East Okoboji Luxurious Lakefront Vacation Home - 4 Bedroom -Sleeps 16+

Situé dans le quartier calme de Francis Sites sur East Okoboji. PARFAIT pour les familles avec des enfants de tous âges. Assez d'espace pour les réunions de famille ou simplement une escapade en famille pour le week-end. Belle 4 chambres / 3 1/2 salles de bain avec une chambre supplémentaire avec 2 lits superposés. Nous avons également ajouté une autre chambre au niveau principal pour ceux qui ne veulent pas monter les escaliers. 16 couchages +. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Grande cuisine haut de gamme équipée de tous les appareils, casseroles / poêles, couverts / verrerie et tout ce dont vous auriez besoin si vous choisissez de préparer les repas. Barbecue à gaz également fourni. Le salon a de grands plafonds voûtés avec des baies vitrées pour une vue inestimable sur le lac. Cheminées au rez-de-chaussée et au niveau inférieur. Salle de lavage pleine grandeur avec laveuse et sécheuse. 2 grandes télévisions à écran plat, lecteurs DVD et WIFI. Foyer extérieur avec vue sur l'eau. Grand quai privé, parfait pour la baignade, le soleil et la pêche. Situé à quelques minutes du célèbre Barefoot Bar / Parks Marina.

VEUILLEZ noter que les week-ends du 22 juin au 12 août ne sont pas disponibles mais nous serions prêts à louer du dimanche au jeudi ou du lundi au vendredi. Veuillez vous renseigner sur les dates avant de demander les réservations.
AVIS - ce n'est PAS une maison de fête. Les familles nombreuses sont les bienvenues - les enterrements de vie de garçon doivent trouver un autre endroit à louer !!!

Brother/Sister trip

Every two years the 5 of us get together somewhere in the United States. We chose Okoboji this year. We always get a home large enough so we each have our own bedroom, and there is at least 3 bathrooms. We were generally satisfied with our stay. The kitchen chairs are all high stools/chairs and we are short people! There were a lot of steps, even to get to the front door, and we are aging people. Otherwise it was a beautiful, clean home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely Lakehouse

This was the perfect place to celebrate our mother's beginning and final rest. The accommadation allowed our whole family to stay together and very comfortable. The host was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It was especially sentimental since we grew up just down the road. Thank you for sharing your home.

Lots of room!

The house was just as described, enough beds and bedrooms for our group. It was right on the lake, so the fishing fans in our group loved it! The yard is small, so no room for yard games🙁.

Great Place to Stay!

Our original time we booked this property didnt workout due to a snow storm and Rebecca was amazing to let us reschedule for a later date. Once we did get to go we enjoyed out time there a lot. There was ample space for the us all to sleep and hang out together. The lake view was very pretty from the living room windows. I would recommend staying here for sure.

Annual extended family vacation

We had another wonderful stay in this lakefront home. The size and set up were very conducive to our group of 4 different families (with 7 kids of various ages ranging from 13 years to 6 month old). We enjoyed the ease of access to fishing off the dock, the grill on the patio, and the larger main floor kitchen as well as the second fridge/kitchen. We were close to amenities in town too. This property is amazing and we are already talking about when we will come back! A few things to note- we used bottled water and bought ice, as the fridge filtered water and ice were turned off; we could fit 4 SUVs/trucks max in the driveway; and we ran out of room in the trash bins so we had to take several bags of trash with us when we left.

Family Summer Getaway

This was the perfect spot to be close to shops and restaurants, but also have enough to stay busy at the house. We caught plenty of fish off the dock, brought paddle boards to get out on the lake and enjoyed hanging out around the fire at night. Parking was a little tough with more than 5 cars, we had multiple families coming from different areas, but Rebecca helped figure out options for us. It's hard to find a place that we can all comfortably stay together, and this house was a great size that we didn't have any problems spreading out or gathering together.

Our family had a great time visiting this lovely lake home. The house was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms to choose from. Rebecca text us as soon as we arrived to see if we needed anything. We loved sitting in the back patios and enjoying the lake view. We hope to stay again.

Great Family Trip

A great location for our big family! We had a blast swimming off the dock, catching great views from the deck, and exploring the many levels of the home. We played games, took a trip to barefoot bar just around the corner, and shared meals together around the big kitchen. We all had plenty of space to do our own thing or to hang out together. Plus our kids each caught their first fish off the dock! Lots of fun to be had here.

Beautiful Home

Lovely home with ample room for the six adults and 9 grandchildren who stayed. Somewhat disappointed that we could not leave our small boat at the dock overnight. That was an inconvenience to us that we were not planning on. However, the home is huge and rooms are spacious - including the bedrooms! We loved staying here!

Beautiful, Comfortable home!!

This home is beautiful and totally comfortable! It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and with a view of the lake that makes it nice to watch what is going on with the kids. Would definitely like to come back to this house. It also had great fishing right off the dock. This place is a home run!!!

A great spot to relax while visiting with a decent size group. Comfortable furniture, fun decor, everything you want in a spacious kitchen, lovely view, quiet neighborhood. So many options for rooms to hang out in (living room, downstairs family room, 3 season porch, deck overlooking the lake, kitchen bar stools, fire pit patio, dock etc.).

Great family weekend getaway. Never left the property!

We had a great family getaway. Lots of space to spread out and great gathering spaces as well. Would have liked to have more parking available, a can opener for the kitchen, and a 9x13 pan. Over all wonderful home! We will return and enjoy!!

Okoboji Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed the property on East Lake Okoboji. The house was big enough to accommodate our whole family with plenty of beds and a large kitchen to feed us all. The outdoor space was great. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, swimming with Maui pad and roasting smores in the fire pit. We really appreciated all the recommendations Rebecca provided for the Okoboji area. Thanks again!

My brother and I got together a few years ago and bought this gem. We wanted a place that our children (cousins) could get together and create memories. The longer we have owned this house, the more we LOVE it. We want to share it with you.
