Proposé par Villa de la Vista - front de mer Villa à Tabor & Harmony Estate - Une chambre studio climatisé, 260 pieds carrés de surface habitable, grand placard. Nouvelle cuisine. Lit traîneau. Salle de bains avec douche carrelée. Actuellement dotée d'un lit queen. Carreaux de terrazzo mexicaine intérieur et l'extérieur. Gated stationnement hors rue. Demi-mile à pied jusqu'à Harmony Drive jusqu'à Safari taxi et accès au bus VI Tran. Quartier calme. Brises constante. Entrée privée. Griller des steaks sur le grand (670 pieds carrés) terrasse carrelée privée (semi-couverte, mi-soleil). Studio dispose de neuf à dix pieds de plafonds avec ventilateur. Endormez la symphonie constante de vagues de l'océan et se réveiller à la vue par des portes coulissantes en verre à travers l'Atlantique à l'horizon - encadrée par la Grande et la Petite Hans Lolik, Grande et la Petite-Tobago, pour ne pas mentionner Thatch Cay, Yost Van Dyke, Tortola et St. John à l'est. Villa est à peu près 200 'au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Rondelle dédié / sèche-linge, Internet, Wi-Fi et la télévision par câble fournis. Villa de la Vista repose sur un, 1. beaucoup en forme de tarte 5 acres en 3 dimensions. La mer a pris quelques bouchées large de la pointe de la tarte. Pour les plus aventureux, accéder à notre océan piscine privée marée via le chemin vers le bas de la pente rocheuse à un 50 'falaise. Zigzag le chemin "marcher" en bas de la falaise, quelques grands rochers pour être redimensionnées près du fond. En mer calme, kayak ¼ mile à l'est dans le canal entre Saint- Thomas et Thatch Kay (utilisé par la migration des baleines à bosse du dos). Si vous perdez votre pagaie, pick-up à Puerto Rico est extra! Autour de la nouvelle «château» à la fin du point Sunsi pour plonger l'accès limité (seulement par l'eau), mais la baie Sunsi vierge et profiter du sable blanc de la plage isolée Sunsi! Zone ci-dessous la marée haute est détenue publiquement et accessible. Jamais une foule. Collines en pente raide au-dessus la ligne de flottaison autour de la baie Sunsi sont inhabitées .... mais en privé contrôlée par un seul propriétaire. Montée / natation / tuba / kayak / plongée sous-marine / falaise plongée / poissons / bateau à vos propres risques. Renonciations signées nécessaires pour accès à l'océan de la villa et de l'utilisation des kayaks de la villa. Les non-fumeurs seulement. Peut accueillir confortablement deux (maximum de 4 dans une unité familiale autorisé). Sur la gestion du site. 5 minutes en voiture Tutu Park Mall. 6 minutes de route de Magens Bay. 7 minutes en voiture de ferries à Red Hook. 4 minutes à Mahogany Run golf. 5 minutes à nouveau Margaritaville Resort Jimmy Buffet adjacentes à Coral World.

Remote Jungle getaway with beautiful views

Magical spot up in the hills beautifully overlooking the ocean. A little challenge to locate at first but google maps helped alot!! Great host!!!

Quiet retreat on St. Thomas

Comfortable place with a lovely covered porch for lounging amonst the trees. We enjoyed the quiet location in the shade with a peek of the water, surrounded by vegetation. Saw lots of birds including the black crested hummingbird and a pair of parakeets! Lovednthat it was close to Maygan's Ba

Great Views!

We loved the privacy and the views more than anything and having an eat in kitchen with everything you need made it nice to wake up in the morning’s and enjoy that first cup of coffee on the balcony.

great spot

Gorgeous view, very relaxing just sitting out on the patio. Little difficult to find, but easy to get to everything by car. Definitely would recommend renting a car if you are staying here though.

Great place to stay!!

My wife an I recently stayed for two weeks at Villa de la Vista and had a wonderful time. The outdoor space was awesome and has a beautiful view of the ocean and some islands. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a problem with the jeep we rented, but Paul was right there and helped us quickly get another car. I'd definitely stay there again .

Perfect for us!

Place was as advertised. Communication was exceptional. Location is secluded, which was perfect for us. Only sounds at night werethe waves below and the frogs. It is a good idea to arrive during daylight hous as first time navigation could be challenging; however, the location was our favorite amenity. Thank you , Paul for your hospitality. We hope to return again!!

Amazing

Amazing views, and incredible location. Just book! You will not be disappointed. The studio has everything you need and more. We stayed for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were super friendly, and very accommodating.

A Slice of Paradise!

Lovely studio with plenty of privacy! The view was fabulous, I think we spent hours just gazing at the ocean. And at night, we felt like we could touch the stars! The location is within ten minutes of several beaches and the ferry to St John. The studio was EXACTLY as advertised. It had a full kitchen and outdoor gas grill. We were able to cook full meals every night, and eat dinner while watching the ocean. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Awesome

My stay was great, close enough to town and far enough for peace. The only suggestion would be heavier curtains in the kitchen and bathroom for more privacy. Overall, even though the owners are right upstairs, you didn't see them much and when you did it was very pleasant. Also, they provide a little welcome package which includes a bottle of champagne! 😋 Nice touch for sure!! Thanks, Juanita

Island home feel

We just spent 4 weeks in this lovely studio apartment. It had everything we needed to work remotely while enjoying St. Thomas. Paul and Tetyana were perfect hosts. They even upgraded their internet connection, allowing us to be on video calls all day while watching the waves crash below us. The north side of the island is best if you are not looking for just cruise ship shops. Red Hook is far better than Charolette Amalie. Coki Beach - 9 mins from the house - was magnificent with grilled shrimp and corn to eat at the beach bar (Catch of the Day). Well appointed studio, including laundry, kitchen plus everything you need for a day the beach. Can’t thank our hosts enough. Hope to see them again soon.

Great location, secluded yet not very far from beaches, restaurants and bars

It was a studio with a large private deck. The view of the ocean and Thatch Caye from the deck was amazing. You can hear the waves crashing at night. We did not get to kayak because the water was a little rough during our stay. He did walk us down to the water which is down a steep small path and offered to help us launch the kayaks from the rocks if we wanted. Most of the stay was private, although a couple of times the child from upstairs wandered down to our deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinners from the groceries we purchased at a store on our way from the airport. We had a rental car and drive from the airport, about a 30 minute drive depending on traffic. I also liked the location because the northeast part of the island is a bit cooler than the rest of the island.

Stay in Paradise

My wife and I stayed for a week. The property was clean and had the modern amenities you’d expect. It’s located on a cliff over the Atlantic Ocean surrounded by trees and tropical foliage. Since the island is quite small, you can get to just about anywhere with a car. Our Trailblazer didn’t have a tight enough turning radius to turn around at the bottom of the drive. We found it much easier to park at the top of the drive and back out. The directions given to us to find the property were difficult to follow. The following might help you if you are lost. Once you enter Estate Harmony, just go down the hill, about a mile, until you see a white picket fence and a rock wall on the left. The drive is between the two. When you take a left, the drive is to the right, before the locked right iron fence with white pillars. The drive goes down and the property is on the right. Like I said, we found it easier to park at the top of the drive and walk down the drive to the steps to enter the property.

Hubby and I stayed at this Amazing Cottage for 16 days for our 40th Anniversary, it was phenomenal! Paul outdid himself with this secluded location.. When I tell you this Private place has EVERYTHING, it DOES! Believe you me, THIS IS THE SPOT!! The only set back is that there’s no Smart television therefore you’re subjected to just basic television. A DVD or A Smart TV with perhaps a firestick would be super nice for entertainment. Apart from that, Paul is the BEST HOST PERIOD!! We plan to return before this year is out and hopefully, this Majestic place will be available for booking our stay!! Thank you Paul for accommodating us for 3 more days when our flight got cancelled due to the weather! Hubby and I hope to see you soon! Best Regards, Mike and Karen D

Breathtaking view quiet and relaxing

Great location to taxi ride to georgous megans bay with all the quiet relaxation. We basically spent most of our time enjoying the patio for morning coffee ,naps and grilling out. Wonderful hosts. Taxi is definitely the easiest and cheepest way to get around.we got the same driver and he came on all the days and brought us to locations we requested.

1st USVI trip

Very private quaint location. Rental car is a must with this property. If this is your first trip to St Thomas you must get to the property before dark. The salt pools are amazing make sure no matter your fitness level that you let Paul show you the path the first time. Paul was an amazing host.
