Nestled on Nelsons prestigious Princes Drive with sparkling sea & panoramic city views, this brand new, light filled & architecturally inspired home offers every modern convenience.
Wonderfully cosy & tastefully furnished with excellent amenities, this home lends itself to relaxation & unwinding.
Enjoy open plan living with fantastic flow to the top-deck BBQ & entertaining area or head down the steps to the private garden area below.
You'll love the great proximity to the beach as well as the city s theatres, galleries, shopping, restaurants & bars. All are within walking distance or a quick 3min. drive!
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the parking and driveway areas.
- Noise in the area - This is a generally quiet area, however, this property is located on a main road where passing traffic can be heard, particularly during the main commuting hours on weekdays. Please be assured that the home is double glazed and well insulated.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), youâll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and youâll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, weâll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
