L'Ashe Den est un nouveau condo de luxe au cƓur du centre-ville d'Asheville. Ce condo de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain au troisiĂšme Ă©tage peut accueillir confortablement votre groupe de 8 personnes:
    1 Master en-suite avec 1 lit King; salle de bain a 2 lavabos et une douche
    1 Master en-suite avec 2 lits Queen; salle de bain a 2 lavabos et une douche
    1 chambre avec 1 lit king, directement en face d'une salle de bain complÚte supplémentaire

La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger sont tous bien aménagés pour une maison confortable et magnifique loin de chez vous. Le bar peut accueillir 4 personnes et la table peut accueillir 4 personnes, mais la table peut se retirer et accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes si vous souhaitez vous rassembler. Vous pouvez également porter un toast aux vacances sur le balcon spacieux avec vue sur la montagne!

We loved this condo. Very comfortable and well stocked. Perfect location to walk everywhere in Ashville. Spotless throughout. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Parking in the building is a bonus. Highly recommend.

Me and my family had a comfortable and very convenient stay for a wedding. It is pricey but a very nice and highly secured building. It is so unfortunate to see so much homelessness in Asheville.

Great downtown walkable location

Exceptionally comfortable and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything needed. Very secure. Close to everything. Have already recommended it to someone else who’s planning a trip to Asheville.

The property was very nice. A little noisy. It would have been nice to have a couple more kitchen towels and salt and pepper shakers etc. Otherwise, very nice, we had a great time.

Easy walk to downtown

This is a really nice 3 BR condo. The unit is well maintained and super convenient to downtown. It does look out onto the bus station but i didnt really notice bus noise. You are right in the core so you will hear people stumbling home from the bars on the weekend. Overall it was a great location and space.

Great for our girls trip

The location was perfect for exploring downtown. We were able to walk every where. It’s across the street from the music venue Rabbit Rabbit which worked out great for us when we decided to attend the show. Very safe and secure building. Really perfect for our group of 5 girls

Amazing Condo

Seven college friends gathered in Asheville for a long weekend. The condo was spacious and well appointed, especially, the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds, pillows and furnishings were very comfortable. The location is great for walking to shopping, restaurants and breweries. The only real downside is that it is across the street from a major bus hub and those buses start running pretty early in the morning! The street noise meant for some early mornings. But I suppose that's a trade off for such an easy-walking location.

Terrific location

Loved this condo! It is spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect layout for our group to gather in the living area and spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked and very clean. We were able to walk to downtown and enjoy the fabulous restaurants and shops. Fun! The concert venue was within earshot but the music ended around 9 pm so it did not bother us. When we arrived we had a question for the management company, and they responded immediately. We had a wonderful weekend in Asheville.

Awesome Asheville

Everything about this unit was stellar. It’s location made walking to anything downtown easy. The unit was also an easy short drive to both The Biltmore and Grove Park Inn. We really enjoyed that all three bedrooms had bathrooms, two of them en-suite. We felt safe and secure with the many entry codes we had to use. The only real problem was there was no ice in the freezer and the ice maker did not work. Also, the ceiling fan in the double queen bed room didn’t work. Fortunately, there was a pedestal fan in that room’s closet. Otherwise, I wholeheartedly recommend.

Girls weekend

Girls weekend of 7 moms, friends since childhood. This place was PERFECT. So clean and updated. Plenty of room for the 7 of us with everything we’d need at the condo (and labeled!) Walking distance from everywhere we went, and felt safe and secure with the garage space, elevator and door all with key codes to enter. Would recommend for anyone coming to Asheville with a group up to 8!

Great family wk. end in Asheville!

Our family of 6 found the condo spacious, clean and stylish as shown in the photos. We had plenty of space for each couple and the condo was very clean and well appointed. The location was excellent for walking to our favorite restaurants and shopping.

Weekend Get Away

This place was perfect for our group of ladies. We wanted to experience Asheville and this was a prime location. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the downtown. Local neighborhood was really cute as well
 the bus station is across the street, but just around the corner are some local breweries and unique bars. Uber was easy to use from this location and we absolutely loved our clean and spacious condo. It was very safe and lots of security measures for each entry point. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place for a guys weekend

Six of us got away from the wives and kids for a guys’ weekend in Asheville. The VRBO was in an excellent location to the brewery district and a very close walk to downtown Asheville. The residence was clean and in good condition, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the description on VRBO reflected the actual site. Having three full bathrooms was very nice. The overall complex was nice, and the parking was very secure. Although other reviewers made mention of the bus stop, I did not notice any additional noise late at night. Overall a great place.

Perfect place for some girlfriend time in Asheville.

The condo was in a great location for shopping and eating in the heart of Asheville, perfect for a girlfriends get-away. Although there were some review comments about some homeless folks lingering around, we did not experience that, and the condo is very safe and secure. The condo was very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with the necessities as described. One parking spot was provided, and I inquired about the availability of another spot but was told that was not feasible. During our stay, the building was not fully occupied and other parking spaces were available. We would have gladly paid for the extra space instead of the inconvenience of parking the second car in another location. My friends and I easily agreed that we would love to stay again for a future girlfriend gathering , and it would be a great condo to accommodate 3 couples as well.

Yoga Festival Getaway

I spent 5 days here with 4 friends. The property is clean, secure, beautifully decorated, and convenient to everything Asheville has to offer. Much better than a hotel room - we enjoyed having a full kitchen and living room to gather in.

Lovely Condo/Central Location

We had two couples and 4 kids under the age of 12 stay here and it was perfect for us all. The common area was roomy enough for us and the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and lovely. We had no issues getting into the property through the garage or from the lobby. It’s walking distance to most breweries and downtown. As mentioned in other reviews, it is across the street from the bus station so there are some unsightly members of society milling around but isn’t that all of Asheville (let’s be honest) we weren’t bothered at all and there was no noise. All in all we had a brilliant time and would 100% stay here again! Also the host was super responsive and really great to work with :)
