La Coquina Beach 1C est une unité rarement trouvée au rez-de-chaussée avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe, à seulement 20 pas des magnifiques plages de sable de Sanibel! Avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, cette unité peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Carrelage partout et décor côtier rendent votre séjour à la plage propre et relaxant. Some of the beach day needs replaced due to being in disrepair such as, beach umbrella and chairs. Other than that I have no complaints.

But while we were there the Sanibel glass company parked their trucks and lifts in all of our parking space . When we got back from eating there was no place to park so we parked in the street and got a 150 dollar ticket. Which every one refuses to pay or at least help me!!! I will not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sanibel Holiday could not have picked a better place for us to stay. It was just a 1/2 a mile from their office and easy to find. I had told them about my disabilities and the condo they picked for us was perfect. It was literally just steps from the sand and water. When we arrived that afternoon everything was ready for us to check in. Overall the condo was clean but the dressers and tables could have used a wiping down, they were very gritty. I’m just a little OCD about dirt. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. The staff at Sanibel Holiday were great to work with and very helpful and very courteous. The location of the condo was perfect to all the restaurants, shops and grocery store too. When we decide to come back we definitely plan to use Sanibel Holiday again and if this same condo is available we will request it.

Disappointing View

The landscaping bushes were so over grown that we could not see the ocean or beach. One of our favorite things to do, is to sit on the lanai and look at the ocean to read and relax. Not this week! The path to the beach was overgrown. We could barely get our beach chairs and umbrella down the path.We could not get the Cable TV in the living room to work during the stay. We had to stream off of our lap tops to watch movies.Towels for bathrooms and kitchen had to be washed everyday. The linen closet was empty. No extra bath towels or linens for the beds.The dishwasher was old and rusted. Had trouble getting it started.This was our 6th rental week in 2021. It was our least favorite place to stay. We did and will not re-book this unit for the future.The complex looks old and tired.Parking was a challenge. Work trucks parked in our designated spot every time we went somewhere. We had to track down the workers to get them to move.The Sanibel parking ticket lady was always on the street glaring at us and distributing tickets all day long to island visitors.

We have stayed at this development many times over the last 20 yrs, love the location and the privacy. This unit has a wonderful ocean view and is a short walk to the beach. Great air conditioning, great showers, Good functioning appliances and TVs. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The main streets were rather crowded with bikers using the sidewalks, which made walking often awkward. Our weather was perfect 20 out of 21 days.

The screened in porch was terrific. The condo was clean and comfortable. It could use some updates (dishes, flatware, ceiling fans) but the condo was cute and we enjoyed the cottage feel of the place. We loved it!
