Edmonton sera juste un peu plus spécial après votre séjour à Cedarbrae Clave. L'attention a été portée à chaque détail. Cette retraite spacieuse a été méticuleusement mis à niveau. feuillus brésiliens, moulures, saisie de sols en marbre et salle de bain, armoires personnalisées. Hôtel lits et literie de qualité garantissent un sommeil de bonne nuit. La chambre principale dispose d'un organisateur lit king size et placard sur mesure. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et grand placard. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à effet pluie et de la vanité avec comptoir en granit. Une laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse et une cuisine entièrement équipée vous inciter à rester plus longtemps. Il y a même une épicerie No Frills, un magasin d'alcool, des restaurants et une pizzeria de l'autre côté de la rue. Le salon est joliment meublée. Il a 10 'de fenêtres de vue claires, un 52 "Sharp Aquos TV avec son surround, Internet haut débit, des films Netflix et une imprimante sans fil. Profiter d'un parking souterrain sécurisé et des avantages supplémentaires pour la santé à partir d'une salle de sport de l'hôtel qui est à quelques pas de votre suite. Situé à environ 20 minutes du centre-ville et l'aéroport international d'Edmonton fait un voyage plaisir. Aimez-vous faire du shopping? West Edmonton Mall (le plus grand centre commercial d'Amérique du Nord), Southgate Centre et South Edmonton Common (magasins à grande surface) sont à 5-15 minutes en voiture. Les autres notables à proximité sont la Cross Cancer Clinic, l'Université de l'Alberta, l'Hôpital universitaire, l'Hôpital Stollery pour enfants; Mazankowsi Alberta Heart Institute, Maison Ronald McDonald, Edmonton Research Park et Snow Valley Ski Hill. This condo is lovely inside and has a nice view of a courtyard and green space. Grocery store is across the street and many amenities are nearby.

Nicely renovated apartment

Overall good rental. Easy communication with friendly owner and easy entry/exit. Apartment is well equipped and very clean. Comfortable beds. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Air conditioner works well.

The property was amazing, it was as advertised in the pictures, it clean it was quite, the neighborhood was beautiful, the property manager was very courteous, I would stay at the property again and I would recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a place to just relax

Home away from home

Everything was as advertised and even better. Location was quiet and overlooks a small green space. We used the kitchen and there were lots of dishes and utensils and everything. An added bonus was Confederation Leisure Center just a 10 minute walk away. I swam every other morning. Lovely, lovely place. I highly recommend.

Comfortable stay in nicely appointed condo

We rented the condo for a family member visiting us from out of town. The condo was perfect. Lots of room and beautifully updated, in a quiet building, and with a grocery store just down the street.

Comfortable and well-decorated

Overall this is a beautiful 2 br 1 ba apartment. Has everything you can think of. Very clean, well-maintained and well-appointed with all the details thought out -- such as not one but two (!) types of coffee-makers, a printer with printer cable, and even a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Those little details are what makes it special. The apartment is spacious and bright and looks out on a nice courtyard. Has secure underground heated parking. The ONLY negative I can think of is the lack of an elevator (2 flights of stairs to the ground level and 3 to the parking), but that's minor to me. Altogether a wonderful experience.

Absolutely lovely

My parents stayed at this condo for a month as Dad underwent radiation treatments at the Cross Cancer Institute. Was definitely a 'home away from home', with comfortable soft seating, great beds, and owners who take great care of their guests! Thank you so much Al and Lorna, we really appreciated it.

Quiet oasis

This apartment was recommended by a colleague . We were delighted at the well appointed place that we found on our arrival. The owner was there to walk us through and pint out how everything works and the location of everything. Well equipped kitchen, dining area and living room . WiFi access was good. The bedrooms as large and very comfortable. There is mall of stores across the street which was very useful . The owner is quick to address any queries. Having to stay in Edmonton for an extended time this was a lovely place to return to each day. The area and building are quiet. The Southgate Mall is very close by and the stores on the Calgary Trail a short drive away. Recreation facilities ,with a pool , are a couple of blocks away. Having a car would be good as the area is more residential . Parking is first come first serve off road outside the building although street parking quite easy to get. The parking stall under the building is very handy in colder weather. Note: No elevator but 3 half flight up to the apartment. Would happily stay here again .

We are long term residents of Edmonton. We work here, raised our families here and will most likely retire here. Edmonton is the best place to live and a fabulous place to visit! We like to personally meet each guest and hope to make your stay an experience you will enjoy remembering.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Southwest Edmonton is the premier area of the city. It is close to major amenities plus it allows for easy commuting around the city with access to the Whitemud Freeway, Gateway Boulevard, Calgary Trail S. and the Anthony Henday ring road system. Great shopping and wonderful eateries are an added bonus.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

What really caught our attention about this place was the feel of the suite. It is not your typical apartment. It was built in the 1960's when lifestyle was more important than entertainment. The rooms are distinctly separate creating a homey feel. Have a look at the Virtual Tour floor plan and you will see what we mean.
