Même les membres de votre famille à fourrure sont les bienvenus à AMI Boathouse car cette maison est adaptée aux chiens! Situé à l'extrémité nord convoitée de l'île, le hangar à bateaux AMI se trouve à quelques pas de la baie et donne sur le canal pour vous permettre de profiter d'une vue sur l'eau à tout moment de la journée. Un nouveau quai à bateaux de 6 ’x 55’ vient d’être installé! Lorsque vous avez terminé à la plage ou si vous voulez simplement vous baigner le matin, détendez-vous au bord de la piscine scintillante au bord de l'eau et plongez dans le spa! La douche extérieure est parfaite pour nettoyer après une journée à la plage ou sur le bateau. Après une longue journée en plein air, détendez-vous dans la chambre principale surdimensionnée dans votre lit king-size californien, votre dressing et votre salle de bain avec grande baignoire. Les portes françaises vous mènent au porche filtré surplombant la piscine et le canal. Les deuxième et troisième chambres disposent également de lits king-size. La cuisine est bien aménagée et contient beaucoup de comptoirs pour que tout le monde ait de la place pour cuisiner ses plats préférés et encore assez de place pour faire votre choix de boissons tropicales. Great house for a family stay.

A couple of minor issues but considering a hurricane passed just South the week prior it was a very nice stay.

Luxury on Loquat

Beautiful pool and dock, great for families. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Short walk to pier and trolley. The home is decorated beautifully and is on a quiet street. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you will need. We enjoyed our stay and cannot think of anything we would change.

Relaxing Winter Break

We really enjoyed our 3+ week stay at the AMI Boathouse. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need, and we loved the outdoor space, especially the covered porches. This is a quiet neighborhood, and was great for walking to restaurants, the park and the bay. The backyard was completely fenced in, and worked well for our dog. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Vacay at a Beautiful Home

We stayed for a week and wish it could have been a month. Wonderful Island with super nice people. The house was beautiful and the property management company was very responsive and super helpful. We had an issue with the door not working properly and they came out and fixed it immediately. The house itself is beautiful and was great for us to have a relaxing chill vacay at the pool with beautiful views. I will say though that the pictures online are definitely wide angle lol. Pool was the perfect temp, neighborhood was quiet and instacart was our friend lol. Restaurants are wonderful and we had sunshine every single day. House had plenty of room, and everything is well appointed. Only complaint might be that they need a thorough deep clean to get rid of dirt and stuff on walls, cabinets and moldings. The house is a pet friendly rental - so wear and tear is to be expected, but I had to actually clean some of the cabinet doors in the kitchen myself as they were visibly dirty and sticky. Also had to clean out the coffee pot as it had moldy left over coffee and filter in it - yuck. Not a big deal, but not a good start lol. The positives way outweigh the small little things.

April 2021 Trip

Everything was as advertised, the house had everything that is needed for a week of beach time, pool time, or relaxing. Loved the lights in the pool and the proximity to restaurants and shops. The area was very quiet which was great. Only thing we thought could help was a bathroom downstairs but besides that everything was fantastic.

The house is great and in a perfect location. Being VRBO owners, I would recommend that some basics be available, such a aluminum foil an extra roll of toilet paper and some cooking oil, sugar.

Great Vacation Home

This property worked great for our family. It was clean when we arrived. The check in/out procedure was very easy. The pool was awesome. We had a minor issue during our stay with the sink in the kitchen that was taken care of right away by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location was good, the beach was easily accessible thanks to the golf cart we rented. Walking distance to many shops and few restaurants.

We had a lot of issues after getting into the property. The toilet in the master bathroom wouldn’t flush- my husband fixed it. The tub in the master bath wouldn’t hold water- management sent over someone. We went to put our chicken on the grill and grill didn’t work. The biggest issue is the owner does not allow you to heat the hot tub! The hot tub is to be the same temperature as the pool. Could have been in the literature and I missed it but either way probably wouldn’t have rented the place if we knew that. For the amount of money we paid I expected a much better stay without issues.

AMI Boathouse

We had a fabulous stay at AMI boathouse. The kids enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and fishing off the dock as well as having their own private “area” of the house with the bonus room off the kitchen. House is conveniently located close to all the shops and restaurants Anna Maria Island has to offer as well as the beautiful beaches. The rental office was very responsive and easy to work with. All in all it was a great vacation and my kids are excited to go back again next year.

Super cute house on a super cute island!

Me, my fiancé and our dog had a great week here. It was our first time visiting AMI, and we found the island to be very walkable with some good restaurant options (rod n reel and the ugly grouper we’re our favorites!). The house looked like something out of a magazine. Beautiful decor, very clean, and also very comfortable both inside and outside. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. I worked remotely most of the week and the wifi worked great. The heated pool was also really enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental!

Great family vacation

Overall everything was great. House was perfect for our family and the kids loved the pool and kids bunk room. Only a few minor issues. The outdoor grill was very dirty so we had to clean it before being able to grill on it. The knob on the washing machine was broke but we were able to get it working. And spare bathroom shower was hard to get hot. Overall loved the place and would recommend.

Great place

This property was exactly as described. It’s an older home that has been mostly updated. We didn’t love the door alarms but understand it is a state law so we dealt with them. The canal was great to kayak through and the neighborhood was nice to walk our dog around. It would be nice if there was a patch of grass or turf for pets to do their business. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were fine. Any time we reached out to the management they responded promptly. We will return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the AMI Boathouse. The house was well equipped with extra linens, beach toys, lawn chairs and much much more. There are a few things that need attention: the tv in the bedroom with the slider going outside didn't seem to work, the wine fridge didn't get below 60 degrees, the grill could probably be replaced but still worked for us it just seems a bit dated. As for the attention from AMI rentals, our AC unit didn't work the first day and it was fixed by noon the next day. The service was great and everyone was very responsive! My family and I loved the house and enjoyed the hospitality here, and we would not hesitate to recommend the AMI Boathouse or AMI vacation rentals.

Beautiful place on a canal

We were here in June 2024. The outside space with the TV, corn hole, tables and canal is where we ended up most evenings and it is just spectacular! They had beach chairs, sand toys if you have little ones and a large connect 4 game which we had fun playing! The layout is a little quirky with the bonus space but we understand why they did it to maximize the sleeping spaces. It could use a little updating but we spent the majority of our time out doors exploring or enjoying the pool. The Master bedroom is huge and all of the beds our family used were very comfortable. You can easily walk to the city dock and the Waterfront Restaurant and the shops next to the restaurant. The trolley stops at the City Dock, it is free. We had to contact the rental company for a small issue and they were very responsive and sent someone immediately. We had a fabulous time! Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Property location is fantastic and the bones of the house are there but the pictures online are old. The bunk room now has two weird beds jammed in the area head to foot and the other bedroom has an oddly high bed frame with no effort to even try to hide the bad purchase. The updates and repairs were done as cheaply as can be done: The full bath off the kitchen was done with plastic or vinyl sheet on the floor even though the pictures on the website show gorgeous hardwoods. (Hardwoods that are there need to be sanded and polyurethaned) The primary is super comfy but again, they covered the bathroom floor as cheaply as possible and decided against replacing the door that was on the shower. Instead there is a drugstore plastic curtain on a spring rod. The living room furniture needs to be replaced as does the sofa in the bonus room. Some TLC and this place would rock unfortunately it is hanging on by a thread.

Beautiful House

Really charming house, well appointed. Beautiful pool and views of the canal. Rental company was quick to come out to fix an issue with the door alarm thing. One of the beds is set up strangely high off the ground.

Like a movie

This house has a lovely terrace that overlooks a canal. Sitting on the terrace is like being at the movies. You see birds of all descriptions, manatee, butterflies and jumping fish for constant surprise and entertainment. The interior is beautiful, a little quirky, and very comfortable. House location is perfect. Could not have asked for anything better or nicer. Thank you. Susana and stephen isaacson
