Logement de 3 chambres à Davis

Golden Bear Inn est un duplex de trois chambres avec un loft. Hors de la chambre principale et la salle familiale est une terrasse avec un bain à remous pour six personnes. Dans la zone familiale est un foyer au bois et télévision par câble. Hors de la salle à manger est une autre terrasse plus grande avec du gaz et du charbon de bois et des meubles confortables.



La maison est fourni avec des draps et des ustensiles de cuisine. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin, c'est de la nourriture et de vous-même. Nous apprécions le plus pour la possibilité de faire de la randonnée avec nos chiens. Les sentiers commencent immédiatement derrière la maison. Un centre équestre est à environ 300 mètres de la maison. Dans la direction opposée, à la même distance de la maison se trouve la piste de ski Winterset. À moins de 200 mètres se trouve un court de tennis et un étang.



Niché dans la vallée de Canaan, en Virginie occidentale, dans le complexe Timberline, il s’agit d’une excellente escapade à tout moment de l’année. Ski, tubing, patinage sur glace, golf, pêche en rivière, randonnée, kayak, vélo, tennis - Canaan a tout pour plaire!

I would definitely stay at this property again, really lovely outdoor space. Office was very clean and easy to find. Staff was very knowledgeable and efficient and who doesn't love seeing friendly office dogs.

we have been coming to Canaan Valley over 30 years for family reunions and owned different properties there at different times. WoodsEnd is great because each family unit can have their own space to retreat back to, and we are all together during the day for events, hikes, fishing and big dinners! Love bringing our dogs as well. BECKY AND TEAM ARE THE BEST!!! Always so nice and professional, very easy to work with!!!

Good things to note: hot tub new-ish / clean; couches comfortable and in good shape, wood supplied for fireplace; nice coffee maker, love the large soup bowls with lids; very much appreciate Dish TV ALways easy to work with - prompt reply to my email with a maintenance issue

Cozy comfortable cabin

Perfect cabin for a family ski trip to Timberline Mountain. Convenient to slopes, well furnished kitchen. Lots of space in living area and kitchen for relaxing and socializing. Very clean. Only caveat is that only one of four house keys actually opened main door. Probably needs new lock or new keys. Also saw this mentioned in a previous review. But would stay again anytime and will consider going back for a summer trip to enjoy this beautiful valley and house

The location of the property was very convenient and the space was very comfortable for 4 people.

The location of the property was very convenient and the space was very comfortable for 4 people. We used the fire place and hot tub. It was a nice getaway for the holidays and we felt very safe in the midst of COVID-19. Had the issues noted above not been a problem we would recommend and come back to this same property, but there were too many that frustrated us. We would choose another unit in the community. Matt was responsive in answering our questions. When we reported the leaking, someone came out to the same day, which was Christmas eve.

First time visiting WVA and the bar is high with this place! Relaxing, serene, perfect for our group of 4, perfect place to come home to after long day of hiking and climbing. Clean and well-stocked which are both a big part of feeling home away from home! We will definitely be back, so keep the hot tub ready! Only issues were gross centipedes on floor (seem to enter from front), keys were hard to work in deadbolt (1 set better than the other but still janky...not sure 1 set even was for front door as didn't work), and trash on front outdoor stairs (small flat clear plastic bag w food remnants strewn across steps and Dairy Queen cup--full and forgotten on steps...this all can be easily seen so can't it be cleaned in advance? Easy to forget about though with the perfect cabin and setting. Great team.

We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The house has a nice layout inside and out, and a good amount of space for 5-6 people. Lots of nearby activities make Woods End a good location. It was nice to have a pet-friendly option in this location with the nice walking paths around the house. The only problem was the dishwasher. We wish we would have noticed it wasn't working properly sooner so we could have called the office before Labor Day. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with.
