The pool & spa were a hit with our kids & the half tennis court was great too. So close to the beach & we even had a visit from a few kangaroos. We would definitely come & stay again!

Coffee table needs sanding back, marks all over the top. Lounge was comfy, main bed was hard as anything. Only 1 lot of dishwashing powder for 4 nights. Pool and tennis courts were great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a pleasant weekend at Carrickalinga. The apartment was a bit dated, but well equipped. With the beach only a stroll away there was plenty to do. The surprise was the half tennis court which our grandsons really enjoyed and we could watch them easily from the apartment. The pool and spa looked enticing, and if the weather had been a tad warmer we would have asked for access. A good value holiday break.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is late Autumn, the weather is cool but we still had a nice stay here by the beach. The place was comfortable and good. The kids loved the smart TV and good internet. I did not like the grotty Frying pan. And the only other complaint is the electric hot water service that runs out of hot water with 4 people then u got no more hot water for 24 hours.

Lovely comfy unit, coffee table stained and cupboards outdated and marked but clean and modern bathroom. Lovely unit though with the fastest wifi we have found yet. Definitely would stay again. Friendly staff at realty and welcome gift was lovely. Lounge too soft/saggy and made our back ache unfortunately also kitchen wooden chairs very uncomfortble for sitting long periods

KANGAROOS!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful time at the Carrickalinga Cove Apartments. Our only complaint, if you could call it that, was that all wardrobes were locked and one had nowhere to put clothes. We used the spare bedroom as our dressing room rather than leave clothes on the floor. Also would be good to have a mop so that we could leave unit as we found it. The other matters that need a bit of attention were the swimming pool needed a clean, while OK to swim in the floor of the pool was quite dirty. Also the kangaroos! Know not much can be done about their visits but the lawn outside the unit was like a mine field of kangaroo droppings, one had to really watch where you walked. Other than that very enjoyable, would certainly recommend.

However less pleasing was the charge for cleaning ($70). Where can I apply for that job as there would have been less than an hours work involved. Normally cleaning is part of the agreed tariff in all of my other experiences. Further disquiet was the fact that the accommodation did not even have tea and coffee or sugar and UHF milk. This once again is not what I am used to. Not even salt and pepper
