double queen bed room didn’t work. Fortunately, there was a pedestal fan in that room’s closet. Otherwise, I wholeheartedly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

The condo is exactly (if not better) than described. Arrival/check in was easy except for a car in our parking space which a manager quickly came out and removed. Other reviews mentioned the bus station and homeless across and at the entry but neither bothered us. Walking downtown was easy and good thing b/c parking there is a problem. We were less than a 5 minute walk to Tupelo Honey. The whole condo was immaculate with plenty of towels and amenities for our stay. TVs and WiFi were great except for the middle bedroom where streaming seemed to buffer a lot in the evenings. Having a wide age range, it was good to have several TVs in the evenings. Our only complaint if you can call it that was that 2 kids banged their knees on the sharp corner of the beds b/c the bedding covered them. We tucked bedding in at foot of bed after second mishap and it took care of issue so we suggest the staff do that before guests arrive to save the next guests from having to go buy bandaids. Otherwise a 5 star stay!
